Bought an LG TV (LG order #1116038353) which was delivered 11/14/25 damaged. Reported to LG and on 11/17/25 they authorized a replacement (authorized your request #1500204944) (LG Order #Order #: 1116241119) which was later cancelled because "they couldn't find a suitable replacement" (Order # 1116241119 has been canceled). Damaged TV was then picked up by their shipper on 12/16/25. After repeated phone calls to LG support and the credit company, I received and email stating processing your request #1500221859 Opened Refund 1 1 Pending on 12/18/25. I reached out and informed them that the TV had already been picked up by the original shipping company and files a dispute with the credit company. I was informed that they could not do anything because LG had not responded. I contacted LG on multiple occasions informing them that the TV was picked up on 12/16/25 and I had not received a refund nor had the credit company. I informed the credit company that my balance with them should have been reduced to $0 because I was no longer in possession of the tv. I was told by LG that because of the dispute I filed with the credit company they would have to refund me directly and I would receive a check for the full balance of the TV. It wasn't until 01/17/26 that I finally received correspondence from them, through an email, stating we have authorized your request #1500221859 Opened Refund 1 1 Authorized. I have called numerous times and have still not received my refund check. It has now been over 2 months and still have not received anything. After making a complaint with the BBB, I was contacted by Marian on 01/24/26, a "Presidential Liaison" with LG, that she would be handling the case. She contacted me 01/26/26 to state that they would not be issuing me a refund since the unit was kept and not returned. Again, the unit was picked up by their shipper on 12/16/25!
Recommendation: Avoid like the plague!!
