delivery of dishwasher and instalion kit
on may 31 2023 i bought a dishwasher and installion kit from abt electronics on the same day it took 20 days for the dishwasher to arrive but no kit i called them they said it kit was damaged in shipping and they would send one right out well it never arrrived I called on june 20 2023 they said they cancelled the kit ?
I never ask them to cancel them I ordered this because consumer reports their so easy to deal with yes it is you just dont get youre on time 10+ days late any the ordeal isnt over Yet?
Desired outcome: just finish this up and next time I can"t see ordering from this company again !!!"t
They will steal your money
The first time, I ordered on Abt and successfully paid with my credit card. They then canceled my order because I don't live in the US (even though my shipping address is in the US). They then confirmed to me that I could pay with BTC.
The second time, I re-order and paid via BTC. Their system confirmed the payment successfully but no order was created. I contact customer support to get my BTC refund, after 1 month they still refuse to refund my BTC. They then said they would refund via my credit card and asked me to provide all the information on the credit card (including the security code). I refused because it would cost me all my money. And till now I still have not received my refund.
Very good service
Ordered a Cyber-shot camera, it was shipped the next day. Received the item on the scheduled date of delivery. ABT was fast and had a great price. Would definitely shop there again, and recommend them to potential shoppers.

Where is my oven? Ordered a microwave that was supposed to arrive two days ago and is needed on site when the scheduled installer arrives. The UPS tracking shows the item never left Illinois, and then shows no more info for 5 days. I called ABT and was told something about UPS having to start an investigation and that they show it was possibly delivered. I saw our UPS driver and he confirmed that this is NOT the case. The ABT representative told me that I will have to wait 3-5 business days (in other words, another week) just for the investigation to be resolved, never mind getting an oven shipped to me. The ABT representatives seem more concerned with following rules and procedures than with making sure their customers receive items in the claimed delivery time and are taken care of as they should be. This is a problem between ABT and its shipper. I would like them to resolve it on their own time, and not mine. I was charged for the oven the day I ordered it, 10 days ago.
EXCELLENT store, people, service... It should be used as a model of how to run a business.. seems the rest of America has forgotten
