We bought a washer May 1 and had someone come repair it twice. The second time was deemed irreparable so I received a txt message on June 25 saying someone would call me in 24 hours. Never received a call. I have called 10 times since we are now July 20 and still have no answers on when we are getting our new machine. We are a family of 6 and this is unacceptable to say the least. We just get the run around each time we call saying they do not know when it's getting delivered and the good news is we can go buy a new one with our money and get reimbursed with 6-8 weeks(again not good news). Also asked to speak to a manager or someone higher that can provide answers but we never get to speak to anyone.

Desired outcome: I want a new machine delivered. We waiting long enough and were told is was maximum of 15 business days which was July 9

Customer service is horrible. I bought a brand new washer and dryer May 1 and we had someone come fix the washer twice in a month and a deemed irreparable on June 25, I was told that we would get a replacement within 15 business days and we are now July 20 and they still have no delivery date to offer and even if we ask to speak to a manager or someone that can provide us answers they do not want to transfer us. They even told me that I can go buy a new one with my own money and they will reimburse us within 6-8 weeks which is absurd. We have a big family and no answer to the date we will get a working washer which is unacceptable.
