LBC Express — shipment issue
Goodmorning, I would like to know specific details about sa shipment ko. Kahapon, it arrived sa GenSan distribution office niyo po, and I went to one of your branch dito sa gensan kasi sabi din ng shipper ko that day ko daw puntahan doon, kung saan po pinadala ng shipper kasi I told him na for pick up nalang kasi student ako, maraming practice so baka wala ako pag may address talaga ako na binigay. And sabi ng worker niyo, this day pa pala makukuha, while sabi ng Shipper ko kahapon daw ang date sa pagkuha, sa receipt. But I politely accepted it kahapon and babalikan ko nalang this day. But now, I tried tracking my shipment sa site niyo, and it says that the shipment arrived sa GENSAN BALIKBAYAN AND CARGO TEAM dated Sept. 13, 6pm, but nagpahabol ng shipment issue pagka 7pm. What does this mean? Shipment issue?

Good Day!
I would like to ask for an update on my shipment with ref. no [protected]. I was texted last sep 25 informing me na mag expect na ng delivery. Kukunin na sana ng husband ko eh wala naman kayong update kung nasa area na ba kayo. Like other RESPONSIBLE courier po nagte-text po talaga. Tapos text na naman kayo ulit by saturday tapos wala rin namang update kung dumating na kayo sa area. Kahapon pagtrack ko ang sabi magready na ako for delivery eh wala nga akong natanggap na text. Hanggang ngayon po wala parin item ko na may tracking no. [protected]. Sa totoo lang po may problema services nyo. Sana naman po aksyonan nyo.
