Have used Arch Air for HVAC, exclusively for over 10 years. John is a great service tech, Sarah, scheduler/receptionist, also great. Mike has been available for consultation on another family members unit problem. Their response to calls has always been prompt and repairs reasonable and quickly accomplished.

I am really pleased with their service, they are professional, friendly and pleasant. Arch Air Services is very smart and is a great problem solver, he is one of the best, today he solved my thermostat issue and accidentally took my thermostat instruction away but came back return it to me, I am very thankful. All of their technicians are great. I highly recommend them.

John and Mark showed up before the promised arrival and quickly and proficiently set to work to install electrical line(s) and install a new high quality steam humidifier in my home. They were considerate, friendly, and hard workers. I rely on Mike Smith (owner of Arch Air Services) and trust he and his staff to handle all my heating and air needs.

Arch Air Services has been servicing my not-so-new furnace for several years. The guys are always prompt and courteous. Eric wore and mask without my even asking and he put booties over his shoes. He was very patient when I asked questions. When his work was done, he explained what he felt should be checked next year to keep my old girl running well. I would not hesitate to recommend Arch Air and any of their very nice servicemen for any and all furnace repairs and/or replacement.

No complaints. Technician, Bryan (who happened to be the service manager) was prompt in contacting me after a message was left with the 24-hour answering service. Up front with estimated pricing before actually setting an appointment. Communicated well during the evaluation and repair. No hassle getting a technician on the weekend...3rd time is a charm. Called 2 other local places and one company could not guarantee a technician even though they are 24-hour emergency (and service charge twice the cost of Arch), 2nd company does not service zip codes outside of St. Charles County..ridiculous. Anyway, Arch made the repair fast & efficiently. Would definitely recommend the company. Bryan is a great asset and seems to be in the right position of manager.
