I purchased the chair in Peoria, Ill. March 2, 2018. It is a rocker/glider/recliner. I have been trying to get new parts since July 2023. A part on the chair broke. It is a bolt along with a part that has bearings in it. The bearings are totally destroyed. I have been making calls, text messages through Comfort Care. I get nowhere. I have gone through the Peoria store where I bought the chair. Again, I get nowhere. I have called the service department in Springfield, Illinois. I have sent pictures of the tags on the chair. I have sent pictures of the parts I need. I have paid $20.00 for shipping and handling for what they sent me. But they are the wrong parts. I called and told them so, but they augured with me that they were the correct parts. They looked nothing like the parts picture I sent. Now I cannot get anyone to help me. The Springfield service department will not answer my calls or texts. Comfort Care, of whom I have also called many times says that my zip code is not in their area. I am still trying to get the parts I need. No one will help. I call Springfield Il. every day

Desired outcome: I would like to just get the parts that I need. They are lifetime warranty. Free shipping and handling would also be nice as I have gotten nowhere with anyone in the La-Z-Boy family

Here are pictures of the parts I need, and where they go on the chair.

I would like to get the parts for both sidesw because if/when the other side

breaks, I will not have to go thru this nightmare again.

PLEASE HELP
