We purchased a LaZBoy Trouper recliner from Homemakers in Urbandale Iowa in November 2024. Last week we noticed that the coloring/leather has worn off on the area where your head rests. We contacted Homemakers and they said because we were outside 365 days they could not help. We have bought many LaZBoy recliners in 25 years and this is the first one that has had this issue.

Desired outcome: I would like a replacement backrest for our recliner or for it to be fixed.
