I purchased a La-Z-Boy recliner on 12/24/2024 with a 12-month interest-free plan and paid it off on 12/24/2025. I’ve noticed the leather peeling, and I was told the leather only had a one-year warranty. I paid for an extended warranty, and I’m very disappointed to have a recliner in this condition. I thought the product quality would be better than this, and I feel I deserve some form of compensation. Upset

I purchased La-Z-Boy furniture over 15 years ago and never had a problem with it and when I saw that this chair started peeling in a little over a year I was very upset
I would like to get some form of compensation for a chair sitting in my living room that's peeling. I have had the chair for a little over a year and this is Unacceptable. I used to be a very satisfied customer.
