I purchased 2 recliners on May 4, 2024- Sales #2403160031. At that time, I also purchased the care protection and 1 year warranty for the recliners. In July 2025, I noticed that both recliners were becoming discolored in the head and armrest areas. So, after speaking with the local store, I contacted Furniture Care, Case#8445434. They asked me to send photos. I emailed the photos and weeks later was informed I had been declined because I had sent photos of more than 1 area? This was very shocking! I did exactly as they had asked. So, weeks later I called again to speak to a Manager. She regretfully informed me of the same thing. Both of the individuals I spoke to had not 1 bit of remorse of declining me. Being in industry of assisting clients this was disturbing and shocking. I had spent $3000 on both of these and the extended warranty? Frankly, I do not understand why I was treated this way. I am sorry I could not attach the photos but the claim department has them.
Claimed loss: $3,000 for both + care protection plan
Desired outcome: Either new or cleaned recliners, or refund and a response to this, please as I do not have another $3,000 to buy two additional recliners.
