I jus used AMC Roofing to fix my messed up roof. Andy is the most pro contractor I ever dealt with. He came fast when I called, showed up on time, and gave me a quote the same day. They even came out to fix it faster than I thought with a cool machine that made the mess less. Andy kept me in the loop the whole time. The crew was real pro and fast. I say go with AMC Roofing if you need a roof fix or replacement.

I've been using AMC for years, they just did the roof on my house, my neighbor's house, and a rental townhouse I own. They also put a new roof on my parents' and sister's homes. Everyone at AMC knows what they're doing and is professional. I don't know what those negative reviews are talking about, they must be talking about a different company. I've been telling my friends and family about AMC for years and no one has ever had a bad experience. I like that it's a family business with 3 generations working there. I highly recommend them and I don't believe those negative reviews.

I hired AMC 'cause of Tyler. He was ready, pro, patient, quick to answer questions, explained everything and then went above and beyond. Tyler is the kind of guy I'd hire for my biz. AMC went above and beyond too. They finished the job fast and cleaned up better than I thought. The crew was pro, polite and understood our family was home during the day. I'd use them again and will if I need to. Thanks for doing what you said you would, when you said you would.

Me and my hubby know a thing or two about construction, and we gotta say, AMC Roofing is the real deal. Their fam and company are super profesh, and everyone we met was friendly and took the time to answer our Qs. Big thanks for that! The work crews were straight up awesome! They worked together like a well-oiled machine and didn't even take a break 'til lunch. We gotta say, their work looks pretty dang good. The price was fair, especially compared to other quotes we got, and the materials they used were top-notch. Oh, and thanks for hooking us up with those mitigation papers. If you're in Williamsburg and need a new roof, don't hesitate to hit up AMC Roofing. Our house is proof that they know what they're doing. We're even painting the house now to match the new roof.

I bought a new restaurant and it was closed for 6 months. When I went in, I saw that the flat roof had problems. I got 3 different quotes and I told them that I wanted to open by the first week of October. I chose AMC Roofing because Andy talked to me really well and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule. They came and did pressure wash one day. The crew came the next day and did a great job on the roof. The difference between the patch work done by the previous repairman and the job done by AMC was amazing. Before AMC repaired it, I felt like I was going to fall through the roof. Now, I feel safe walking on the roof when I go to replace the AC filters. I also don't have any leaks during afternoon thunderstorms! Thank you AMC and special thanks to Andy for your communication and professionalism! I highly recommend this company.

amc roofing put in new tile roof for my crib 2 yrs ago. i hit em up on [protected] bout a leak in the roof wit pics and all. they straight up refused to fix it cuz i complained to the ComplaintsBoard.com and DBPR earlier that month. now my bathroom, dining room, and kitchen/kitchen appliances are all messed up cuz of the leak. this ain't just bad customer service and breach of contract, it's straight up negligence. don't even think bout hiring these fools cuz they unprofessional, always breaking contracts, and hella dishonest. save yourself the trouble and don't end up like me, havin to sue em to get my stuff fixed.

I wanna share my experience with AMC Roofing so y'all know what you're getting into. When we bought our house, the inspector found a leak near the chimney. The sellers had AMC come out since the roof was new, but they said there was no leak. Two months later, it started leaking into our living room. I left a voicemail but didn't hear back until I called again. Kathy said someone would come out but wouldn't give me a time. The tech showed up late and didn't tell us what he did. I had to call the office to find out, but Kathy didn't know and said she'd call back. After an hour, I called again and got Tyler's number. He said he wasn't in charge and would call back. Two days later, someone showed up uninvited, and I called the office and Tyler twice. Tyler said they resealed the chimney but wouldn't cover the drywall damage. They did nothing to fix the leak and blamed us for the damage. Communication was terrible, and I don't recommend them.

Update: They responded to my bad review within an hour but didn't call me back or explain why they were at my house uninvited.

Second Update: The owner says I'm upset because they're not liable, but they never mentioned the mortar issue until now. My issue was with their lack of communication. The owner told me to "grow up" instead of being understanding.

Roof put in on 06/26 by AMC Roofing. They said lifetime warranty for any issues or leaks. But I saw leaves in my attic so I checked the roof. AMC Roofing didn't close the fascia. I called Tyler, the owner, but no call back. I called the office many times, but no one came out. I'm bummed and need it fixed now.

I gotta say, I'm pretty ticked off at AMC Roofing. I had 'em replace my roof back in August, and boy do I regret not going with someone else. My house got wrecked by Hurricane IRMA, and it's been a real struggle for me and my three kids. So you can imagine how cheesed I was when I found out they sealed up my kitchen and laundry roof exhaust without even telling me. I mean, what kinda roofing company does that? And to top it off, they never bothered to call me back after I complained about it. I talked to some lady named Cathy, but she didn't do jack squat. And get this - the owner's daughter goes to the same school as my kids! You'd think they'd be more professional in the community they live in, but I guess not. I'm just so disappointed in these guys. Don't make the same mistake I did, folks. Stay away from AMC Roofing.

We bought our crib in Octobr 2020. The roof was replaced by AMC Roofing in 2018. We saw that the roof over the garage was leaking with rotten wood this month. There are also many loose shingles at pitch of roof. We called the company on March 14th, 2022. We talked to Kathy from AMC Roofing who said that someone would contact us soon to schedule someone to come look at the roof issues. We didn't get a phone call that whole week. That next Saturday, March 19, 2022, we got an email from the company as a "friendly follow up from our meeting" asking if we "had a chance to review our proposal letter". We thought this was very weird since the roof had not been inspected. We called AMC Roofing again that next Monday, March 21, 2022, and talked to Kathy again. I asked her why I got an email asking if I had a chance to look over the proposal for the roof, considering no one had even come out to look at it, much less even called us to schedule a day to do so. She seemed confused and claimed that someone did come look at the roof. I had to tell her that in fact, no one had come out at all and we hadn't even heard back from the company in the first place. She didn't seem to believe that no one had come out until I told her that I could prove it as there are cameras surrounding all sides of my house and that no one had showed up from the company at any point. She then claimed that someone would be contacting us shortly. We once again did not hear from the company. We called AMC Roofing the following Wednesday, March 23, 2022, and again talked to Kathy and asked her when we will have our roof looked at to have the leak fixed. She said she did not know when and that someone will contact us. Still nothing. We emailed them asking for an update on March 28, 2022, with no response. We then emailed again March 30, 2022. Still no response. Today is March 31, 2022, and we haven't heard from the company at all.
