I bought a high end LZ Boy in Oct 2025. The threads hold the leather started coming apart after a few weeks. It took multiple phone calls and messages to get customer service to return my call. I had the regular warranty, and two premium warranties costing approximately $700-$800. A local technician finally came out nearly 2 and half months. He agreed it was a problem and the seat needed replacement. He assured me that they would order a new seat and they would bring it to my house and repair it on site. Long story short, I am starting nearly month 5 and was not told that my chair need to be shipped to Dallas, repaired and shipped back to my house. Notwithstanding I have to tie up half of two days to be there for pick up and delivery. The local manager said that the corporate office fired all local service technicians and neither the local store nor the customer has any input or say so. After multiple visits and calls to the store, I was told that it does not matter what the customer concerns are, as this is a management decision. I have purchase many products from LZBoy over the past thirty years. This will be the last. Order from a good company online and get a better price since LZBoy ships everything anyway.
