All of above flaws were present when the pieces arrived at our house. We would not have accepted them, but the movers said they would not get paid if they had to take them back. Therefore, we called La-Z-Boy immediately to say we were not happy and would like a refund. We also wrote this on the bottom of the paperwork we had to sign from the movers, of which we have a copy. We immediately took pictures the same day to document the terrible workmanship. The quality is nowhere near what we paid for these items and we have absolutely no confidence that any attempt at replacement would give us a quality product worth what we paid and worth the wait. We have wasted our time speaking with various individuals and requested again and again a full refund. In addition to the utterly unacceptable workmanship, we didn’t even get the wall unit style that we had purchased. We have shared our personal experience with others and cautioned them regarding the quality of La-Z-Boy products and their refusal to refund our money. We are retired and can ill afford to spend so much money on inferior items.
Claimed loss: $9,057.46.
Desired outcome: We are simply asking to return these inferior items and to receive a full refund, something that most reputable companies would offer.
