Bought recliner and got it home and it was wrong color. Did not go with my furniture. So I called La Z Boy same day and ask to exchange for another recliner in store. I could for a 30 percent restocking fee. I will never buy from them again and will tell others not to. Also, its not the same quality of furniture as it use to be years ago, My advice to others go somewhere else.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is to exchange for another chair in your store without having to pay the 30 percent restocking fee. Not sure how you stay in business.
