Quick story my son took the car at the end of july because of an oil leak. They gave him an appointment he brought the car in and left it there. I got a call within 2 hours it bein there. George said it was fixed and it was the plug. I said cool and asked if they could change the oil he said yes. Well after a few days I noticed there oil on the ground and we needed to bring the car back. I called and spoke to tom and at first he was talking like I was slow and I said there is a leak he saying the car might be burning oil. I told him I have pictures of the oil leaking because my son was gone for two weeks so the car wasn't moved. Brought the car back this passed week and they never called me back to tell what was wrong with the car I had to get someone else who use to work there to give me the news of what was going on. Now they are saying it was the oil can was dent which is causing the leak. My mom went the dealer and spoke to the manager and he said that someone but down that there was an hole in the oil pan. Now which lie is it. I was so disappointed because if they doing this me I know the are lying to these older people which is sad. I am so angry with them because lying and then charging me 350 which I didnt get the service done there I took my car to some where else. How can my son dent the oil pan if he wasn't even driving the car for two weeks. When getting the car fixed the part they lied about wasn't the problem there wasn't a hole or dent in the pan. Smh I will never take my car back there again. Just lying for no reason and when I called this week a young answered and put me on hold until it went to voicemail. When coming down there no one seemed to care what was going on and for an oil leak you would think they would bring you in asap so you can figure out the problem. If you need the pictures of the leak I have them on my phone. The worst two customer service ppl are tom and george and who ever the young lady is up front in the service department.
