I had a terrible experience

I had a terrible experience. The boss was pushy. Eventually, I let them check my credit, but only with one bank because they said they could get a better rate and let me choose where to go. But they ended up checking my credit with a bank I didn't agree to. Even though it affected my credit, nobody at the dealership can explain what happened. And Andy, a finance manager there, was really rude and provided bad customer service. I would never do business with them or suggest them to anyone.

I returned a car to Volkswagen of Warner Robins on February 12

I returned a car to Volkswagen of Warner Robins on February 12. I called the dealership to let them know that I wanted to return the car I had purchased on February 8, even though the contract said February 5. My complaint is that the finance department told me to bring the car back to the dealership, but the sales managers were hostile towards me without even asking why I wanted to return it. They immediately said they wouldn't take it back. The first sales manager stormed out and said they wouldn't take it back, and the second manager said the same thing. I told him that the finance company instructed me to return the car, but he dismissed them, saying they didn't know what they were doing. I left the car with the keys and called the finance company to inform them. Overall, I believe the sales managers should have handled the situation better. They didn't even ask me why I wanted to return the vehicle. I'm really disappointed with this dealership. I will say that the salesperson I worked with was nice, but the two sales managers were completely unprofessional.
