McMahon Motors Miami

I got a car from McMahon Motors Miami on 6/9/23, but on 6/12/23, I got stuck on I-95 because the car broke down. It was a 2012 Dodge Challenger, and it just shut off on me. I gave them $5000 as a down payment and also paid $398.94 for insurance. On 6/12/23, I had to pay $140 to tow the car back to the dealership. They didn't bother to contact me and explain what was happening with my car. The down payment was all I had left after a car accident I had on 5/7/23. I would rather get my money back because I haven't made any payments yet since my first payment isn't due.

I bought my car on 1/17/23 from McMahon Motors. Ever since I drove it off the lot, there's been a problem. They just kept texting me to wait until the warranty starts. Well, the warranty started and it doesn't cover anything. The parts damages on this car are outrageous. It's financed and I haven't been able to drive it since I bought it. The oil coolant damaged and overheated the car, the exhaust intake got damaged, the starter got fixed and then damaged again on the same day, and the upper control arms in the front are damaged. They didn't even inspect the car before selling it because the check engine light should have been diagnosed and fixed before selling it. Instead, they sold it and then told me to wait for a warranty that doesn't even cover those parts. I want a full refund for my purchase. They played games so that the 30 days would pass, but this is too much now. Either give me a full refund or pay for the damages that the car had from the beginning. This guy sells damaged cars and expects people to finance them. It's a total scam. I have a video of the noise the upper control arm is making. You can't sell defective cars to people.

I need help filing a complaint against a car dealership in Miami. How do I file the *** Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act? On 12/16/2022, I bought a vehicle from *** Miami. The dealership lied about fees and added fees to the contract. They failed to deliver what was promised and refused to assist. They changed the price of the vehicle from $8999 to $9798, claiming that $799 is a bank fee for a lender fee. The bank (***) says that is a lie and they don't charge a lender fee. They also claimed there was no dealership fee, but then charged an additional $399. Additionally, the agent submitted the application without fully disclosing the total price of the vehicle and without my actual signature. They also gave me the wrong extended warranty. I was offered car protection plus but was given secure one. Then they offered me 24 months/24k miles for $1595, but the contract shows 12 months/12k for the same amount. Car protection plus is actually 36 months/unlimited for the same amount. They claim that the lender showed the extended warranty, but *** says it was the dealership. I would really appreciate it if you could guide me in the right direction to file this complaint and shed light on the matter so that other customers don't fall into the same trap.
