KFC review: complaint against kfc staff service rahim yar khan branch

Asalam alaikum my name is Dr. Asad Hussain from rahim Yar khan I went to KFC for placement of takeaway order at 11:45pm on 4/2/2020 I placed order of 3 piece meal two times of cost RS.790.. I payed the price and waited my order to be delivered for 45 minutes then a delivery boy came and gave me the order which I didn't placed and said I mistakenly gave your ordered piece to the dine in place... either wait for 20 more minutes or take back your money... kindly tell me Which type of international food chain allow this type of behaviour and irresponsible attitude?... here newly opened branch of KFC is just ruining the name of food chain and worst service I ever seen in my life... on arguing MR. Muneeb told me that because we are closing so we cannot help it either wait 20 more minutes or take your money back this is totally ridiculous attitude and not acceptable for internationally reputed food chain kindly take strict action against this type of attitude of KFC staff or close this branch so it may not ruin further image of KFC... thanks and regards
