WE WENT TO THE CLARKSVILLE KFC in Clarksville Indiana. Our ticket number was 2259. I ordered simply states on the receipt. We were supposed to have four original legs and four original thighs. We receive eight greasy hard Krispy chicken not original chicken. It taste very old, and the chicken itself was very greasy as it had been sitting for a long while. This is the second time in the same year that they have messed up in order now we paid 2140 for our order.

Claimed loss: I would like for our meal to be redone on the fresh chicken

Desired outcome: I would like for this order to be replaced we had to throw out all of our chicken. It was an edible.
