KFC review: Time to receive order and accurqacy

This is the worst drive thru I ever seen in my life! The staff takes FOREVER and has no acknowledgement of how long people are waiting. I have been in the line for 25 minutes before. If there are a couple cars in front of you prepare to play games on your phone while you wait. You would think that as much time as they are taking to get orders out that the orders would be accurate. NOT A CHANCE! You can order 2 things (like I did today), JUST 2 ITEMS, and they mess that up. I got back to work and opened the bag and SURPRISE 3 tacos. I had to leave work again and take a long lunch to go back. I explained that the items were not what I ordered and got "drive around". At the window she handed me a bag without an apology and took the bag with tacos from me. I felt like she was verifying I received the wrong food which was offensive. I was also surprised because its my understanding that food can not be brought back into a restaurant. Its just horrible and with limited options in this town ...
