KFC Delivery of cold food

Had food delivered today and the popcorn chicken and tender were cold inside, the only thing that was remotely warm was the sandwich, and macaroni salad, which is supposed to be cold. When I called the location the phone was off, on a Friday night at 8 pm. Worst experience for a meal that cost over $30.

I tried to lodge a complaint online and it kept giving me an error not allowing me to register a complaint. I next called the head office 800 number to lodge a complaint and when the line was answered, but there was no one there, just dead air.

Most ridiculous display of disregard for customers. I have deleted my account and the app from my phone, and will never eat KFC again.

Support small business by boycotting big corps!

Desired outcome: That they go bankrupt and cease existing for a lack of customer service

KFC Fried chicken

Normally I love KFC, but not yesterday. I had Doordash delivery of KFC from Meriden, I ordered an 8 piece bucket of drums and thighs. I asked for extra crispy, I got over extra crispy, it was not good, after eating it, my stomach got queasy and my husband had the same thing happen to him. Whatever they cooked it in was not right and they over did the outside. If anyone else had problems yesterday with the chicken, please respond.

KFC Coleslaw salad

I ordered 9pieces + 1 and regular chips. To my surprise when I get home I found that they put coslaw salad intead of the chips I ordered. I decided to eat the coslaw salad as I wanted it not to go to waste and just to save the money I spent on it. Yoh. The smell that came out of it, it tasted old and grumpy plus the funny smell. I regret ordering today

KFC Family burger box

Hi ordered a family burger box and was missing 1 burger and it also didn't have nuggets in it and the burgers didn't taste so good it was like the salad was old and also paid for a 1.25l sunkist and didn't receive it, I live too far away from kfc to drive back and didn't notice until I got home…. If you could get back to me please that would be good thanks

KFC product and service

I ordered the 12 piece variety bucket which was supposed to have 6 pieces of chicken and 6 pieces of chicken tenders, I got 12 pieces of chicken and no tenders ... At least 4 or 5 pieces of the chicken tasted rotten .
it was also supposed to come with two individual gravy 's for the fries,
I did not get any !
The KFC in Penticton B.C has not been good for a long time, I may never go back there again !

KFC KFC Newport TN

My wife and I sat in line for at least 45 minutes. I did not receive a receipt. I called and spoke with the acting manager and she informed me that they are short handed. She also informed me that the manager is out on medical. I feel that this is an owner problem and should not treat the customers in this manner. I will drive 15 minutes further and still get home quicker.

KFC KFC - Buford, GA Customer Service and chicken product

I have been enjoying KFC for many years now. I went to my local KFC tonight with a coupon to get 12 crispy chicken tenders to use for making chicken fettuccine alfredo. I got 12 pieces of chicken but they looked more like nuggets instead of chicken tenders. I barely had enough chicken to flavor my chicken fettuccine alfredo. Pitiful excuse for chicken tenders plus the chicken pieces were dried out like they had been cooked for a long time! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I was not going to complain about my service but since I am complaining about my food I may as well bring to your attention the rudeness of the person working the window! First of all there was NO ONE in line when I arrived but I had to wait so long to order I eventually backed up hoping to get their attention. I finally did and an older gentleman took my order and said drive to the window. I got there and he had his hand outside the window to take my money. I asked the amount and he said you said you had a coupon so you should know the amount. I said you are right as I read the amount on the coupon of $10.00 and handed him the coupon and a $10.00 bill. He said he was going to need $.60 more. I said that is why I was waiting for a total. He said you should know how much tax there is on $10.00! Sorry I do not NOT! I am old but hopefully not too old to learn to like Popeye's chicken!

KFC Napkins included with order

Lawrence Kansas Drive Thru,

I ordered two two-piece meals through the drive up window. Food was OK. However, there was ONE napkin in the bag. Is the cost of paper napkins taken out of the employees paychecks? Or is it expected that my wife and I should share the napkin?

KFC 24 piece bucket complaint

I took delivery from Doha, Qatar Bin Omran Town Centre branch and it's the 4 time I am having the same complaint. KFC chicken is always over salty. We couldn't eat the chicken and we had to dump in to the dustbin.

KFC Locations

There are no kfcs in my area - I cant afford the time to run to a KFC at lunch as it takes the full hour. There is a new shopping area at RTE 4 and RTE 43 in North Greenbush, NY how about giving us a KFC? you have Hudson Valley Comm College, RPI Tech Park and a thousand other business and homes who'd love love love to have a KFC locally. Come on! these door dash etc are too expensive unless of course you only cater to the financially well off now?

I have waited 50 yrs for you to come to this side of the river... Like to see it before I die - cause your cole slaw and x-cripsy chicken is unbeatable but... Cant get to it so you are losing a lot of $$$$

please!

KFC Kid meal cookies

I order kids meal crispy strips and when I received it it was with no cookies when I called them back the call center they admit it their problem but they said they couldn't fix it, I told them I want to talk to the manager they he will call back u and he didn't call back they don't respect their clients I want to know what is the role of the manager shame on you big name like KFC to let it down into this level of poor service

Went kfc in shelbyville ky. The chicken and fries were so hard I couldn't eat them. Only thing I could eat was the biscuit. After not having any lunch I was straving and then get food that I couldn't eat. Nothing was fit to eat I just wasted my nine dollars. The food must have been cooked this morning.

Been eating KFC with my Family regular from Tahmoor NSW.

family get family pack weekly.Last 3 weeks from there been shocking, Needs to be corrected .

Chicken is dry, rock hard, the potato and gravy is most time only 3/4 full.The Chips not even full, worst part is don't care. What they give you in chicken is shocking.paying $31.95 for dry chicken, half filled potato and gravy, and chips.Pictures speak for them selves.Going plast this over Facebook, but every one gets chance to fix the problem.

KFC Delayed Delivery

I ordered KFC from Lulu Barwa city, Qatar at 2018hrs on 17 jun 2021 the delivery was not done till 2205hrs and finally I had to cancel the order. I called the customer care 5 times they said the driver is on the way. It hardly takes 10 minutes from kfc Barwa city to reach my home. This delay in delivery experience is second time happening now. I want this complaint to be raised by authorities. Such an irresponsible behavior from kfc Branch.

I went to KFC / LJS (5681 Memorial Dr, Stone Mt GA) ticket #1268. I saw a large hair on my chicken breast. I went back to the store to discuss the concern. The manager was given the meat w/ the hair on it to review. She discussed poultry processing concerns. She offered me another meal but I became displeased. I am sadden about the customer svc and filth.

The store in Port allen is by far the worst fast food place I have ever been in. I live app 25 miles from store and sometimes I want KFC, orginal recipe to be exact.
