KFC Unsanitary handling of food

On August 16, 2021 I went into the KFC located at Hall Street in Concord, NH. As I was waiting to place my order, I saw the employee who had been taking orders and working the register while wearing gloves, proceed to go over and, using the same gloves, grab the chicken by hand to fill an order.

I found that to be very unsanitary and decided I would NOT eat food handled like that, so I walked out without ordering. I thought they were supposed to use tongs to handle the food or at least change gloves.

KFC no chicken

at 6:30 this evening i went to kfc to get chicken for my family, because of covid there is no dine in. i called the store and tried to put in a order, was hung up on twice and then was told they had no chicken. i asked the manager if she would make fresh chicken and she would not, then what the hell were you open for. i would ask for coupons but they wouldnt have any chicken anyway, what a joke.

KFC Customer service

When giving us our order, they gave one person the wrong drink, forgot another one and we had to remind them. They also forgot to add salt, napkins and wipes to the bag which we didn't realise until after we left so we couldn't eat anything until we got home as it would have been too messy and by then everything was cold. Also for some reason, they made us pay two separate transactions for our collective order.

KFC I am complaining against the service of your delivery boy

I wanted to register a complaint against one of your delivery boys who came to deliver my order on 09th Aug 2021 at EnerMech Qatar, Salwa Industrial Area, Street no24, gate no 1. The delivery boy's mob number is [protected]. He reached at 10:48 am and called me. I asked him to wait outside and come to collect the order. He called me again and when I reached at 10:52am to collect the order, he shouted at me, just waiting there for 4 minutes. Please do not send such delivery boys again. He was very rude and behaved unprofessional. Please don't send this type of delivery boys again.

KFC The chicken

Hi,

I'm Ally from Mauritius island, please note that KFC Mauritius is actually not using appropriate oil for the making of fried chickens. I Have eaten a lot of kfc around the world ( Australia/ Uk/ France/ India),
But the pieces in Mauritius are really oily which is discusting. Even many people ask them why, They say it's the recipe. You should do something about it. KFC MAURITIUS is ruining the KFC brand.

KFC Service and food is never ready for drive-thru

Musina KFC Drive-thru. The food is never ready, when they run out of something, they only then want to start making new ones. They don't know how to manage. They don't understand that when something is close to finish they must already have new ones ready. And most of the time they are out of stock. They just say they don't have it, it's finish and that they still need to order it.
How is this right.
And it's a drive-thru but when they need to give you your food they tell you to go and park somewhere and wait like 15 or 20 minutes.Don't they understand how it works to manage a drive -thru

KFC Service

Grove City OH 665
Staff refused to acknowledge customers in drive thru for over 30 min. Doors locked on Sun 7/31/21 during business hours. No one would even look or acknowledge anything. Teens only working. Why open a store to not serve anyone? If doors closed due to Covid no signage was posted stating that. Other customers waited behind us and left as well.

KFC Chicken fingers

I'm writing because the location in Muscatine has been unwilling to replace a bad fryer (as was told to me last year when my order was toxic tasting due to oil that had broken down which causes a toxic oil.) once again we're unable to eat the chicken with horrible toxic taste & miserable nearly meatless dried up chicken fingers. Also they couldn't fill my order for 12 pieces, and even the sides were nothing like they should be. I won't be back, it's too expensive to get food that has to be thrown out.

Desired outcome: I’d like to sue them for selling food from a broken down fryer and oil that’s turned toxic.

We Sat in the KFC drive thru in Batesville, MS Hwy 6 over 20 min only to be told the only chicken available was spicy! Friday 6:30 pm 7/29 Batesville, MS. How ridiculous!

KFC Chicken

I bought 6 pieces of chick last night from KFC, Guardian Road, Edmonton, at 8;30 p.m. when I got home the chicken was all dried up and very small, the fries were very hot and looked fresh also the gravy was good but could not use the chicken, I o not have the receipt as my daughter has it in her vehicle. I have never been disappointed before with this branch.

KFC product

Hi i am writing this to complain about the Beenliegh store in qld . the last 3 times i have been there they have messed up my order . tonight i ordered 3 piece feed no potatoe instead i wanted coleslaw, and all hot and spicy. after waiting so long to get it as line was so long, i got 3 pieces of normal chicken no potatoe no coleslaw, when i rang to complain no one answers . So over the repeated bad service wrecked my sons dinner as he only eats hot and spicy, i wish someone would tell them to wake up, or train them better [protected] 2 cantwell pl beenliegh qld 4207 Billy

KFC Food in Musina

I bought meat (bucket for one) from kfc this morning and I was given yesterdays meat... The meat tasted old and spoiled. To top it up I was given a drink of not my choice... The waiter didn't even asked me which cold drink would I love to drink, she just gave me stoney which was not even cold but warm... KFC No masks preparing food

Went to KFC on US 83 in Mission Texas and after I paid I discovered no one was wearing masks. Asked the girl at the drive thru and she said Nope, no one is wearing masks, because we are all vaccinated. I guess it doesn't matter that vaccinated people still get covid, can still give covid to others and some are still dying in hospitals of covid that are vaccinated. Will be checking Church's in the future if I don't get Covid from KFC food.

KFC Delivery of cold food

Had food delivered today and the popcorn chicken and tender were cold inside, the only thing that was remotely warm was the sandwich, and macaroni salad, which is supposed to be cold. When I called the location the phone was off, on a Friday night at 8 pm. Worst experience for a meal that cost over $30.

I tried to lodge a complaint online and it kept giving me an error not allowing me to register a complaint. I next called the head office 800 number to lodge a complaint and when the line was answered, but there was no one there, just dead air.

Most ridiculous display of disregard for customers. I have deleted my account and the app from my phone, and will never eat KFC again.

Support small business by boycotting big corps!

Desired outcome: That they go bankrupt and cease existing for a lack of customer service

KFC Fried chicken

Normally I love KFC, but not yesterday. I had Doordash delivery of KFC from Meriden, I ordered an 8 piece bucket of drums and thighs. I asked for extra crispy, I got over extra crispy, it was not good, after eating it, my stomach got queasy and my husband had the same thing happen to him. Whatever they cooked it in was not right and they over did the outside. If anyone else had problems yesterday with the chicken, please respond.

KFC Coleslaw salad

I ordered 9pieces + 1 and regular chips. To my surprise when I get home I found that they put coslaw salad intead of the chips I ordered. I decided to eat the coslaw salad as I wanted it not to go to waste and just to save the money I spent on it. Yoh. The smell that came out of it, it tasted old and grumpy plus the funny smell. I regret ordering today

KFC Family burger box

Hi ordered a family burger box and was missing 1 burger and it also didn't have nuggets in it and the burgers didn't taste so good it was like the salad was old and also paid for a 1.25l sunkist and didn't receive it, I live too far away from kfc to drive back and didn't notice until I got home….
