KFC Delayed Delivery

I ordered KFC from Lulu Barwa city, Qatar at 2018hrs on 17 jun 2021 the delivery was not done till 2205hrs and finally I had to cancel the order. I called the customer care 5 times they said the driver is on the way. It hardly takes 10 minutes from kfc Barwa city to reach my home. This delay in delivery experience is second time happening now. I want this complaint to be raised by authorities. Such an irresponsible behavior from kfc Branch.

I went to KFC / LJS (5681 Memorial Dr, Stone Mt GA) ticket #1268. I saw a large hair on my chicken breast. I went back to the store to discuss the concern. The manager was given the meat w/ the hair on it to review. She discussed poultry processing concerns. She offered me another meal but I became displeased. I am sadden about the customer svc and filth.

The store in Port allen is by far the worst fast food place I have ever been in. I live app 25 miles from store and sometimes I want KFC, orginal recipe to be exact. KFC Chicken

I purchased A number 1 meal and paid $6.67. They were out of crispy dark meat chicken 🐓. I told them to give me original. I can't believe the piece of Chicken they served me. They also didn't put a receipt in the bag. I purchased the chicken about 5:15 PM. The staff was nonchalant. What's a shame is I'm 67 and young people think we don't complain. I'm an Administrator at my job, and I hate bad service.

Desired outcome: At least 2 free meals at a different KFC

Went to kfc ticket +number 1781 at 7:52p.m. ordered a number 1 fill up a leg and thigh. I didn't get a cookie. I didn't get gravy on my mashed potatoes, and got butter but no biscuit. KFC Product and service

I ordered an eight piece meal half extra crispy and original and they gave me all original with seven pieces six legs and one thigh, I also ordered my side where mac & cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy I received two mashed potatoes and gravy no mac & cheese. This is the third time I have been there and every time before this they were out of chicken it is a constant argument with the staff there to get food they do not ever have any ready no I do they want to serve you.

KFC Customer service, Mississauga, Ontario

Hi, I'm a regular customer at KFC Store No: 1395, located at 6055, Creditview Road, Mississauga, ON - L5V 2A8. I am a regular customer at the store and well versed with KFC Canada's protocols and guidelines, as my husband is an ex KFC-TB, General Manager from Ontario.

My last couple of visits at this location is worth mentioning, as the service and staff behaviour I've received two consecutive times, has left me with a feeling of hatred for this store and their staff. Such disappointing and inappropriate was the behaviour of the staff, that my children who are KFC addicts, have sweared of never visiting this store which is 5 mins from my house.

On 4th May, I visited the store in the evening and ordered 2 Popcorn Poutine Fill-Ups. It was quite evident, that the girl at the cash counter was new and untrained as she fumbled to locate the Fill-Up button on the screen. After a brief struggle and after adding and deleting this simple order for a while, finally my order was placed. I picked it up, came back home only to find out that both my orders were regular poutine fill ups with few drops of gravy on top. Dry, cold and messy.

I took the meal back to get the correct order. Upon my arrival, I was told that I've been charged only for a regular poutine fill up and not a popcorn fill up. I agreed to return the wrong order back to them, pay for the balance, and pick the correct order.

At this, the manager on duty (the shift manager on 4th May evening, I haven't noticed her name), was called by the girl at the counter to attend us.

And the way that lady behaved, was just shocking. Because, I know what customers mean in a food industry. And specially KFC, as I always used to hear from my husband, how politely he would handle any issues that would arise and apologize to the customer for any mistake. "Customer First", that's what KFC Canada harps on, right? But I suppose, this manager on duty has skipped this lesson during her managership training.

She told me that I should have checked the order before taking. But never said a word to the girl at the counter who actually took the wrong order. Then, I was asked what did I order... I said "Popcorn Chicken Fill-Up" and my young daughter also at the same time said, "Chicken Poutine Fill-Up". At this the manager furiously told me, that why are we not taking the correct name of the product. I wonder, as a customer do we have to get any traing from KFC before ordering food, on how to correctly pronounce the name of a menu irem? I still can't figure out, is there a big difference between "Popcorn Chicken Fill-Up" or a "Chicken Poutine Fill-Up"? May be, that's the new KFC policy, that customers should get training more than their managers and staff. Applause for this behaviour.

That wasn't the end. When I requested to pay the balance money and get my right order, the manager told me it was my mistake and I should have checked the order while it was being placed and delivered. The worst dialogue that came from her, which was told to me and my daughter was (exact words)..."You keep on standing and waiting... We're not going to attend you as we are busy, or replace and give you the correct meal. When you get tired, you'll automatically go". These were her exact words. It was humiliating as there were other customers standing who witnessed the entire episode.

After waiting in disgust for sometime, I was given the right order as I felt like a beggar who was just trying to pay and get the right dinner for her daughters. I promised, never to visit that store again in my life.

I did not filed a complaint for such ill behaviour as my husband who is an ex KFC-TB General Manager, stopped me as he still has fond memories with KFC.

I was compelled to break my silence and write to you, after my husband himself went to order at the same store (1395), yesterday (28th May, 2021), and ordered 1 Popcorn Chicken Fill-Up. It was a take out order, for which it took them more than 16 minutes to pack. Then, we heard somebody shouting from inside to one of their colleagues, saying.."Oh, the order was packed long back and kept lying, but nobody bothered to hand it over". (16 minutes for one Chicken Poutine Fill-Up).

I know what KFC teaches it's staff about how much should be the maximum waiting time to attend a customer who has entered the store to the time he is welcomed and attended at the counter. Then within how much time the food should be delivered. Same for any car that goes to the drive-thru.

Rule books are there. Shift Managers are made to study those rules to get promoted to ARGMs and RGMs, only to forget and unfollow everything they were taught. I wonder, if KFC has just laid the rules for passing managership exams and a "ZERO" when it comes to practical use.

Yesterday, the front counter at store 1395 was crowded with almost 10 people, all talking among themselves and wondering when somewill will come to the front counter to attend them, as there was nobody at the front counter (atleast till the time my husband was there).

Does this store really follow protocols? I wonder, how cluelessly they can let almost 10 people inside the store when entire Ontario is under lockdown. "Management, please wake up and act before they shut it down completely".

However, night when my daughter was all excited to have her dinner and removed the lid of the bowl of her Chicken Poutine Fill-Up, she was overjoyed to see, that the bowl has one more plastic lid, lying right inside the food mixed with the gravy. A complete messed up dinner, in which one would not even spit. That other lid is the lid that KFC used on their 'Large Salad' cups. I do have a picture of the meal that was given to me. Unfortunately, I donot see the probability of attaching the image, otherwise I could have done so.

So, a plastic salad lid, mixed with the food, lying inside the fill-up, with the staff or packer having no clue of what/how they are packing and delivering food to it's customers. In this current pandemic time, when extra care and precautions are taken is every walk of life, Store 1395, is serving food like this.

This raises several questions on the seriousness and professionalism of the staff and food that KFC Canada is serving. Mistakes, do happen... but not everytime. In food and hospitality industry, if managers do not have some basic courtesy and know how to apologise on their misbehaviour, that too when it was a mistake at their end, then I feel, KFC should go back to the basics and start traing their staff from the scratch.

I don't know if any action will be taken on my complaint, but if not, then I will certainly let people in the community know through social media, about what to expect from KFC Store No. 1395, located at 6055, Creditview Road, Mississauga, ON - L5V 2A8.

KFC Perfume getting on food

I went to drive thru on lundys lane in Niagara falls, girl at window had a ridiculous amount of perfume. It was on my cup, salad, utensils, and finally the chicken was ruined.

Saya order bucket 12 ketul (3 original + 9 spicy) dan 1 set dinner plate (3 original). Set dinner plate tersebut semua ayamnya busuk termasuk 3 yang original dalam bucket 12 ketul. Saya tidak berpuas hati kerana memang busuk dan rasa bangkai.

KFC Quality and quantity

- On 21 May 2021, ordered online super meal original as deals-4.750 OMR/12 PCs of chicken.
- Have ordered at 8.08 pm, online order not taken with note coming store/shop has been closed.
- call to same 24477777, answer coming only delivery received and same time my son also going to take delivery but have refused to give and say first online do. When I will try online not coming with note that shop/store has been closed.
- Lastly have accepted delivery for same and time has been 9.00 pm and answer coming 10.00 pm your delivery received.
- At 10.00 pm delivery received but observed that quality not ok and pieces also small as compared with previous order because am always prefer KFC but this time observed not delivered properly.
- If not possible to serve same deals with this 4.750 OMR then delete same offer from website.
- we always prefer KFC, why... Quality and quantity and personnel behavior cooperation from people working in shop.
- This time not happened like this...

KFC I am complaining about the size of the chicken drumsticks. and the service.

Selling this as a fair piece of chicken? is robing that is what is. Also the service is terrible you don't have catsup, neither paper plates. Plus you people sale fried pigeons instead of chickens.

KFC 24 plain wings ..I ordered 24 honey barbq wings.Only wings ill eat.

KFC Food

I ordered an 8 piece meal deal. My mash potatoes were already mixed with gravy and I received a small side of cole slaw, not a family size. This is the reason I hate using the drive-thru. This was purchased in Columbia, Md. on Minstrel Way, 21045. 8:16pm., on 5.16. As of this typing, I have tried 5 times to call and all I get is a "filled" mailbox. This is a HORRENDOUS way to do busy! KFC Fingernail in my food

Bought the 8 piece meal on Friday, May 16th. Someones fingernail was in the coleslaw. It wasn't a fake nail, it was a real, broken off nail, obviously a female. I went to KFC Restaurant #K071180 - and ordered 2 pot pies and 12 hot wings with ranch (no ranch) on [protected] @7:01pm. Drive through only service, it was late and this was supposed to be dinner. I ended up throwing the food out, the pies were over cooked and dried out, the chicken was extremely hard and distasteful. This is not my first rodeo with this location, will be my last time visiting. Thank you!

KFC product and service

I am writing today for two reasons. One reason is the product and service I received the last two times I got take out from the Dundas ST West location in Toronto, ON. I paid twice for all white meat. The first time what I received was two small wings and two pieces of thigh. I get ill when I eat dark meat so it just ends up in the garbage.

I went back, told them of my past experience, paid once again for all white meat. This time I received two small wings, one drumstick and two strange cuts from the thigh that were actually smaller than the wings. I don't even know what these pieces were meant to be on your product list. (I have a picture if you are curious)

So I complained in writing to your website. I requested an email response. None was given.

I am 53. I have been a patron for as long as I remember. I have watched the sizes of chicken and other products diminish and the quality of your ingredients go down while your prices have increased. Still, I have stayed a loyal customer until now. I can not tell you how disappointed I am. I didn't ask for a refund or anything else. I just wanted an apology or even an acknowledgement of my complaint. I got neither.

Desired outcome: I'd like to be acknowledged and the KFC in question informed.
