KFC product and service

I ordered the 12 piece variety bucket which was supposed to have 6 pieces of chicken and 6 pieces of chicken tenders, I got 12 pieces of chicken and no tenders ... At least 4 or 5 pieces of the chicken tasted rotten .
it was also supposed to come with two individual gravy 's for the fries,
I did not get any !
The KFC in Penticton B.C has not been good for a long time, I may never go back there again !

KFC KFC Newport TN

My wife and I sat in line for at least 45 minutes. I did not receive a receipt. I called and spoke with the acting manager and she informed me that they are short handed. She also informed me that the manager is out on medical. I feel that this is an owner problem and should not treat the customers in this manner. I will drive 15 minutes further and still get home quicker.

KFC KFC - Buford, GA Customer Service and chicken product

I have been enjoying KFC for many years now. I went to my local KFC tonight with a coupon to get 12 crispy chicken tenders to use for making chicken fettuccine alfredo. I got 12 pieces of chicken but they looked more like nuggets instead of chicken tenders. I barely had enough chicken to flavor my chicken fettuccine alfredo. Pitiful excuse for chicken tenders plus the chicken pieces were dried out like they had been cooked for a long time! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I was not going to complain about my service but since I am complaining about my food I may as well bring to your attention the rudeness of the person working the window! First of all there was NO ONE in line when I arrived but I had to wait so long to order I eventually backed up hoping to get their attention. I finally did and an older gentleman took my order and said drive to the window. I got there and he had his hand outside the window to take my money. I asked the amount and he said you said you had a coupon so you should know the amount. I said you are right as I read the amount on the coupon of $10.00 and handed him the coupon and a $10.00 bill. He said he was going to need $.60 more. I said that is why I was waiting for a total. He said you should know how much tax there is on $10.00! Sorry I do not NOT! I am old but hopefully not too old to learn to like Popeye's chicken!

KFC Noooooo chicken

Hi, this is not a complaint this is worse, it is inconceivable that a KFC store does not have chicken, I explain it better; yesterday I went to the KFC # 250015 located at 510 south river street at 9:18 pm as you will see in the photo that I send them, I approach the drive thru to buy a family fill up meal and they tell me that they only have leg which they give me an extra piece, when I approach the window to pay I ask them to sell me 12 more pieces and they tell me that there is no more chicken, when I ask them why they have opened they answer me that they have other things to sell, it is serious? And to finish when I open the box of the bisque there was only 3 and not 4 and when I call to tell them that they only put 3 they tell me to go another day to give me the bisque, as you will see I had to go to Popeyes', this I will discuss with all my friends so that they do not go to this store

KFC Tiny pieces

I ordered a 16 piece meal. When I opened the bucket, it was only half full. Every piece of chicken was 2-3 inches long. I took pictures with a measuring tape as proof. There was no way this would feed the 5 people I bought it for. The legs were the size of drummettes. The thighs were no bigger. I called the store immediately. They acknowledged the small size and said that's what they got in so that's what they served. Basically $50 for 16 nuggets. Now I still have to cook something else for dinner... Not happy!

KFC Napkins included with order

Lawrence Kansas Drive Thru,

I ordered two two-piece meals through the drive up window. Food was OK. However, there was ONE napkin in the bag. Is the cost of paper napkins taken out of the employees paychecks? Or is it expected that my wife and I should share the napkin?

Desired outcome: Put more napkins in the carry out orders if more than one meal is ordered.

KFC 24 piece bucket complaint

I took delivery from Doha, Qatar Bin Omran Town Centre branch and it's the 4 time I am having the same complaint. KFC chicken is always over salty. We couldn't eat the chicken and we had to dump in to the dustbin.

KFC Locations

There are no kfcs in my area - I cant afford the time to run to a KFC at lunch as it takes the full hour. There is a new shopping area at RTE 4 and RTE 43 in North Greenbush, NY how about giving us a KFC? you have Hudson Valley Comm College, RPI Tech Park and a thousand other business and homes who'd love love love to have a KFC locally. Come on! these door dash etc are too expensive unless of course you only cater to the financially well off now?

I have waited 50 yrs for you to come to this side of the river... Like to see it before I die - cause your cole slaw and x-cripsy chicken is unbeatable but... Cant get to it so you are losing a lot of $$$$

please!

KFC Kid meal cookies

I order kids meal crispy strips and when I received it it was with no cookies when I called them back the call center they admit it their problem but they said they couldn't fix it, I told them I want to talk to the manager they he will call back u and he didn't call back they don't respect their clients I want to know what is the role of the manager shame on you big name like KFC to let it down into this level of poor service

KFC The chicken and fries were so hard I couldn't eat them. Wasted my nine dollars for going there.

Went kfc in shelbyville ky. The chicken and fries were so hard I couldn't eat them. Only thing I could eat was the biscuit. After not having any lunch I was straving and then get food that I couldn't eat. Nothing was fit to eat I just wasted my nine dollars. The food must have been cooked this morning.

KFC Tahmoor NSW 2573 KFC

Been eating KFC with my Family regular from Tahmoor NSW.

family get family pack weekly.Last 3 weeks from there been shocking, Needs to be corrected .

Chicken is dry, rock hard, the potato and gravy is most time only 3/4 full.The Chips not even full, worst part is don't care. What they give you in chicken is shocking.paying $31.95 for dry chicken, half filled potato and gravy, and chips.Pictures speak for them selves.Going plast this over Facebook, but every one gets chance to fix the problem.

KFC Delayed Delivery

I ordered KFC from Lulu Barwa city, Qatar at 2018hrs on 17 jun 2021 the delivery was not done till 2205hrs and finally I had to cancel the order. I called the customer care 5 times they said the driver is on the way. It hardly takes 10 minutes from kfc Barwa city to reach my home. This delay in delivery experience is second time happening now. I want this complaint to be raised by authorities. Such an irresponsible behavior from kfc Branch.

KFC Hair on my food

I went to KFC / LJS (5681 Memorial Dr, Stone Mt GA) ticket #1268. I saw a large hair on my chicken breast. I went back to the store to discuss the concern. The manager was given the meat w/ the hair on it to review. She discussed poultry processing concerns. She offered me another meal but I became displeased. I am sadden about the customer svc and filth.

Desired outcome: Give me my money back and apologize. Lastly, wear hair coverage.

KFC Investigate problems with the resturant.

The store in Port allen is by far the worst fast food place I have ever been in. I live app 25 miles from store and sometimes I want KFC, orginal recipe to be exact. The last 4 or 5 trips I made to the store I was told I'd have to wait because they were out of orginal. Once they were out of crispy too. These visits are all times of the day so it's not that they are not cooking to keep from having unsold chicken. Tonight I went there and was told of course they were out of orginal and it would be 15 mins. I waited 25 mins and went though drive thur and again was told that it would be another 15 mins. I left after telling them exactly what I thought. What is suppose to tell them to put on another batch? All they do is wait till they are out to start more. I thought they were short of people but then I realized that the lobby was closed so they had the people. Even being short handed is not an excuse for lousy cutomer service. It does not give you the right to sit around, complain and do nothing. The fast food industry is no different than all others. If you are short handed you suck it up and serve the customer. He's the one that pays the bill and your salary. There is talk about raising the worker's salary. If KFC does that then they need to give their chicken away. More money will not made them suddenly want to work. In fact it'll have the oposite effect, in my opinion. My pay has always been based on my performance. I guess fast food is different.

KFC Service

My name is Donna Reese and I'm filing a this complaint against the KFC located at 1630 Veterans Boulevard, Dublin, Ga. I went there to get a 12pc. Chicken tender Family Fill Up for $20.00. I saw that it was offered online but when I got there the shift manager that was on duty said that they don't do that, so I pulled it up and showed it to her and she still wouldn't honor what was online. So, I went ahead and ordered the $20.00 Fill Up and she ask if I wanted original or Crispy, I told her I wanted Crispy. I had already been sitting there for almost an hour when another employee ask me if I was waiting on a Family Fill Up with original chicken. I told her that I was waiting on Crispy chicken so not only was the shift manager rude but she put my order in wrong. Then she tried to offer me some old chicken. I ended waiting an hour and a half for my food . This happened yesterday [protected]) at 7:25pm. Something needs to be done at this restaurant.

KFC Chicken

I purchased A number 1 meal and paid $6.67. They were out of crispy dark meat chicken 🐓. I told them to give me original. I can't believe the piece of Chicken they served me. They also didn't put a receipt in the bag. I purchased the chicken about 5:15 PM. The staff was nonchalant. What's a shame is I'm 67 and young people think we don't complain. I'm an Administrator at my job, and I hate bad service.

Desired outcome: At least 2 free meals at a different KFC

KFC Fill up meal on 5/30/21 no cookie no gravy on mashed potatoes got butter but no biscuit

Went to kfc ticket +number 1781 at 7:52p.m. ordered a number 1 fill up a leg and thigh. I didn't get a cookie. I didn't get gravy on my mashed potatoes, and got butter but no biscuit. I don't know if it was because of the time I ordered or what, but this is unaceptable. Restaurant +K966001. I visit this store quite regularly and have never had this result in the past. I have never complained to kfc before but I feel you should know about this. I would appreciate your input.

KFC Product and service

I ordered an eight piece meal half extra crispy and original and they gave me all original with seven pieces six legs and one thigh, I also ordered my side where mac & cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy I received two mashed potatoes and gravy no mac & cheese. This is the third time I have been there and every time before this they were out of chicken it is a constant argument with the staff there to get food they do not ever have any ready no I do they want to serve you.
