They called and said they donnot have drivers instore and cannot deliver my food and there's nothing that they can do as the online system has nothing to do with them.

KFC Complain.. Greasy chicken and flat drink

Paid €38:50 for a party bucket with a large bottle of Pepsi. Ordered from the restaurant for take away. Took food home and was unhappy the chicken was cold and greasy and pink inside. Just ate the boneless mini fillets and popcorn. Then the Pepsi was flat not one bit of fizz. Was very disappointed it was for my daughter birthday treat I had to go to another restaurant and order burgers told the child that KFC was closed.

Desired outcome: I'd like to be refunded in some way . My daughter was upset .

KFC Refused Inside Ordering Service

I went to the KFC in Bethalto, IL today after church for a lunch pick up. The drive thru was VERY LONG and I saw a gal come out of the building carrying a sack purchase along with a drink and get into a car. I thought that if I went in instead of waiting in such a LONG drive thru that I would get my order sooner. I pulled over and parked. There was a sign on the door which read that the DINING ROOM WAS OPEN. I went in. Nobody was in the dining room. I stood at the counter for what seemed a longer than usual amount of time before a gal came from behind the chicken rack and told me that they were not taking inside orders at the counter. I thought to myself, , Gee, thats kinda strange considering that the sign on the door says that the DINING ROOM IS OPEN. IF the DINING ROOM IS OPEN then HOW would someone get any food to eat inside IF they went into the dining room IF they are not taking orders from the inside counter? And WHY did I see a gal some out the doors with a KFC bag and a drink and get into her car? I was just a little bit mad because the drive thru had gotten even longer during the time that I got out of the line and parked and went in. I was pretty miffed. I mean, am I wrong to assume that IF the sign says that the DINING ROOM IS OPEN that they would naturally be taking INSIDE ORDeRs at the COUNTER? Well, yeah, they would have to IF they are telling people that they can come into the dining room! AM I RIGHT? Regardless I left the KFC and was a little ticked off and who knows if I will ever go back. I think KFC or the people in charge at this location need to get their stuff straight as to whether or not they want people inside their eating area and HOW they are going to get food to them.

KFC Bad service

I visited KFC on Nine Mile Road, Pensacola, FL today. The dining room is closed so we went through the drive-thru. A girl took our order and then asked us to pull to the parking lot and wait and it would be brought out to us. There were multiple other cars parked in the lot, also waiting. Finally a young lady came out and knocked on the car window, asking if our orders were for 3-piece combos and if we chose original or crispy. I confirmed that we had ordered two 3-piece combos, both original recipe. She went back inside and 26 minutes after giving through the drive-thru, she brought out order out to us and said "Sorry for the wait. It's hot and fresh." We left and made the 7 mile trip home without checking the order. When we arrived home, we found the combos included 2 pieces of chicken and only one side when there should have been two. While we were waiting we witnessed others parked in the lot waiting who were frustrated with the long wait and one lady who, although she had paid for her order, drove off angrily. This restaurant has been closed to inside dining since Covid. it would seem that simple drive-thru orders could be managed better. We paid for an order we did not receive this evening.

KFC 3 piece big box meal

Purchased a 3 piece big box meal and I asked for original. I got burned crispy chicken I went back inside the store before I left and showed them the chicken and told them it's burned and crispy. I didn't order crispy I wanted original and not burned. My issue was not resolved and I just left cause it wasn't going to be taken care of. I didn't like the way they addressed my issue and I didn't feel like it was important to them after I already paid for my meal.

KFC Not being open and unable to sell the advertised product at 10:00am mst

I arrived at the KFC, located at Central &Baseline Rd, N/E corner after 10:00am.
I went through the drive-thru since the east/side entrance's door was locked. I asked the employee that I only wanted a Large Cole Slaw. The Hispanic employee said they were having problems with the cash register and could not sell any products. I agree to pull forward to the second window, since the employee said it would be a few minutes. When I parked and elected to wait; after 5 to 7 minutes, the Hispanic employee asked me to pull over onto the eastside, and wait. I said I would rather not since the Sun was hot and shinning. After I waited a little and after no one opened the eastside door, I just left and went home, and filed this complaint to resolve this issue and the unfortunate inconvenient experience, I had to endure. Thanks

I've called the location to complain about the young man working drive thru that was extremely rude over the intercom pulled up to the window and still rude. Maria Ponce is the head manager in charge called a few times and no answer never again will I go to this location!

KFC Spicy chicken sandwich / burrito supreme / diet coke

I stopped coming from Fort Garland Colorado to have lunch on the go with my folks at your kfc/Taco Bell!
The drive through which could not be read due to tiny lettering gave us the need to go it. There was no soap in bathroom and only a dirty air dryer. Upon asking the cashier for soap, she laughed and said "we just got dirty, here. Just kidding"
We were given watery Diet Cokes,
A burrito missing half its stuffing as the first 3 bites were dry tortilla and what was left came out like juice from bottom of blown out soggy tortilla.
The quality of the burrito is an epic fail

The spicy chicken sandwich was poorly made bun dwarfed the soggy should have been Chrispy chicken patty, I asked for Mayo, extra sauce, pickles, lettuce and onions.
I got 2 pickles, extra sauce.
Upon eating the sandwich, my mouth and lips were painfully assaulted by the overexposure of pepper in the sauce.
Within 2 hours my lips continue to burn so much so that the heat activated sores all over my mouth that have required Rx medication to be called in on vacation and ive missed time being social on vacation Bc of the pain and embarrassment. What ever you put in that sauce should not be eaten or should have serious warning labels
Spicy means hot and spicy ~ not just hot and painful. Ive eaten spicy chicken sandwiches all over and this was by far the worst
We paid over $30 for our awful meal

Please contact to correct this situation Bc this just isn't right at all and I truly hope you reformulate that awful sandwich.

KFC False Advestising on TV

I saw on the television and ad for KFC

9 pieces for $10.95 on Tuesdays, I went into KFC Smithfield Cairns today and tried to order this and was told that this offer was not available and they were not running this special. When I questioned her on that she said just because I saw the ad on TV that didn't mean the Smithfield store in QLD. I then told her she need to let management know that this is false advertising she just brushed me of as to say she didn't care. She said the special only applied to specific stores, if this is the case I suggest you put on the ad which stores it applies to. Needless to say I wont be going back. But I will not think about taking this further onto higher authorities as I am sorry this is false adverting at its best

Desired outcome: Take the AD off the TV if this is correct from what the young lady said to me today

KFC Chicken stolen

I just bought a 9 piece bucket from KFC Ballito and when I got home I found only 8 pieces. My nearest KFC got burnt down and Ballito is the nearest. What do I do now. I'm hungry, I bought KFC for the whole family but I'm not gonna eat anything now coz my piece is not there. I never eat lunch today, I was waiting to get KFC and your'll did this to me. I'm so angry. I'm not gonna drive 30kms back to pick up one piece of chicken, do you expect me to count chicken in the bucket while I'm at the store. Because of this incident I'm no longer hungry, I lost my [censored]ing appetite. What do you expect me to do now. Imagine if this incident happened to your CEO, you think he will be happy. I paid my money, I paid for 9 pieces and your'll robbed me for one piece. It's fine, keep robbing people of their hunger. to the person that didn't check my bucket for the right amount of chicken, I hope you sleep well at night. It's been like almost 20 days and I haven't even gotten 1 cent back. Is this how big corporations treat their customers

KFC order incorrect

This the 5TH time this location has messed up a drive thru order. HWY 157 Cullman, AL [protected] 6:15 The screw up this time was : I ordered a 5piece tenders meal, crispy, slaw, green beans and a Dr.Pepper. I received: 5 bar-b-q strips, pickles, slaw and green beans. I did not eat the 2 sides because I needed the 5 peice tenders, crispy. That little deal was $8.99. A full refund will suffice. KFC Yelled at and disrespected by drive thru worker

I went to the drive thru pulled up to the mic and man proceeded to tell me to hang on. A minute later he started talking I thought he was talking to me so I started my order. He then yelled in the mic I told u to hang on I am talking to the person at the window I replied I had no idea who u were talking to I thought u were talking to me and he said well no I forgot to shut off my mic. He was rude

KFC Complain to the store official. Store service does not match the name

Hello dear
I have a complaint to the South Maabila branch store, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
So that it is unfortunate that we find the treatment of the staff very bad and also in the service and dealing with the customer. And I have an experience today so that it is written on the door 11 in the morning to start work, but I was at the door until 11 and ten minutes in hot and until I received the request at 11 and twenty
I also have experience with a restaurant manager who tells me to come at 11 and a half
i said to him: Why is it at 11 and half and a text is written on the door at 11 only?
In short, the Maabila store does not match the name, the Global Store

Worst chicken I ever bought at KFC. [protected]@aol.com. I bought chicken at another KFC in Fort Pierce last week and it was good fried chicken. I bought a 30.00 bucket today and the chicken was huge greasy pieces and all the rust just crumbled off off the chicken and was Gross. I want buy any more there. KFC service

we ordered a 12 piece bucket tonight paid $30 and revived only 6 pieces the employee when we pulled back around the first thing he said was we gave you all your chicken at this point we had said nothing then her argued with my husband and walked away then he came back and asked for the chicken and took it to the back of the store( i have no idea what he did with it ie: spit on it dropped it on floor or what) he brought it back with 6 wings on top shut the window and went to the back. we are 2 elderly people who got ripped off and if he got us sick well you figure that out. we want our money back and we will never go to any KFC ever again

KFC KFC nuggets

I bought chicken nuggets, Aug. 31. The nuggets were too hard. They were hard to eat, they need to be fried less. The guy did not give me my receipt, I forgot about it. I like to do the survey, and get my free chicken sandwich. The nuggets are fried too much!
