Subject poor service & charging for no reason-“whipped potato gravy”
Dear officer, i ask for "gravy of whipped potato" to feed my childrens as I purchase rice set with chicken & also purchased large whipped potato.my usual request for "gravy only in a small container" will be given by all the kfc outlet at penang. To my surprise,
the officer rudely told me that she need to charge for the "WHIPPED POTATO GRAVY". I said fine, u can charge the whipped potato gravy, but make sure the bill is printed as "whipped potato gravy". But the
officer told me she cannot charge for "whipped potato gravy" but can only put the charge as "extra cheese" charges rm1.80. But i told her, i do not want "extra cheese". what i want was "extra GRAVY OF whipped potato". After the argument, she said fine
she is not charging for it. And i told her i will
complaint this to KFC. She kept quiet. And after i receive the order, she ask me to move the vehicle as behind me there is another vehicle waiting. I said let it wait, it's my turn now and it is my rights to check
the items I purchased before i leave the drive
through counter. She sarcastically told me to move the vehicle again. this was very rude & sarcastic by a KFC officer. And if I'm not wrong, she is the Manager & the AM (assistant manager) was present there as well) - wearing black & white strip dresses. Out of all the kfc that i went- even to kelantan or Alor setar, this amanjaya sg petani kfc is the worse of my visit. I need to feed my child, u guys have rice but no soup.so i ask for extra "whipped potato gravy". Also want to complaint that the portion of the chicken of
part "above thigh" is too small. This is not

she humiliated me in front other kfc staff. And i told her "this is not my 1st time to KFC". If i print my credit card statement, u can see how many times i visit kfc a month. After heater argument, she ask me to pay. When i ask how much? She said "just pay!" This is such a rude & arrogant behaviour when

I order 7 30pm and I got the order at 9 pm the chicken was totally wet and its totally different from kfc chicken then I complain to the branch some one talk to me he said ok we will change the order but untill 11 pm no body came .no response after that I called again and again totally vaste of money and time in my life I never saw this kind of stupid service ever
Classic kfc chicken and hot wings
Went to KFC in Katowice at the mall by the main train station. Definitely won't be coming here ever again, myself and the partner have KfC regularly back in UK although here hot wings weren't hot at all and the classic chicken tasted like it was lacking some of the original spices. Staff also didn't put food in the correct boxes as advertised.

Booked order online... got an email confirmation of order stating that the delivery will be within 1 hour... waited for 2.5 hour and then called the call center to know that they have some system issues at that my order can be seen online but it has not been submitted to any branch... To whom ever this concern this afternoon around 3:30 I went through the drive through at Blythewood KFC to place my order when I pull up to pick up my meal I pay the cashier for my meal then she handle me meal to me with one handle of the bag when I reach for the bag my whole meal fell to the ground then a manager came over and ask what happen she told her that my meal drop she didn't tell her that she reach me my meals with one handle of the bag not two handle of the bags then the manager said that food could not stay there on the ground so I hold up the line to pick up the food of the ground which I paid for that cost me $21.99 which that as a customer that I shouldn't been the one to pick that meal when it was not reach to me correct and then I turn around had to paid for another meal again for $21.99 when the employment brought me my meal to my car the second time I asked for a receipt he ask why do I need a receipt I told him that I didn't get a receipt for the first meal and I have the right to get a receipt when I pay for my meal there should be apologize because I shouldn't been the one to clean that food up and I shouldn't have paid for no second meal I am ask for a refund back this is not fair a customer was treat this way I will be taken my business to another KFC my name is lillie mozie my email address is [protected]@gmail.com the KFC address is 206 Blythewood Rd. Crunch burgers
Rancid lettuce used in Crunch burgers left me nauseous since I had already eaten a few bites before realizing something was off.
Very disappointing, since it was the only meal I had eaten after a long day of shopping and I couldn't drive back to exchange it.
When I called the store to report it, I was told that the lettuce is fine and washed with veggie wash, then interrogated about what time I bought the food and each item I ordered. Both times I spoke to the manager, not once was an apology made. I was told she would give details to the senior manager who would contact me. An apology would have been appreciated and not made me feel like a liar. Very poor customer service, especially with something that has made me feel ill.

The KFC on maple Ave has the rudest slowest staff I'm a delivery Driver and I waited 30mins extra for an order that was suppose to be ready staff just sitting around not doing nothing the manager being rude and disrespectful because they wasn't doing there jobs. Hello! I went to KFC IN ELDORADO ARKANSAS. I brought a 30.00 10piece meal. My chicken was very hard and old. I order original chicken. I came to this location on my way back to work and I regret it so much. I hadn't had KFC in so long and coming here reminded me why. I ordered a crispy big deal box and it was disgusting. The chicken was hard, the gravy had a little bit of potatoes, the cole slaw was warm, the biscuit was at the bottom of the box, smashed an falling apart. I paid cash and was given no receipt for the transaction.
3 piece white meal
Tonight I bought a KFC meal at the Monroeville, PA store. The order was for a 3 piece WHITE MEAT chicken meal with french fries and cole slaw, original recipe.
This is what was in the bag when I got it home: French fries, cole slaw, 3 pieces of original recipe DARK MEAT chicken.
Are your people not trained in the difference between white and dark meat? White meat is much more expensive than dark, so I guess they pocketed the extra money. There were NO napkins and, of coursed NO receipt (so no proof of the order).
I rarely go to this store and will NEVER frequent it again.
Since having a gastric bariatric bypass, I must be very careful of the foods I eat. KFC is one of the few fast food restaurants that I can tolerate, but the meal was certainly ruined for me tonight.

Just been to drive thou at Skelmersdale tuck 30mins to be seen the fellas attitude stunk for got to give us drinks we had to ask him when we finally got home food was cold what their was of it because half the order was missing so not impressed at all it really does need sorting out as it's a regular acourance and a complete waist of time and money .

I visited KFC today, 10/8/21. The time was 11: 05 AM. I noticed that the line was moving very slowly although they were not that busy. As I got closer to the speaker, I noticed a pattern. The window attendant was taking one order at a time at the speaker. The customer would then drive up to the window and wait for their food. In the mean time, the next customer was being made to wait until the first customer had their order and drove off before the next order was taken. The customer in front of me ordered several items and was told, " we ain't got none of that." One of the items that they didn't have, was what I wanted. So, when I drove up to the speaker, I asked the attendant did I just hear you say that you didn't have this item. She said no, we don't. I informed her on how bad the service was and due to that, I wouldn't be back. She yelled out the window " We don't care" The proper response should have been, mam, I am sorry but we don't have that item in stock.

Complain.. Greasy chicken and flat drink
Paid €38:50 for a party bucket with a large bottle of Pepsi. Ordered from the restaurant for take away. Took food home and was unhappy the chicken was cold and greasy and pink inside. Just ate the boneless mini fillets and popcorn. Then the Pepsi was flat not one bit of fizz. Was very disappointed it was for my daughter birthday treat I had to go to another restaurant and order burgers told the child that KFC was closed.

Refused Inside Ordering Service
I went to the KFC in Bethalto, IL today after church for a lunch pick up. The drive thru was VERY LONG and I saw a gal come out of the building carrying a sack purchase along with a drink and get into a car. I thought that if I went in instead of waiting in such a LONG drive thru that I would get my order sooner. I pulled over and parked. There was a sign on the door which read that the DINING ROOM WAS OPEN. I went in. Nobody was in the dining room. I stood at the counter for what seemed a longer than usual amount of time before a gal came from behind the chicken rack and told me that they were not taking inside orders at the counter. I thought to myself, , Gee, thats kinda strange considering that the sign on the door says that the DINING ROOM IS OPEN. IF the DINING ROOM IS OPEN then HOW would someone get any food to eat inside IF they went into the dining room IF they are not taking orders from the inside counter? And WHY did I see a gal some out the doors with a KFC bag and a drink and get into her car? I was just a little bit mad because the drive thru had gotten even longer during the time that I got out of the line and parked and went in. I was pretty miffed. I mean, am I wrong to assume that IF the sign says that the DINING ROOM IS OPEN that they would naturally be taking INSIDE ORDeRs at the COUNTER? Well, yeah, they would have to IF they are telling people that they can come into the dining room! AM I RIGHT? Regardless I left the KFC and was a little ticked off and who knows if I will ever go back. I think KFC or the people in charge at this location need to get their stuff straight as to whether or not they want people inside their eating area and HOW they are going to get food to them.
