KFC Dissatisfied/Rural Services

To whom ever this concern this afternoon around 3:30 I went through the drive through at Blythewood KFC to place my order when I pull up to pick up my meal I pay the cashier for my meal then she handle me meal to me with one handle of the bag when I reach for the bag my whole meal fell to the ground then a manager came over and ask what happen she told her that my meal drop she didn't tell her that she reach me my meals with one handle of the bag not two handle of the bags then the manager said that food could not stay there on the ground so I hold up the line to pick up the food of the ground which I paid for that cost me $21.99 which that as a customer that I shouldn't been the one to pick that meal when it was not reach to me correct and then I turn around had to paid for another meal again for $21.99 when the employment brought me my meal to my car the second time I asked for a receipt he ask why do I need a receipt I told him that I didn't get a receipt for the first meal and I have the right to get a receipt when I pay for my meal there should be apologize because I shouldn't been the one to clean that food up and I shouldn't have paid for no second meal I am ask for a refund back this is not fair a customer was treat this way I will be taken my business to another KFC my name is lillie mozie my email address is [protected]@gmail.com the KFC address is 206 Blythewood Rd. KFC Crunch burgers

Rancid lettuce used in Crunch burgers left me nauseous since I had already eaten a few bites before realizing something was off.
Very disappointing, since it was the only meal I had eaten after a long day of shopping and I couldn't drive back to exchange it.
When I called the store to report it, I was told that the lettuce is fine and washed with veggie wash, then interrogated about what time I bought the food and each item I ordered. Both times I spoke to the manager, not once was an apology made. I was told she would give details to the senior manager who would contact me. An apology would have been appreciated and not made me feel like a liar. Very poor customer service, especially with something that has made me feel ill.

KFC Manger

The KFC on maple Ave has the rudest slowest staff I'm a delivery Driver and I waited 30mins extra for an order that was suppose to be ready staff just sitting around not doing nothing the manager being rude and disrespectful because they wasn't doing there jobs. She should not be a Manger I wanted to talk to her boss but they are friends so I'm contacting you guys

KFC Very old original KFC chicken meal. 10 piece .

Hello! I went to KFC IN ELDORADO ARKANSAS. I brought a 30.00 10piece meal. My chicken was very hard and old. I order original chicken. I'm very unhappy with my purchase as I live close to 25 mins away. This is not my first time having a complaint at this store I just decided now to do something about it. What can I do to get a refund or another meal? Your workers also was outside jus hanging out as I was pulling thur the drive thru.

KFC overcharged for 10 piece and chicken was all mussy

Sir: last Saturday, I bought a 10 piece bucket for $12.99 in Albuquerque, 6200 San mMateo st., ne, from Arlene the cashier, she charged us $17.49 and the chicken was smashed together in the container. We got home and found all this out. I have been trying to call the store all day, but they do not answer the phone, I wonder why? KFC Services

I came to this location on my way back to work and I regret it so much. I hadn't had KFC in so long and coming here reminded me why. I ordered a crispy big deal box and it was disgusting. The chicken was hard, the gravy had a little bit of potatoes, the cole slaw was warm, the biscuit was at the bottom of the box, smashed an falling apart. I paid cash and was given no receipt for the transaction.

KFC 3 piece white meal

Tonight I bought a KFC meal at the Monroeville, PA store. The order was for a 3 piece WHITE MEAT chicken meal with french fries and cole slaw, original recipe.

This is what was in the bag when I got it home: French fries, cole slaw, 3 pieces of original recipe DARK MEAT chicken.

Are your people not trained in the difference between white and dark meat? White meat is much more expensive than dark, so I guess they pocketed the extra money. There were NO napkins and, of coursed NO receipt (so no proof of the order).

I rarely go to this store and will NEVER frequent it again.

Since having a gastric bariatric bypass, I must be very careful of the foods I eat. KFC is one of the few fast food restaurants that I can tolerate, but the meal was certainly ruined for me tonight.

KFC Everything

Just been to drive thou at Skelmersdale tuck 30mins to be seen the fellas attitude stunk for got to give us drinks we had to ask him when we finally got home food was cold what their was of it because half the order was missing so not impressed at all it really does need sorting out as it's a regular acourance and a complete waist of time and money .

Desired outcome: Compensation for my time and money not to mention fuel costs

KFC Customer Service

I visited KFC today, 10/8/21. The time was 11: 05 AM. I noticed that the line was moving very slowly although they were not that busy. As I got closer to the speaker, I noticed a pattern. The window attendant was taking one order at a time at the speaker. The customer would then drive up to the window and wait for their food. In the mean time, the next customer was being made to wait until the first customer had their order and drove off before the next order was taken. The customer in front of me ordered several items and was told, " we ain't got none of that." One of the items that they didn't have, was what I wanted. So, when I drove up to the speaker, I asked the attendant did I just hear you say that you didn't have this item. She said no, we don't. I informed her on how bad the service was and due to that, I wouldn't be back. She yelled out the window " We don't care" The proper response should have been, mam, I am sorry but we don't have that item in stock.

KFC Complain.. Greasy chicken and flat drink

Paid €38:50 for a party bucket with a large bottle of Pepsi. Ordered from the restaurant for take away. Took food home and was unhappy the chicken was cold and greasy and pink inside. Just ate the boneless mini fillets and popcorn. Then the Pepsi was flat not one bit of fizz. Was very disappointed it was for my daughter birthday treat I had to go to another restaurant and order burgers told the child that KFC was closed.

Desired outcome: I'd like to be refunded in some way . My daughter was upset .

KFC Refused Inside Ordering Service

I went to the KFC in Bethalto, IL today after church for a lunch pick up. The drive thru was VERY LONG and I saw a gal come out of the building carrying a sack purchase along with a drink and get into a car. I thought that if I went in instead of waiting in such a LONG drive thru that I would get my order sooner. I pulled over and parked. There was a sign on the door which read that the DINING ROOM WAS OPEN. I went in. Nobody was in the dining room. I stood at the counter for what seemed a longer than usual amount of time before a gal came from behind the chicken rack and told me that they were not taking inside orders at the counter. I thought to myself, , Gee, thats kinda strange considering that the sign on the door says that the DINING ROOM IS OPEN. IF the DINING ROOM IS OPEN then HOW would someone get any food to eat inside IF they went into the dining room IF they are not taking orders from the inside counter? And WHY did I see a gal some out the doors with a KFC bag and a drink and get into her car? I was just a little bit mad because the drive thru had gotten even longer during the time that I got out of the line and parked and went in. I was pretty miffed. I mean, am I wrong to assume that IF the sign says that the DINING ROOM IS OPEN that they would naturally be taking INSIDE ORDeRs at the COUNTER? Well, yeah, they would have to IF they are telling people that they can come into the dining room! AM I RIGHT? Regardless I left the KFC and was a little ticked off and who knows if I will ever go back. I think KFC or the people in charge at this location need to get their stuff straight as to whether or not they want people inside their eating area and HOW they are going to get food to them.

KFC Bad service

I visited KFC on Nine Mile Road, Pensacola, FL today. The dining room is closed so we went through the drive-thru. A girl took our order and then asked us to pull to the parking lot and wait and it would be brought out to us. There were multiple other cars parked in the lot, also waiting. Finally a young lady came out and knocked on the car window, asking if our orders were for 3-piece combos and if we chose original or crispy. I confirmed that we had ordered two 3-piece combos, both original recipe. She went back inside and 26 minutes after giving through the drive-thru, she brought out order out to us and said "Sorry for the wait. It's hot and fresh." We left and made the 7 mile trip home without checking the order. When we arrived home, we found the combos included 2 pieces of chicken and only one side when there should have been two. While we were waiting we witnessed others parked in the lot waiting who were frustrated with the long wait and one lady who, although she had paid for her order, drove off angrily. This restaurant has been closed to inside dining since Covid. it would seem that simple drive-thru orders could be managed better. We paid for an order we did not receive this evening.

KFC Drive through order

I went to KFC in Hastings, Ne. #K402002. My ticket #1137, on 9/29/2021 @ 2:29pm, to get a side order of potatoes & gravy. I received my order and placed the bag in my seat, without looking inside the bag to check order, (unfortunately)& proceeded home, which is approximately 45 minutes away. When I got home, I reached to get the bag, when I noticed something on my seat. I opened the bag then, to see that there was no lid on the gravy, and so the gravy was in the bottom of the bag, and all over my seat. I then found that the lid that should of been on the gravy was also on the bottom of the bag. So the person whom prepared my order to go was so incompetent, that they did not take the time, or care to make sure the lid was securely on the gravy, for an order to go!
The order was for my ill Mother, because she was craving KFC potatoes & gravy. Well she got potatoes only! I proceeded to call the KFC to talk to a manager, in which I was polite, and explained what happened, and I asked if they would pay to have my seat cleaned, as it was cloth. And that one of her workers was incompetent, to make an order safe, to go! Well she was not polite, and she told me they will not pay to have my car seat cleaned, I asked why not, and she continued to talk to me in a loud unfriendly voice. I then asked her, what her name was, and she told me, "I am not giving you my name!" I said, "That's ok, the company will know who was the manager at that store at 5 pm." So I was going to hang up then, and I heard her yelling something at me, but I don't know what it was, as I was hanging the phone up! I've never encountered a manager like this before, especially because I was being polite, and just explaining the situation, and you would of thought I asked her to cut off her right hand. It was a little ridiculous, and she did not resolve my issue at all, as I thought that was the manager's job! I was curious if this is how you expect to have your KFC name respected, I would think you would want it regarded a little higher. I also would think you would want an efficient manager, whom taught her employees to be competent worker's, and for her to problem solve!

I'm sorry for your issue Jodi. I can assure appreciate how frustrating that may have been.

Unfortunately many people who purchase to-go orders don't take the time to make sure the order is correct or packaged in a way that suits them for transport. As a result, I'm sure you can understand, that no restaurant can be responsible for your order once you have left the premises.

Mr. Helpful, that might be true, but the employee needs to make sure and have the lids on the to go orders to make sure they do not damage someone's property!. You cannot damage other peoples property, without paying the price!. Look what happened years ago when that woman ordered coffee to go from McDonald's, and it was too hot and burned her!. She sued them and received millions in compensation! That is just an example!

KFC 3 piece big box meal

Purchased a 3 piece big box meal and I asked for original. I got burned crispy chicken I went back inside the store before I left and showed them the chicken and told them it's burned and crispy. I didn't order crispy I wanted original and not burned. My issue was not resolved and I just left cause it wasn't going to be taken care of. I didn't like the way they addressed my issue and I didn't feel like it was important to them after I already paid for my meal.

KFC Not being open and unable to sell the advertised product at 10:00am mst

I arrived at the KFC, located at Central &Baseline Rd, N/E corner after 10:00am.
I went through the drive-thru since the east/side entrance's door was locked. I asked the employee that I only wanted a Large Cole Slaw. The Hispanic employee said they were having problems with the cash register and could not sell any products. I agree to pull forward to the second window, since the employee said it would be a few minutes. When I parked and elected to wait; after 5 to 7 minutes, the Hispanic employee asked me to pull over onto the eastside, and wait. I said I would rather not since the Sun was hot and shinning. After I waited a little and after no one opened the eastside door, I just left and went home, and filed this complaint to resolve this issue and the unfortunate inconvenient experience, I had to endure. Thanks
