mac and cheese
Yesterday, March 20,2022 I visted the kfc on dix hwy, lincoln park mi 48146 at around 2:20. I ordered a large mac and cheese and a large coleslaw. I love kfc mac and cheese. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the container and saw what a large mac and cheese looked like. (pics attached) None of the mac and cheese had been eaten before this pic was taken. It did not even cover the bottom of the container and it tasted like they had scraped the bottom of the pot and gave me all that was left. It was cold and lacked flavor. Like I said earlier such a disapointment! I would not have sent you this email but this is the second time this kfc has give me a small mac and cheese in a large container. And this kfc will not accept any cash. (sign on the drive thru window) The sign said they have no change. Come on... No wonder this kfc is only rated 3.5 stars.
Desired outcome: Being this is the second time this has happen to me I would appreciate a refund or coupons so I can get another large and I mean large order.
service was disappointing
March 20, 2022 Sunday, around 5:30 PM.
i went through the drive through, i placed my order, went to window to pay for it, i was told because i only had $60.00 in $20.00 bills, that they couldnt take my money because they only accept correct change or card. I dont have a card nor the correct change of $43.00. I had family waiting at home for our supper and because I didnt have a card or the correct change i could not be served, so i put my $60.00 back in my wallet and drove off and went to c
Chief's grocery store here in Defiance Ohio, bought rottiserry chicken and fixings i could find to put in microwave. why am i upset and probably NEVER go back to kfc. i think this is absurb! why didnt the girl tell me about their requirement of payment before i placed my order... If it was really true.
Service
When we travel I do not fill the surveys out until we reach home (Florida/Michigan). We just returned home and I tried to do the survey from 2-12-22 at 5:22 pm and was rejected time is only 7 days. We ate at KFC #G135246 in S.C. the service was slow and the sandwiches were barely warm. A Fill up box and chicken tenders ($20.42) took along time to receive, ordering was fast by the waiting line for meals was long. We were not impressed with non friendly cashier, no butter or honey for my biscuit, inside area was clean except for a few crumbs on the table. Not happy with temperature of food served. How do we get a refund?

Appaulling service
It has been well over a month since KFC took money from my card and no reimbursement. I placed the order on the 12th of February using the KFC app and the app never processed my order but the money debited from my account (please see attached bank statement and proof of payments). I then subsequently had to re-order and my partner and daughter received an appalling service from KFC MDANTSANE TAXI CITY store.
Here's a breakdown of what was ordered:
1 Streetwise Remix Plus+
1 Snack Burger
1 Oreo Krusher
1 Chocolate Milkshake
They didn't receive the Oreo Krusher as well as the Chocolate Milkshake because KFC personnel had a problem with the ice machine not setting up. They waited for more than half an hour and yet no one explained anything and mind you this was an online order so should have received a prompt service.
My partner asked the manager what recourse would be made to either receive a credit voucher and he vehemently told her they don't issue such. So they had to forfeit the R29,90 Oreo Krusher and R19,90 Chocolate Milkshake because of someones incompetence.
I was contacted by the following KFC Customer Care team personnel, Thobile Msibi on the 14th of Feb. case reference: CAS-921340-H6P1M7 and Kgomotso Mpelo on the 15th of Feb. case reference: CAS-921568-F6R5V7. I have sent them proof of purchase and everything else they wanted but to this day no refund.
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed the money that was deducted for the 1st order as well receive a voucher to claim the items (Oreo Crusher R29,90 and Chocolate Milkshake R19,90) they didn't receive.
KFC in Cordova, Tn. Charged my credit card twice for the same order in the amount of $19.73
On Saturday, March 5, 2022 at approximately 1830 hours I visited the KFC at 1295 N. Germantown Parkway Cordova Tn. 38016. I place an order for a 12 pc unsauced wing and a Pot Pie Combo. My total came to be $19.73. I used my bank card to pay for my meal. On Tuesday, March 8, 2022 i was online checking my bank statement and notice 2 charges (back to back) of $19.73, I opened the transaction and realized it was from KFC. I immediately called the store to make them aware and to rectify the situation. A young man answered the phone and I asked for the manger on duty. He claimed to be that person. I asked for his name and he reluctantly gave it to me. I explained the situation and he as rudely as he knew how told me there was nothing he could do about it. He just started working there on Sunday, March 6, 2022. He also stated that it has happened to multiple people I am not the only one and I just needed to wait a couple of days for my money to appear back on my card. I asked him since he stated he could not help me who could I speak with that could. He stated I could call back tomorrow and speak with the manager but he did not know his name. Once i got no where with him. I call the corporate office and spoke with a young man named Jace. I explained to him the situation, and how rude the "Manager" that answered the phone was. He took my information and stated someone would get back with me about my situation. I waited until Thursday, March 10, 2022 after never hearing anything back from anyone I called the corporate office again and spoke with a young man named Matt. I explained the situation to him as well. He pulled up my account and stated he was not sure why no one has reached out to me as of yet. He stated he would put a note in and gave me my case number and said someone should be reaching out to me soon. I am still waiting! I was never loud, rude or boisterous with anyone I spoke with, yet I was being disregarded, and talked to very rudely about my money that was wrongfully taken from me by your establishment. I am very upset
Desired outcome: I want my money ($19.73) to be refunded back to my account. I want the employees, managers etc. be taught customer service skills, and proper etiquette when dealing with consumers. They should also be reprimanded for as well.
Service Related
As a customer, I am speechless. I have been in the KFC on 19th Ave/Union Hills. Without exception, I am consistently exposed to obnoxious, unprofessional conduct coming from management and employees. I have exited my vehicle only to be bombarded by a loud blast of voices screaming at customers as well as an unnecessary, dramatic display between managers and employees. I have been in retail and field management for many years and I am VERY GOOD, I have had numerous rewards and other acknowledgements. That being said... I had NEVER seen such a lack of professionalism. I have visited in all shifts. Most employees would have been terminated immediately. Also...I have walked by a group of employees on break and outside the restaurant wreaking of a marijuana smell. With or without a card, this is a criminal action if it is done on the clock whether on a break or not. There is 1 particular manager, older with gray hair, who is the MOST OBNOXIOUS person I have ever heard. He insults employees loudly enough to be heard by customers. This display is unprofessional and has me asking how he still has a job. Surprise inspections from the right people could achieve epic results. If the cameras are operational, this would also be a great resource.
Desired outcome: Termination of certain members of management and employee staff is necessary.
Aiding in the destruction of innocent human beings.
Our relationship with KFC has ended today and will remain ended until KFC becomes an American company. We do not deal with companies who have no regard for human life. Any business which does business with nations such as RUSSIA, CHINA AND OTHERS OF THEIR ILK does not come under our classification as AMERICAN.
Furthermore, remove any connection in your advertising with the state of Kentucky. Unlike KFC, Kentucky is AMERICAN.

Incorrect order size

I ordered to go Classic 1 person kubelek.
Plus 2 x hot wings.
Plus coleslaw.
Size of kubelek was like on the picture. 2 small wings, 1 leg,3 or 4 tiny crumbs ( bites ?) -first photo.
4 pieces of wings on wooden board making 2 orders are ok.
But all of it was dump in one box and didint even look full.- last photo.
Half of it was not there.
Desired outcome: Return my money and vaucher for additional boxes. You should control your franchises more often . In this location is coming practice to reduce size of orders.
Online order still not refunded
In July the 11th I purchased food online and paid online for the order. When I got to KFC Johannesburg Park Central to fetch my order The Manager told me they did not prepare food due to the strike. My Order was on their screen "accepted" and I left the restaurant without food. The next day I called their consumer service for a refund and the lady I spoke to promised me that I will be refunded but up until to date I have not got my refund.
Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded my money please.
Food
I ordered a 2 piece mixed grilled, I specifically said a breast and a leg ; he (the cashier) said let me check to see if we have a breast. When he came back to the mic, he stated yes no problem. I got all the way home in Pembroke Ga from KFC on Gwinnett St in Savannah and open the box to a small overcooked thigh and a seriously small leg and a old hard biscuit.
Desired outcome: I would like the correct order I paid for with fresh food.
KFC in exton, PA - located on Pottstown pike
I went there after class on 2/21/2022 around 6:05 - no chicken to be had, and no time limit when chicken would be ready - offered me chicken tenders, had no option, person on the microphone was not professional, there was screaming in the background, and things were being thrown around. She actually screamed in the mic and I asked if she was ok, no response. but to pull forward. I paid for my chicken tenders, and the people inside were still playing around. They closed the door and expected me to pull away I knocked on the window and asked for a receipt, I could not get a receipt because they didn't have any paper to give me a receipt, I asked for the phone number and manager's name, didn't know the phone# and wouldn't give me the name of the manager, I really don't understand any of this at all. Also, I called the complaint line on Thursday, as well as a few minutes ago, I was advised that someone would reach out to me within 24-72 hours, and then a few minutes ago, was told it was 1-3 business days, so weekends don't count. I'm extremely upset with KFC and their customer service, and how people are being treated.
Desired outcome: I would like a response. and refund my money- $9.75. Mgt. should retrain employees so the customer's needs can be meet as well purchase a lot of receipt paper, knows how to change the paper. have the mgr name & phone #
Hot wings
The KFC hot wings cost R30 for 4 wings, today I bought them at the umhlanga Ridge kfc close to the coastlands hotel and my God! They are so small! They 20 mins to get to me n I am not happy at all.
These are not worth the R30 I paid! Why don't they just stop selling them once.
They don't taste good anymore. I really wish they could not mislead us through false advertising.
Desired outcome: The wings must be bigger n the taste improved.
Ignored at store
My wife contacted the Birch Run location to inquire if their dining room was open, they confirmed it was. Feb 26 2022 @ 1:50p
After driving 10 miles, the doors were locked. When they noticed, they allowed us inside and then ignored us for almost 5 minutes.
Waste of our time and gas.
Desired outcome: That the staff and management receive training in customer service. That would be a great start.

Fill up (8 piece and 2 large sides/biscuits) meal
I went to the KFC in Painesville OH (zip 44077) on Saturday January 22nd approx 5pm. I intended to order and extra krispy chicken fill up meal ($25) I was informed they only had dark meat if I still wanted the meal. I said yes and received 8 pieces of dark meat extra krispy. I would have though an adjustment of pieces since they were all small dark meat might have been in order but that's not my issue here. When my family and I went to eat the chicken approx 10-15 minutes later (I live within 4 miles of the location on Richmond street) we all had the same reaction (terrible taste which felt like it was sitting for hours) the chicken was so dark (almost looked burnt) and the breading was very dark as well. I have eaten at KFC many times and this was by far the worst quality food I have every received. The sides were fine cole slaw and mashed potatoes but the chicken was inedible. I almost wanted to take it back up to the store but did not as I was pretty dissapointed/upset.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund even if partial for such poor quality of food and for potentially being served unsafe food (it was that bad) I am not sure what your holding times are on cooked chicken but this was obviously a long time in holding.
Very rude employee
Pulled up to the drive thru asked to order 8 chicken wings and the guy over the mic said he was out of chicken so I asked for how long and he said about 8 to 10 minutes, so I said I’ll wait he said ok well let me have your order I then said I need 8 wings and he said no ma’am I can’t sale you 8 wings and I said why not he then said because he was not gone run out of chicken saleing it all to me and then have to run out for other customers and he didn’t want to cook anymore so I laughed and asked how many can you sale me and he said only 3 so I said ok well can I have the rest in legs, he said fine can you pull over and I’ll bring it out, so I did and I sat in my car look you guys up to complain, well this young man came out mad and was giving me the crazy look cause I wasn’t pulled up close enough to the door and I asked him what’s wrong and why was he looking at me like that and he mumbled [censored] and from there we argued, I don’t understand why he got upset with me I told him from start this was a family member’s order that is in the hospital and was finally able to eat solid food and was wanting KFC oh he even said they were out of all desserts which I think he lied about that smh..
Desired outcome: Rode away definitely pissed!!
Shoddy service
We entered your Trowbridge take away in the Bradley Rd industrial Complex to order a sit down meal at 5.22pm and received our meal at 6pm, a lot of the time was taken up by all of the Deliveroo deliveries being served at the same time leaving all other customers to the last, although the delivery people are bringing in extra custom for KFC we are now paying a high price for our meals but surely if you cannot cope then you should not have started the service in the first place or combine the Deliveroo with the drive through.
We are not happy with the quality of the meals because instead of having chicken breasts & drumsticks like we used to have are now given carcass with a little meat and winglets which you cannot eat and bones, what has happened to the service & quality that we used to have?

2/15/22 Fallon NV 89406 I ordered a bucket (16 pc.) of chicken thru the drive through. First the chicken was covered in oil, semi warm, I received two breasts four wings to dry to even eat, no drumsticks and the rest were thighs. I would have been willing to wait for the correct order had I known. I live way out of town and by the time I got it home it was too late. This is not the first time I have received a bad order through the drive thru So basically, I was stuck with it.
Desired outcome: To not pay 27 dollars for bad food.
Oh my tacos fall apart Taco Bell KFC
I received a coupon for five dollar Taco Bell / KFC corporate. They tell me they cannot use it because it’s Taco Bell only. (It’s a Taco Bell only coupon). At this location in Highland, CA 92346 on Boulder Cross Street Baseline I see the address is 7347 Boulder Ave., Highland, CA 92346 will not honor my five dollar coupon for a complaint of tacos they smashed a week ago. Every taco fell apart and could not be picked up.
Filing a complaint with this location obviously does no good.
change to KFC operational procedures resulting in long wait and bad food
I placed an order, by phone, with KFC store #F036002 at 3:26 PM, on Feb.13, 2022. I indicated a pickup time of 6 PM, that same evening.
I arrived at the store at 5:58 and parked in the "pickup spot." The sign stated that I needed to come into the store to get my order. I made my way on icy driveway and sidewalks, to get to the door. Posted on the door was a piece of paper that said the lobby was closed due to short staffing and only the drive-thru was open. The drive-thru line circled the store.
There were two workers in the lobby, seated at tables. One was on his phone, the other was on his laptop. I knocked on the door loudly. One of the kitchen workers looked at me. I knocked loudly, again. No one responded. I made my way back to my car, on the slush-covered pavement, and proceeded to get in the drive-thru line. One hour later, 6:58 PM, I was at the pickup window. I asked about the food and was assured it had just been "cast." The cashier, Brooke, became rude.
And the food was terrible. The chicken was a blob stuff, no skin on anything. The mac n cheese was dried out and hard. Guests flipped it over to find moist bites. The cole slaw bowl was half-filled. See below: uneaten mac n cheese and chicken "slop!"
Desired outcome: I would like to speak to KFC Quality trainer. How are managers trained? What signage is available for managers to notify customers of operational changes. I also want my $51.19 refunded for an inedible dinner.
