KFC - Service

Hi.. Im writing to complain about taco bell/kfc in waterloo ny.. Store number g135346... First of all we ordered 2 of the 6.99 deluxe boxes and 3 regular meals and she brought them all to me on one tray in a pile I asked why the 2 boxes were not in boxes and she replied they only boxed them on to go orders.. Then I asked how to tell what goes with what because they all looked the same and she actually told me she had no clue because she didnt make them so we were stuck opening everything and it was a big mess... Now to mention every table in the place was filthy.. We had to clean a spot to sit.. Then we asked why it was so cold in there.. Shrugged shoulders.. It was so cold the water in the toilet was frozen... I normally dont complain but this was our second bad experience in that same place.. Thanks for listening... John Betterley [protected]@yahoo.com
