My family really enjoyes your chicken. We usually get take out chicken about twice a month. Our order usually totals at least $50. last night we placed an order that included a 16 piece meal. We live an hour away. When we got home, we found that two orders of gravy were missing. Honestly, , the potatoes are not too good without the gravy. This would not have been a big deal but just two weeks earlier the exact same thing happened. I called the restaurant, explained what happened. Of course I was told to come back and they would give them to me. I explained that was not an option as we lived an hour drive away. Their solution was to give me two orders of family sized gravy the next time I was in town. After stating the obvious (what am I going to do with that). I asked if they could make it something more reasonable or to deduct the price of two potatoes and gravy from my next order. That was not possible. Then they hung up on me. I immediately tried to call back but got no answer. I know that no one is perfect and mistakes happen. But TWICE? I didnt feel that they made a reasonable effort to compensate me for my inconvenience.     The logical thing to do is check your order before driving an hour away from the store.
