KFC

Oct 31 in the midst of the worst rain storm we've had all year, I am starving. Go to order, tons of rain, getting soaked, so go to window. The person was the rudest person that may work at any KFC in the nation. Informed me it was store rule, that I had to come in to order. If I had gone inside I would have been soaked. I asked for Manager, he has to be the rudest person in Greensboro. No apology, No sorry. I asked for the number to complain of bad customer service and he told me he didn't know it. I said 'of course you don't'. They were rude, mocking, sarcastic, I was proud that I kept my temper. Will never go to that KFC again.
