Y'all suck! The rudest [censored]ing workers I have ever met!! This stupid [censored] named amber had a straight attitude with me and told me to do math on my phone. And on top of that she forgot 2 main entrees of my order I will not be going back. Who ever hired this [censored]ty work staff and not wearing gloves making food need to be fired. KFC they charged excess amount

Dear sir I went kfc ones in a week and the always charged excess amount yesterday I went kfc and buy some food my bill was 356.61 INR RS. And I pay the bill through my credit card and they charged 357. INR RS. so I want to raise complaint against kfc if I am making a payment through my credit card why they charged extra amount.
Kindly take action against kfc because if they are doing it always they earn huge money from world wide

I walked into kfc in tallulah la and specifically asked for my food to be cooked fresh reason being the wings are only being cooked for 9 minutes and they are not done all the way through. The workers refused to drop fresh wings and cook them longer. She told me it would take 14 minutes then 5 minutes later tried giving me wings that were already cooked...

KFC new wings, bbq & nashville hot

The employee would not allow mixing of 24 piece boxes, the number of wings different than shown online. (20 vs 24) I requested 12 BBQ, and 12 Nashville hot, was told I would have to buy two 12 piece containers

When placing the order in the bag, the employee tipped the Nashville hot container, spilling the hot sauce out into the bag- where it went all over my leather car seat.
Also dripping on my shirt staining it.

The wings were cold, fatty and were not spicy hot, nor had any taste.

The potatoes and gravy had hardly any gravy at all.

It was certainly NOT worth $25.15.

I see why KFC is not doing well.

KFC crunch burger

It was terrible! Luke warm, no sauce and dry.

Very disappointed.

I really used to enjoy chicken burgers from kfc. But now Burger King makes better chicken burgers than kfc... how does that happen? Value for money seems to be a thing of the past.

I really think that you need to put some effort into your stores and your product. You are going to lose paying customers like my self and my wife ..

Manager named Alicia is very rude and unprofessional, she's is always rude and not clean I always hear her yelling at her employees swearing at them, always outside smoking, always out of food and restraunt is always dirty she's very very very rude and always has an attitude, Everytime I come in it's dirty, not even fresh food, I'm never coming here again

KFC 8 pieces of dark chicken

I got all white chicken when I called store back was told there was nothing they can do because that was how it was ordered I explained that it was ordered all dark legs and thighs. The manager said no it was all white with 2 potatoes and 2 corns. I again explained it was just to be all dark meat. She again said it was ordered wrong . What I received was 8 breast 2 potatoes and 1 corn. Very rude manager.
So it wouldn't have been the right order. I tried to explain that the person who I ordered from doesn't like white meat and what could we do about it, was told to call the person who picked up the food it was their problem

KFC non response from kfc on case id number: rsxsb

I SENT IN A COMPLAINT AND THEN I received a message with a Case ID Number: RSXSB, on August 8 & was told to send them more info which I did and never hear back a single word on this complaint. My email response came from Atif, KFC Guest Services. I was very hopeful once I received back a case number but after sending them the requested information I Just wondered why I have never received a response back in two months.

KFC service is a -1- out of 10 - don't waste your time

I arrived inside the restaurant at 12:10 PM. This was my first visit and will be my last. The only lady taking the orders was also filling many of the orders, so the 10-15 people waiting in the very slowly moving line, must stand for 15-25 minutes. I watched 8 people give up and walk out. I waited in line 18 minutes to get my order taken, and then waited 15 minutes for my food. (Before I went inside for this torture, I tried the drive-thru, but there were cars around the back of the building, and out into the road, which is dangerous ... so I went inside.) The restaurant was perhaps 1/2 full. Clearly, they do not have enough people working in the restaurant! And the ones working there were operating in slow motion - no sense of urgency - and expressed no concern for the slow food delivery. Somebody needs to fire the Manager of this restaurant, and if the new Manager cannot stop these unconscionable delays, then start firing the staff.

went there at noon with other co-workers and the dining room was locked and dark...looked like the drive thru was working. Walked next door to Popeyes and got right in and got our food fairly quickly. Wanted $5 deal at KFC as Popeyes is a bit more expensive. Also, there was no note on the door saying dining room was closed or given a reason why it was.
