KFC - shift lead (alicia /service/food

I am urgently writing to you to express my horrible experience at this location. Upon arriving to the rive through, I was greeted so unprofessionally, the person taking my order kept sighing and became upset, which made me drive out of the line and get down to order personally at the store.

I was greeted by Justin at the front and I asked if I could speak to a manager. Justin went straight to the two ladies standing at the window (a Hispanic female/and White female with maroon t-shirt). The employee with the marron T-shirt came up to the register and was very rude. I asked her if there was a problem with her taking my order at the drive through because I could hear her sighing and rushing me, cutting me off while I was talking.

I asked to speak to someone above her and she said that person was not at the restaurant.

She became very irate, as I told her that the way she was treating me was unacceptable and that she should not be greeting customers of she was going to yell and mistreat us.

During this entire altercation, she continued to tell other customers in line "what are you all looking at! The customers told her "can you please just have someone take our order, we have been waiting for a long time" and Alicia kept raising her voice and randomly asking my husband and I if we were with Door Dash.

I told her I had nothing to discuss with her because Justin was making sure we were being taken care of. Alicia continued to raise her voice telling me I was very unprofessional and threatened to call the police and have me escorted.

I witnessed her yell at Justin (who was only trying to be polite and help the customers) and tell him "hurry up and get them out of here".

NO ONE HANDLING MY FOOD AND THE CASH REGISTER WORE GLOVES!

Up until I physically stood on the side were I was making sure that Alicia would not hinder my food, did she decide to put a pair of gloves on.

My food was handled with employees touching money and my chicken buckets WITH NO GLOVES ON.

Alicia continued to mistreat other customers in line.

Because Alicia's unprofessionalism and horrible customer service, I was not provided with an opportunity to have my food remain in a cleanly way. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THI!
