I ordered the $20 fill up meal that was supposed to be extra crispy. The chicken tasted like it was days old and was absolutely disgusting. The large sides should be classified as individual sides they aren't even filled to the top. The entire meal found its way to the trash can. KFC super mega deal spicy

Thiss consider this as complaints.

This is the second time i faced the problem which rm time of delivery updated online.
Today i ordered one supermega deal, delivery time i clearly mentioned 8.30 pm in site.
My order no [protected]. Delivery boy delivered at 6.30 pm. I rased a complain and they admitted their fault. And told me they call me back.
Till now no one responded. Since the food is now not hot and not crispy, i am going to put in micro owan to make them hot and eat as my son is hungry now !
We r very disappointed... !..

I just received fresh one at 9.30 pm from delivery boy, and gave back old one.

I came at 9:45 Google says open until 10:30. You were out of original chicken. I ordered 2 Nashville hot chicken sandwiches and a large meat dew. Was charged almost 9 dollars. I was given a med my dew, 2 chicken little sandwiches. One is grilled to death hard and dry, the other is a wing with BONES on a bun !!! KFC continued problems with order

Ordered 8 piece all white chicken meal. Got home, and chicken was inedible. Was extremely tough.

Drove back next day over 30 miles. Returned chicken and manager was extremely rude. Told her that the order was all white meat. She acknowledged me. She replaced the chicken

Drove back home. Chicken was not all white meat. Was almost all dark meat. I feel that the manager did this on purpose. Do not want to have to deal with this manager again.

I made an order at appoxrimately 8 45 Qatar time online
After almost half hour I called kfc just to confirm my order status.
The guy responded by saying that my order has not been dispatched yet and since it was an online order I was told that information is extracted from the system and order is delivered.Anyways the guy told me that he will dispatch my order right away
25 mins back apppox I called again and I was told that my order has still not been dispatched.I was again told the same story that order will be dispatched right now as the order information was not extracted from the system
The phone operator transferred my call to her manager who did not brother to pick up the call and I eventually hung up after waiting 6 to 7 mins.
Now as I type over 1 hour 20 mins have gone and order has not been processed

KFC product and service. (delivery was fine)

I'm extremely disappointed at my order today. Below you'll see the detail.
My order was very simple but what I received was horrible. 2 1/2 piece of chicken and the corn tasted disgusting. This isn't how anyone's order should be handled.

KFC food. service

Ordered chicken meal for dinner worked later than I thought. I ordered the 20.00 fill up 8 pieces and 2 sides. I upgraded my wings for thighs. Perfect meal I thought. I got home. I had 4 legs 1 piece if a wing. My biscuits was under cooked and broken and flattened from being doughy. Called them they wanted to only give me 2 thighs. Said that's all I will get. Really.
