I ordered a 10 piece crispy chicken, small mash potato's and biscuits. The coating fell off the chicken and was very oily, the mashed potato's were more like a sample size. The only thing that was good were the biscuits. I was there at about 7:00PM on July 16th.

Claimed loss: About $18

Desired outcome: I'm not asking for money back, I would like a coupon so I can replace what I ordered with something else.
