Mall at Carnival KFC
So today I visited Mall at Carnival. On my way out I wanted to buy KFC as I had only R60 to spend for lunch. So I proceeded to the Drive-through. Nothing on the menu boards was for below R60. Only displayed family meals and box meals that was just below R80. When I got to the ordering window the first thing that came to mind is small pops. So I ordered not knowing how much it will be. Lady did not take the time to say how much the small pops would be just handed me a card mashine. I asked how much she replied R25. I proceeded to pay with my R5 coins and she gave me the slip. I then Proceeded to the collection window - Asked for the manager as the I was informed the pops was still cooking. Banele approached the window - I complained about not getting my 10c change and then asked why the menu only offers family meals and box meals?
Needless to say he did not care about my complaint only asked me how much must my change be……. I then got my small pops and left. As I got onto the N17 to proceed home my pops was still uncooked on the centre….
I literally was in tears to think that the average man on the street lunch money is not important enough for KFC that’s one can not with ease order a lunch item under R60, They take the change, and give uncooked food to consumers.
I am very sorry KFC this is not the middleman way of thinking as we value the small in order to deserve the big….
Highly disappointed that I spend money and I’m still left hungry…

The store manager of KFC- spytty road Newport is extremely rude to the employees, makes derogatory remarks and insults publically all because of the position. ABSOLUTELY mannerless.
If KFC doesn't respond to its customers grievances, employees in distress can't even expect any attention let alone resolution.
This what happens behind the counter, if the members are mentally harrassed how can they serve the customers properly?

I came there to collect and found nuggets they put only 12 and I asked him to put it the correct quantity. Then there wasn’t any gravy he gave me that also. After reaching home I found dinner rolls only 7 off. I ordered all 13 spicy chicken and he put all original. One seems to be pulled out from it. And he is serving it without any gloves.
Please take care of this. Last time also some issue was there. I didn’t complain about it. When ask they simply say misplaced it.

Kentucky Fried Chicken, North Miami Beach
I have had good experiences with KFC, but on Sunday May 26th of Memorial weekend I had a party planned for the beach with friends and wanted to bring food from KFC. I called the store days before to the party date and no one would answer. I remembered the store opened at 10:30 am. I went to the KFC at 13715 Q st. Omaha Ne. I ordered all white meat in a 4 piece meal of chicken. They told me their computer was down and I had to pay cash, I said ok. Then they told me to come back in 25 minutes and it would be done. I said ok and I will set my timer and come back. I came back and they told me " I said 45 minutes because the cook just got here. My receipt reads 2:58 p.m. I ask for my money back so I could go somewhere else. They said NO WE HAVE MET OUR REFUNDS FOR THE DAY. I had to wait another 20 minutes. I could have went to the store and cooked my own chicken in that time. I would like my money back for this order. They were so rude and unprofessional.

Just left kfc. They couldn't give me all crispy peices which was fine i guess. Still not what I wanted. The problem was everything was packed in one plastic bag. Which broke walking down my driveway. Everything lost 40$ and my kids are eating cereal. Do employees get bonuses for saving bags? A whole 12pc meal in one bag and that's after I got parked to wait.

Service
I had a bad customer experience at Morena Mall with my family when we went to buy KFC at Morena Mall. We placed our orders of two Streetwise Big Boza for which it was double stack meal and two Box Masters including double cheese and all orders were including chips.
After receiving our order we drove out of KFC as we were driving to Potchefstroom. During our journey 30 min out of Mafikeng, we opened our orders to eat for which we did not have all our order correct. We did not receive box master and one chips, the box master that we have received ha no cheese at all. I would like to be reimbursed my money back and will never come back to KFC Morena Mall at all.

Lack of product
On Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 4:10 pm I was in line at the drive-thru at the Georgetown Delaware KFC. There were 4 vehicles in front of me. The car in front of me spoke into the speaker and then quickly drove off. I soon found out why. I drove up and began to place my order. “A 3 piece all white extra crispy meal”. I was quickly told that they didn’t have any white meat. In fact, the ONLY thing they had was legs. By then it was after 4:15 pm and there were 2 more cars behind me. I would guess that it was the start of the dinner rush with people stopping on their way home from work to pick up dinner, as I was. I too drove off without purchasing a thing. Luckily there is a Popeye’s in the town in which I live, so I was able to get my fried chicken. I am beginning to become a fan of Popeye’s as I am seldom able to get what I want at KFC in Georgetown.
Out of 10 visits, yes, I stop there a lot, it is on my way home from work, I got what I ordered about twice. They usually don’t have extra crispy chicken or enough to complete my order, or they don’t have enough white meat, my family only eats white meat. I usually stop at the beginning of the dinner hour, not late at night or at the end of the shift.
After a franchise is sold, does no one from cooperate check up on how it is being run? Is there no training? Is there no accountability? This store is certainly giving KFC a black eye.
Desired outcome: I want them to retrain the owner and or management and teach them how to have enough product to satisfy customer demand. Or I want the store closed so that I don’t count on being able to buy KFC near my home any longer.

Today I was ok my way home to wife and 4 kids.was talking with wife and she mentioned how muc she was craving some buiscuits from kfc.her and 2 of my kids will literally drive 15 minutes to the nearest mfd just to buy a box full of buiscuits. I had went to KFC in Tillsonburg Ontario. When I had got home started to eat. My chicken burger was dry and over cooked. The 8 piece chicken I got the wife was cold inside. The only way this could of happened is it was cooked and put in to a fridge. Then put back into frier same as my burger I have being going there for over 30 years NOT NO MORE. The foo I got a KFC today Feb.27/2024 . It was not made fresh it was cooked and put into a fridge . And reheated . Chicken burger was over cooked and the 8 piece chicken was cold in side . Not if it was cooked by order it should not be ice cold inside. I give this 000000 stars .
