12pc meal
Just left kfc. They couldn't give me all crispy peices which was fine i guess. Still not what I wanted. The problem was everything was packed in one plastic bag. Which broke walking down my driveway. Everything lost 40$ and my kids are eating cereal. Do employees get bonuses for saving bags? A whole 12pc meal in one bag and that's after I got parked to wait.

Service
I had a bad customer experience at Morena Mall with my family when we went to buy KFC at Morena Mall. We placed our orders of two Streetwise Big Boza for which it was double stack meal and two Box Masters including double cheese and all orders were including chips.
After receiving our order we drove out of KFC as we were driving to Potchefstroom. During our journey 30 min out of Mafikeng, we opened our orders to eat for which we did not have all our order correct. We did not receive box master and one chips, the box master that we have received ha no cheese at all. I would like to be reimbursed my money back and will never come back to KFC Morena Mall at all.

Lack of product
On Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 4:10 pm I was in line at the drive-thru at the Georgetown Delaware KFC. There were 4 vehicles in front of me. The car in front of me spoke into the speaker and then quickly drove off. I soon found out why. I drove up and began to place my order. “A 3 piece all white extra crispy meal”. I was quickly told that they didn’t have any white meat. In fact, the ONLY thing they had was legs. By then it was after 4:15 pm and there were 2 more cars behind me. I would guess that it was the start of the dinner rush with people stopping on their way home from work to pick up dinner, as I was. I too drove off without purchasing a thing. Luckily there is a Popeye’s in the town in which I live, so I was able to get my fried chicken. I am beginning to become a fan of Popeye’s as I am seldom able to get what I want at KFC in Georgetown.
Out of 10 visits, yes, I stop there a lot, it is on my way home from work, I got what I ordered about twice. They usually don’t have extra crispy chicken or enough to complete my order, or they don’t have enough white meat, my family only eats white meat. I usually stop at the beginning of the dinner hour, not late at night or at the end of the shift.
After a franchise is sold, does no one from cooperate check up on how it is being run? Is there no training? Is there no accountability? This store is certainly giving KFC a black eye.
Desired outcome: I want them to retrain the owner and or management and teach them how to have enough product to satisfy customer demand. Or I want the store closed so that I don’t count on being able to buy KFC near my home any longer.

Today I was ok my way home to wife and 4 kids.was talking with wife and she mentioned how muc she was craving some buiscuits from kfc.her and 2 of my kids will literally drive 15 minutes to the nearest mfd just to buy a box full of buiscuits. I had went to KFC in Tillsonburg Ontario. When I had got home started to eat. My chicken burger was dry and over cooked. The 8 piece chicken I got the wife was cold inside. The only way this could of happened is it was cooked and put in to a fridge. Then put back into frier same as my burger I have being going there for over 30 years NOT NO MORE. I payed over $50 dollars for warmed up food NOT NO MORE.

The foo I got a KFC today Feb.27/2024 . It was not made fresh it was cooked and put into a fridge . And reheated . Chicken burger was over cooked and the 8 piece chicken was cold in side . Not if it was cooked by order it should not be ice cold inside. I give this 000000 stars .

I have really got a very bad incident from the kfc outlet at Mall of Qatar at 25/02/2024, around 9:00pm-9:30pm. I have ordered their dinner meal which says that which include 4pc chicken, french fries, bun,1 pepsi. But when we received the product we got 2pc chicken and 2 small piece chicken which was smaller than wings. We feel really uncomfortable because either they have to mention in the menu, it is 2 normal piece and 2 small piece, rather they have just mentioned 4pc, which normally we thought I was 4 normal piece. And we spoke to the manager for minutes and they wasn’t convinced and keep on telling it is 2small and 2big. We told that you have to mention and finally upon argument they exchange 1 small pc with 1 normal pc. and next small piece remains unchanged, which we found so unfair and no other customers should get a chance to witness it from a country like qatar. on 2/23/2024 my wife and i visited restaurant #g135341 7900 brewwerton rd we ordered the six pc meal for 20.00 half original half extra crispy mac an cheese mash and gravy and coleslaw. the original was crisper than the extra crispy and dry if i didn't know better it was left over recooked from the night before.the slaw was just plain cabbage and horrible. the biscuit's were as hard as a rock also got your new smash bowl the chicken in that was little hard pieces the only good thing was my soda for 32.27 i would expect alot better i do have pic's of the food.i would have contacted the manager but i can only assume the gentleman that boxed our food was a manger because there were only 2 employees behind the counter

Sexually explicit remarks and harassment
Culprits by the name. of Hairul & Saiful. I was dining at admiralty place outlet in Singapore. Somehow I was aggrieved and angered by the way a young female employee of KFC whom I guess is still a minor was sexually assaulted and exploit from the manner she walk or trying to perform her duties at the counter.
Passing crude and evil remarks such as sexy, horny wish I can bring her home. If only she is grown up I wish to make her masterbate and bring her home. one of them just grab her arms when she reluctantly ignored their every gesture in Malay language. I find this disturbing. This poor girl must be tormented and dragging herself to perform her duty and perhaps supporting her family back home.
It's appalling this incident should ever happen in Singapore and especially by men. The outlet mgr with name tag Hairul can even boost that he is married and he has no remorse of what he had done. They are talking and expressing their lust and desire so loud that I wish I could have recorded every conversation and remarks to social media platform. This poor little girl can be someone sister, daughter, niece or mum.

Robertson KFC Western Cape
Good afternoon
This afternoon I ordered 5 Twisters( 3 Sweet Chili and 2 regular), 2 Sprinkle Pops, 1Wrap, 1Milkshake and 1 Diet Coke around 16:14 Order 530 at Robertson KFC drive through.
When I received the order the 2 regular Twisters and Wrap were missing. When I asked about it the lady was upset that I asked about it. She said I did not order it. I showed her the receipt and the order was then filled. Sarcastically every item was then placed on the counter.
I complained that why they order was not filled correctly and that this was not the first time items were left out. I asked for the number of the owner which was refused.
After I complained about the service and that it was not the first time this happend I was supplied with a Cape Town number.
Arriving home the Twisters were not marked and had no, none whatsoever Sweet Chile sauce, the 2 regular Teisters also were dry.
I believe Roberson KFC to be the worst service at any KFC I have experienced.
There is also always an issue with the Ice Cream machine. It more out of order than working.
I am upset with the poor service and dry Twisters. Please have a look at the setvice and products of KFC Robertson as I believe that it is definitely not up to franchise standards and what I receive at other KFC outlets
