On 17/02/2026 i phoned in for help with my netflix account. I was told that is had to give ccard detailes for the amount of R65.00 that will be refunded later. It was charded to my ccard and another amount of R715.00 was charged without my permission? I would like it to be refunded please. It was charged to my Nedbank credit card without my autorisation. Thanks Divvie

Claimed loss: R715.00 plus R65.00
