JustAnswer review: In contacting HealthCare.gov re problem resolution, I was redirected to Just Answer without my knowledge.

The HealthCare.gov site redirected me without my knowledge to Just Answer. I did not know this was not part of the health care site so I followed it through and ended up with a $40 a month subscription to this non-government entity. I believe this is a total scam that this government website is allowing. Why is this entity allowed to tie into a government website? When I complainedd to Just Answer they refused to refund the $40 even though the health care website said it would be a $5 refundable charge once the problem was resolved.

Claimed loss: $40.00

Desired outcome: A refund if possible. However, the best outcome would be for HealthCare.gov to block access and/or redirect to this company from their chatbot.
