I ordered a ring that need to be resized from a 7 to 8 at the end of Nov 2025 and I am still waiting on the delivery of the ring. Everyone that ordered the same day and every day after have received their merchandise. I asked the jewelry supervisor if they have Q&A and she asked, "what is that", so no one checks to ensure all jewelry sent out for enlargement or repair is returned. She mentioned they do not have a way to determine unless they call to the jewelry repair when the customer come in the store to inquiry. You cannot call; no one answers. I find this unacceptable. I paid in full for the ring and purchased the warranty, but I am still waiting to receive it as of Jan 18, 2026. I am very disappointed in the 5-point inspection they keep telling me about, as no one seems to follow up on merchandise not returned from the repair shop.
Desired outcome: If someone can tell when I should receive the merchandise, I purchased or a major discount for the excessive wait for the jewelry.
