JC Penney Gold chain

I ordered a 24 inch 14k gold chain online, but the length I received is 22 inches. I will never buy anything from JC Penny again. I called customer service, and was informed that I waited to late for a exchange or refund, even though the tags are still on the chain. I ordered the chain in April 2023. I was going to wear the chain today, and noticed that it was shorter than my other 24 inch chain. JC Penny has lost me as a customer.

JC Penney First order was lost in the mail had to reorder. Still placed a second order and Sent merchandise to a state I never lived and had to reorder again.

Not happy with the customer service at this time each time I had take more money out to reorder merchandise and wait for 5-7 days for the refund to be put back in my account . I am a senior citizen and can’t afford to keep doing this. I used to love shopping at JCPenney but my present experience with shopping with your company has caused me to think about shopping elsewhere.

JC Penney Instant pot 6 qt pressure cooker and fryer.

Hello. My name is Kim G. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com. I am asking for an manager to consider to look into issue.

Why? Because I called and asked if they would honor their ad of 30% off, code HotDeal. If not honor then I am asking one of the manager took into why a customer would be confused. I had search and found this item 7800165. When I google, it says the item cost $149.99. When I clicked on your store site to compare this product with other store. I noticed it says "Extra 30% off" and "Back to school rush! Extra 30% off". The code says: Hot Deal.

So comparing the Best Buy of $149.99 and JCPenny $149.99, I thought JCPenny has the better deal because it says on top of the website 30% off. There is no where on that website, that I am receiving 50% off and therefore the Hot Deal is only $15.00 off. The first explanation was its 10%. The second explanation the Hot Deal only applies to selected items, even thou when I check out, it accepted the Hot Deal code of 30%, but only took off $15.00. Then the third explanation, was something about black Friday. I am trying to understand what special is this item under 10% off, 30% off, or 60% off? I am a single mom who is trying to save my every way possible. I appreciate Your time reading this and hopefully consider my request to resolve this issue. I am going by your store site says. Desired outcome: I would like the manager(s) to understand how confusing this is and maybe advertise differently. I would like come kind of compensation? If possible?

JC Penney False advertising when buying 5 year service contract on ge dishwasher purchased inside store

We purchased five appliances 9/2018 at the JC Penney, Shackleford Rd, Little Rock AR,

store. Our protection plan was for five years, ending in 9/2023. We called for repairs on our GE dishwasher today, 7/10/2023. The dishwasher start smelling like melted plastic and shut off. When we tried to restart it, the electrical panel in our home shut it off. When calling the service contractors for the appliance, we were told our contract only pays up to $425 on the dishwasher. And repairs would cost more. This should have been explained when we purchased the appliance protection agreement. I feel we were misled when purchasing everything.

Desired outcome: Repairs to our GE dishwasher or it replaced.

I witnessed a salon employee be disciplined simply because she was black, overheard her being talked to in the mangers office while in the salon receiving a hair service. This is unacceptable and disgusting, I can’t believe my own ears having to hear the conversation over someone’s skin color, absolutely outraged at this. I will not longer be spending my time and money in and jcpenneys again.

JC Penney Men's Stafford underwear

I have purchased Stafford men's underwear, brief, in the past years however this time 2 of the pairs are unraveling(pictures on other people complaints, mine even worse) I purchased at JC Penny's and calling to complain however I would love to have Staffords contact # to file with them. These were not cheap and 2 pairs of 8 I feel should be replaced or refunded. It is now July 4, 2023, however the damage was 2 months ago, just took me awhile to keep researching and doing something. JC Penney Check out person

Was returning shoes at the dress department because that was the only counter, I was directed to by another store person the lady at the counter said she could not take them because they look use I never use these shoes, they were too small it was embarrassing she refer me to the shoes dept stating that they will have to look at them they refunded me my money without a comment or a complain it was embarrassing to have an uneducated and unprofessional person working at a counter especially when you are dealing with a senior shame on you

JC Penney Customer service person I spoke to on the telephone

I called your customer service telephone number yesterday June 22 whatever the date is I just wanted to order one dress and they did not have it in any stores close to my house but the shipping charge was nine dollars which I am not going to pay. I explain this to the customer service rep. They put me on hold for like 510 minutes which I'm sure they weren't checking with anyone just hoping I would hang up, I am a valuable loyal Jc Penney, Jc Penney customer for over 40 years. I am a red card holder or black card whichever is the highest and I cannot believe that they would not waive a shipping charge for me of nine dollars. It makes me not want to shop at Jc Penney anymore and I really like the women's petite selection there. I think this is terrible your customer service people I called twice , they sounded half-asleep. I couldn't understand one at all because their English was so bad. Is this what I have to expect from the future I'll shop somewhere else.

This mattress is not what I thought it was. Do not like the mattress at all. Please pick up. I called within 48 hrs, but still have the mattress. I need for someone to pick up this mattress.

JC Penney JCP Modern Bride

JCP scams customers into believing the lifetime care plan is sufficient . I purchased one of the most expensive bridal rings that they have to offer along with a lifetime care plan . Conveniently they can only locate a care plan for Diamond earrings that I purchased but there isn’t a trace of my former ring repairs or care plans . The stones drop out of the rings with little to no manipulation and they won’t do the due diligence to deep dive to find the care plan . I previously had stones replaced on this item yet they seem to not have trace of this repair either . Take accountability JCP !
