I got transferred to hyderabad recently from bangalore, i have indane gas connection and completed the transfer formalities with indane gas dealer in bangalore. The dealer said that i need to give the transfer voucher to the nearest dealer in hyderabad and they would give the connection. Once i reached hyderabad and approached the nearest dealer they said that they would mail a copy of transfer voucher to the bangalore dealer to confirm the genunity of the connection and this would take a week, after a week when i approached them they said they did not get a confirmation. So i took the pain of sending the document to them by courier and after a week a finally the local dealer got the confirmation. So when i went to them for the connection, they said the owner of the agency is not in town so i need to wait for a day, the next day the owner said they don't have the voucher book to give the connection, so asked me to wait for week. Its almost 1 month now that i don't have a gas to cook. And when asked about the delay the local dealers threaten not to give the connection.

Respected Sir,

With very heavy heart I would like to bring to your kind notice that one of your Dealer M/s Rourkela Kitchen Aid , A/9 Nirmal Market ,Power House Road , Rourkela-769001, His Dealer Code:-[protected] is harassing us like anything.

We have changed our Residence and we had given the application to deliver the Gas Cylindar in our new address on 28th Sep'2017. He than told us to give a Court Affidavit to this effect. We have given the court affidavit but that also they are not willing to give the delivery of Gas Cylindar.

Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am a 70 Year old man and I am running to his office for the last 3 months and they are harassing me like anything. Whenever I am going to there office they are just for the sake of refusing they are telling to fulfill one or another formality.

Kindly intervene in this matter and please advice your dealer to give the delivery of Gas Cylindar.

I have a family of 3 members including 8 month old kid. In October month when we replaced our cylinder, there was leakage of Gas. When we registered a complaint Mr. Kumar (Mechanic) visited our resident and asked us to replace gas ###. I was shocked. Even insisting him to change the regulator which was under warranty period he replaced gas ### and charged us Rs.410. Now again after one month there is a leakage. I am very much concerned about safety. But the distributer is not at all bother about safety of consumer. In india there is no control on LPG GAS distributer. And sadly consumer has no choice.

I booked the Cylinder on 17.11.07. Despite their assurance that the cylinder would be delivered within 6-7 days, the same has not been delivered till date. Whenever I contacat them, they promise delivery next day, but this drama continues. I request you to kindly take necessary action against Golden Gas agency and see that the cylinders are delivered in time .

I wanted to have a gas connection so I went to Kasna gas services,Greater noida, but the agency officials gave me another date everytime.After a lot of wait today they were giving the connections but they denied to give the connection without stove.
I told him to allot connection without stove,they clearly denied and they are charging Rs 1550/= of stove only.

It is not acceptable.I just want a connection with one cylinder only.

Two days back Indane gas agency had delivered me a gas cylinder after a few hours i came to know that cylinder is leak immediately i had make a call to Indane customer service cell to complaint about. But no body pick-up the phone 24 HRS. CUSTOMER SERVICE :[protected] (NO REPONSE)

[protected], [protected] (NO ONE PICK UP THESE NUMBERS), [protected] (NUMBER NOT IN USE)

I am very surprise to know that how irresponsible is their customer service desk. This is cheating with customers and must be penalties for this behavior.

If some misshapen done then who will be responsible?

Till date that cylinder is still in my home.

I am a customer of M/s Sondhi Gas Service, J-3, CSC Market, Saket, New Delhi. My Gas connection no. 21934 dt. 08.01.2017. I have received only one cylinder at delivery time. 6 months ago when I requested to give the one more cylinder, they answered to wait becasuse the at that time the gas was short and since last 6 months they have only one answer, shortage of gas.

Respected Sir,

I am a customer of Indane Gas for last 4 years. My connection No. is R- 12762 at Rainbo Gas Agency, Sector – 28, Faridabad. They have transferred my connection to Aarti Gas Agency, 16/5 Mathura Road, Faridabad. When I contacted to Aarti Gas Agency with my transfer papers, the owner of Aarti Gas Agency asked me ID proof. I told him that I am a service man and I live on rent in house No. 1378, Sector – 19, Faridabad. I have only Driving Licence authorizes from Saharanpur U.P., he refused my ID proof and started to shouting on me brutally. I told him that I am a old customer of Indane Gas and you should not behave with a customer like this. He told me go away from hare.

He did not suggest me that what I should do to transfer my connection.

I request officials please look in to this matter. Will my company’s letter head be valid for my residence proof?

I am a service man please and I can not keep ID proof of every where.

I have received SMS in my mobile & checked in IVRS systems that customer 36938. booking number is 380384. cylinder was delivered on 13.12.2017 & cash memo number is 10750. But I have not received cylinder. why wrong message I have got in SMS & as well as in IVRS systems. Is it just eye wash or cheating? what does it mean?

I booked the LPG cylinder on 13.09.2017, and enquire about the service of delivery of LPG cylinder, the dealer should asked me no time limit and at the time of 11/10/2017 he asked me to come with cylinder and pay the receipt and get godown delivery from our godown, we should not interested in home delivery. If you want early delivery you should get it from Hawkers of our company in Rs. 500/- this is our main earnings.

I booked the LPG Cylinder on 11.01 2017. It's already 8 days passed but I have not received the cylinder till now. They are saying that it will take more 7-8 days to get it delivered. I don't know the reason why it is taking so much time for all this in today's cyberworld. I am not able to cook food for last 2-days & having lunch & dinner outside spending around 250/- daily basis. I request you to kindly take stict necessary action against Sreeji Gas agency or whoever is responsible for all these things, and see that the cylinders are delivered in time My Customer ID No. 7413.

I am a senior conscientious citizen having retired from service in 2017. I am a customer of M/S Indhan, Nagaon (Gurudwara Path, Fauzdaripatty) and my customer no.is 1741.I need LPG cylinder for domestic use only.
I received the last cylinder on 30/5/2017, recorded my requisition on 15/6/2017.Under what authority they insist on expiry of 15 days after delivery of one cylinder for requisition of the next one I dont know. But the system does not work there. Customers have to visit the Indhan counter and keep on reminding their request. The persons at the table treat their customers with utter disregard. They are dismissive in their attitude. I visited them on 29.6.2017 and they promised to send next morning.Having not got it I called on them on 30th June, they recorded my number and assured me that they will send it in the afternoon or next morning. But I have not received my cylinder as yet. My two cylinders are empty, I am running on a borrowed cylinder from a neighbour . I, therefore, prefer this appeal to appropriate authority of the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. and seek redressal of my grievance. I hope you will take note of this complaint and do the needful. we are at jabalpur a 2nd class city. it appears through there are few suppliers of indan gases here the govt agencies and iol agencies are just helopless in controlling local dealers. the suppliers are most irregular but with rextra payments to vendors the cylinders are available.

Hi, I am a resident of nerul, sector 19 and had done a booking of gas cylinder in Indane Ahushka gas services. I ordered for this 2 weeks ago but till date i haven't received it. The phone keeps ringing but no one takes the call. This has been most disgusting service offered to a consumer

They have changed the numbers and the new numbers are not shared with the consumer.

They have now started a new telecon service of taking orders for replacing gas which is more disgusting. The operator does not come on phone live to note your request/compliant. It just registers your consumer number and the date & time you have ordered. There is no indication when the gas cylinder will be delivered and in how many days. Any new consumer must not opt for this service as there is always a shortage of staff. Unfortunately there are only 2-3 gas lines services available in nerul so we consumers are choiceless.

But I am thankful to Mahanagar gas for innovating the option of placing gasline directly in consumers house. So now we don't have to beg any gas agency anymore.

I have INDANE gas connection from Sri maa krupa gas agency, annanagar west extn, chennai-600101. I have booked my cylinder on 5thJan'10, booking No 635, my connection No is 21995, but the cylinder has not been delivered. The telephone Nos are not being attended and there is no way to contact or communicate with the Agency. If at all they attend, they say that "will be delivered tommorow since there are no delivery men". Since am a working women, i do not have time to directly go and ask them. Please help.

This is to kindly draw your attention to my problem regarding delay in receiving gas cylinders .I am cosumer of Indane gas with my consumer no. 3101 and my distrubuter is Kleen gas -26-SCR Khervela nagar bhubaneswar Dist-Khurda .
We do not receive our gas cylinder with in the commited period of 15 days.whenever we try to contact our distributer we never get any positive response from their side .i booked my cylinder on 25 -07-09 till it has not been delivered.this is the common problem in our area every consumer is suffering from this common problem.
kindly draw your attention on our problemand look into this matter.

am fedup with Sree Jayam Indane Gas Agencies 9, Mariyappa Naicken Street, Teynampet, Chennai 600 018. My problem is that my name and my father name was in the same ration card. After marriage I stayed in the same address in different portion, they are not releasing my cylinder with the consumer number 6467. I am having all the residence proofs such as Ration card, LIC, Passport, Voters ID, Dirving license, Bank statements...What else they need I can produce everything. Tamilnadu government has not issued nor changed the ration card...Then how is possible to get a new ration card? Since one my tenents house got painiting work they shifted their house hold articles for a day until the work is getting finished. For the name sake they came to my home and again telling that I am having Barath gas agency cylinder. I am not the owner for that ...I can proof that anywhere ...These guys are simply selling my cylinder in black market and making me very uncomfortable without the cylinder.

I called Indian oil chennai number [protected]. A lady took the phone for complaint and she suggested me to get a commercial cyclinder which is 19kgs. Excuse me I am a customer who is suffereing to get one cylinder for my kitchen ...I am not doing any business to get a commercial cylinder. Very useless response from these guys.

I tried the Indian oil 24hrs toll free [protected]...Surprised... always engaged

I have to talk to a higer official or who will take care of customer in Indian oil
I have to complaint regarding Sree Jayam Indane Gas Agencies, Distributer D.G. Subramani.

This problem goes beyond anybody's patience. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Hi Friend,

I think you are lucky that you have got the document transferred at least my situation is as below-

I have transfered my Indane Gas connection from Vizag to Hyderabad on 1st December 2017 and submitted for the transfer document in Hyderabad on 28th December 2017. After that long time has being spent and with several follow ups, till date I have not yet got the transfered connection here. The gas agency (Navaratna Enterprises, Shp No 32, 139, M.G Rd, Sec-03, Ph No-[protected], [protected]) here is saying that they have sent the document to Vizag gas Agency (Sri Sainath Indane, Shop No 4, plot No 30 Station Rd, Kurmanapalem, Vsp-47, Ph No-[protected], 2573737) for verification, but till date they have not received anything from Vizag. And Vizag gas agency is saying they have already sent it to Hyderabad. Basically after long waiting I must say all are just escaping of taking the responsibility and in the process I am getting suffered.

Please suggest me the next step, please feel free to call me on [protected].

I am consumar of Indane gas with Raj flame Gas Service, shop no 11 shanti market, Ram Park, Bus Stop Mohan Garden, Man Nazafgarh Road New DElhi-59. with consumar No. RF 4495. I am trying to Book the gas cylinder since last week. every time is phone remain engaged is not working properly. Since the booking timeing is the same as our office hours it is not possible to go & book the cylinder. despite of best efforts I would not able to book my gas cylinder. PLEASE HELP ME...

On the january month Indane (distrubutor Maa durga gas agency, Murgasol, asansol, West bengal) give a notice cash purchese close and also unavailibily of gas cilinder for 15days and the the after availibily of cilinder delivery the gas cylinder 12days, in my location face everyone big problem.

I booked the Cylinder on 9.12.07. Despite their assurance that the cylinder would be delivered within 6-7 days, the same has not been delivered till date. Whenever I contacat them, they promise delivery next day, but this drama continues. I request you to kindly take necessary action against Golden Gas agency and see that the cylinders are delivered in time My Customer No. 02713

Hello,

This is Srinivas Gattu, I am resident of Vittalwadi, Hyderabad.

I have booked the cylinder on 10th September 2017 and they said it has to be booked on 13th september 2017 as it was too early to book. We have booked on 14th september 2017 and said we'll receive it on 18th september 2017. It is 23rd sunday we have not received the cylinder and we are out of gas.

I went to godown and they are supplying, but they refused to give as they dont have any slip to suppy me.

We had this incident occured earlier and after enquiring they said it was delivered and some mr. Rao signed on the slip and it was not signed by us.

Person who attended our phone was suspecting that it might have sold for more price to someone else.

I want to know to whom i should complaint about this matter.

I have moved from Bangalore to Hyderabad and go my transfer voucher ready. When asked or a new connection they said they need to send he receipt to Bangalore again for re-verification and they would give the connection once they receive it. I have no idea, Who's that Highly talented person who introduced this procedure. When they cant believe the Authenticity of the person who gave the transfer voucher with the company seal etc. What's the guarantee that when this goes for re-verification it is authenticated by the right person?

It is highly ridiculous to know of this procedure, which has no meaning at all. Best thing is they are not giving a free connection. We are paying or it and only then the gas is delivered. I dont understand What authentication they need.
