I am having a Consumer No. GK0010175 with the G. K. Indane Gas Agency, Kamal Kant Road, Ratu Road, Main Road, Ranchi - 834001. I booked for Gas cylinder on 11.10.2006 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.

I have to borrow cylinder from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively.

    My consumer No is [protected], recieved new cylinder few days back. Today when we tried to put the cylinder for use started has leaking and found connector is not correct. Tried to call 24 hours Helpline provided by dealer which is not working. For emergence I have taken spare cylinder from our neighbour. Neither their land phones attended . please arrange the replacement cylinder immediately.

    Dear sir & mam i am ranjana devi having connection with indane gas . My consumer no. Is cx-6897932. Our distributor name is k2 inernational 255-a, pocket-n sarita vihar new delhi-110076 . I have booked my cylinder on 08-11-2016. Booking no . Is 788720.Today is 16-11-2016. Still i have not received my cylinder, i spoke with official person but got result zero.
    I also spoke with complain cell officer mr saleem -[protected]. He is also not resolving the problem and taking part of gas agency person. This is happening every month for delivering the cylinder . I also submitted written complain at office .
    Plz. Do needful for getting the cylinder at the time .

    Our cylinder and gas range need to be inspected. The flame when lit is very small and weak. There is probably a blockage of some kind. When we phoned up our distributors, Sri Ganesh Gas Agencies, Karangalpady, Mangalore, Karnataka, they did not send the authorized mechanic to examine either cylinder or gas range stating that the mechanic was ill. It has been five days now and no one has made an appearance. The agency is completely indifferent to the needs, safety and welfare of the customers. The matter could turn out to be very serious in the event of an accident such as explosion. Therefore, we appeal to you to look into it as soon as possible. We understand that the agencies are bound to address complaints within 24 hours.

    I have also several complaints against J N Enterprise. They are so rude and behaving like that they are doing a favour to you. There is an old man sitting on the entrance, there is another guy called Gangadhar, there are two people sitting for billing and collection. For applying a connection, they made us walk to their shop minimum 50 times. Then after the gas is ready also, before making payment, they keep on saying come next week. I am working abroad and go to Bangalore for a week etc. Ultimately when the gas was ready, they insisted to buy a 3rd class gas stove from them. I have informed them that I have a ISI brand gas stove with me but they didnt agree. Since I was not having much time, I had to buy this and keep in a corner at my house. Somehow received one cylinder after 5 months. Now the harassment start for the second cylinder. They made me to go to their place 10 times before accepting the money. HP gas is putting advertisements on road side that they will give you 2 cylinders within 5 days. I am really thinking that I should have gone to them rather than going to this group of nonsense people. I think Indian Oil have to remove the agency from them immediately

    I have indane gas connection from J N Enterprise, btm. Their service is really pathetic. They never lift up the call. Even cyllinder is also not delivered in a month. This Gas agencies really harassing the people. Not sure, whether any action will be taken or not..

    I have taken a gas connection from KASHI GAS AGENCY SIGRA VARANASI (U.P.) on my friend name before 20 years ago, because that time I have no any address / ID proof. So that connection I am continue using from last 20 years but at this time agency have stopped of my gas connection from Dec-2011. I am ready to submit the affidavit and differences of security deposit. I have already submitted all documentary proof for transfer of gas connection on my name but there is no any action.
    I am suffering from very problem due to non availability of gas, please help me for transfer of gas connection on my name.

    Iam attached to Ananth gas agency Bangalore, Hal, Old Airport near.I was given an alert by the automated service on 17th of this month by the service provider and my consumer number is 45826 and the reference number upon booking on 13th AUGUST was given as 443454 On 17th the cash memo number was given and that is 10086.Till date the supply has not been made and today is27th August.I had already visited the gas agency twice and everytime they were saying that the concerned loadman was on leave.Earlier it was lorry strike that was quoted as the reason for the delayed supply and after which it was the turn of the botlling company which had production problem and hence delayed supply. Always the customer is at the receiving end. I request the concerned authorities to look into my complaint on a priority basis and resolve the same.

    Yes absolutely the service was very worse.. I use to live near hosaraod. the guy(ramesh) who supplies to my area was very rude behaviour, I use to receive sms that cylinder was delivered but it never reach my home. If you call to this guy he replies as if i am asking for his property. :-)
    I face bitter experience from long time Very dirty service by JN enterprises The supplier guy keep grudge on the complain persons and he will never show up for the next delivery..

    No Proper delivery
    No Proper Persons
    No proper Attitude
    No proper Response ...
    This is insane...

    This is amarjeet singh my problem is that abu gas people are not booking our gas for refile they are telling this not the right .they are sendin 100 cylinder whether without booking.I am in village Nari Chintpurni. In my opinion booking of empty cylinder is must so that it could reach to right person.

    in our area that near mangalhat the gas agency people used to supply the indane gas for RS 420/- instead they have to supply for the rate of 400/- per the cylender so i request you sir please take actions against the agency suppliers with that they cant cheat any more people in any other places.

    We are serviced from M/s Sheela Agencies, 9th block east, Jayanagar, Bangalore 11. The telephone nos. keep ringing with a no reply or busy all the time. Most of the time, we have to go to the agency & do the booking. Do you have any internet based booking, which will avoid all such issues. Kindly respond

    I Suman Pasbola have (Ms Vaishali [protected]) booked in my connection no.14367 to our gas agency (Yadhu Gas Services, at Sahibabad Gaziabad, ) on dt. 16.11.2010 but till date I have not ricived to same .     every where poor services! i am the consumer of indane gas through Inder gas agency daba road shimla puri ludhiana- i am sorry to submit that booking a refill cylinder on this agency is an impossibl task-their numbers 2501148 and 5045748 keep coming busy continuously-it seems they simply keep the cradle away to avoid attending the costumers' call -also when asked for cell number or any other alternative number their reply is negative...they introduced bookings through sms but that never started...recently they denied taking refill booking orders for want of identity proof etc. and how poorly they are doing it--they just say to bring id proof initially and when an individual approaches with id prood he is asked to bring photographs and when the poor guy takes the photographs and id proof he is yet surprised to know that he has to bring voucher in original also---three times he has to stand in queue for which there is no proper place---helpless costumers have to stand in the midst of garbage and humpty bumpty space...and when that is done he has to wait in another queue for booking his refill---again a very small passage is marked for this queue---such is the pathetic condition at Inder gas agency, daba road shimala puri...will some one go there and take the staff on task to teach them the value of their costumers?

    I am harassed by the service provider of Bhart GAS since last couple of months . We have to spend 4-5 days without gas in spite of having two cylinders . Facing the following problems since last one year.
    1. Very much delay on GAS service . Took almost 30 days for Gas supply from the date of booking . After delivering one cylinder they normally took 21 days for booking of next cylinder.
    2. The telephone line is always engaged & normally have to go physically for Gas booking / any other query.
    3. The behavior & attitude of service provider is very very poor.

    I Rajwati R/o Om Nagar Gurgaon, am a consumer of INDANE Domestic Gas with Raghu Gas Service, Khandsa Road Gurgaon (Consumer Number - 40795

    I had done the booking for domestic gas cylinder on 25th Jun 2010 (Memo Number 10681) but the cylinder was never delivered at my res address. I again did the booking on 10th Aug 2010 (Memo Number 5507), but again the gas cylinder is not yet delivered at my address.
    I couldn't understand whether its Black-Marketing or something else behind this.

    I request you to please look into the matter and take strict actions against Raghu Gas Service, Khandsa Road Gurgaon on urgent basis

    Dear Sir,

    I am shocked to state about the unscrupulous activities of some Indane gas dealers in Kankurgachi Area. The name of the dealer is Auroshikha bearing the code 40368 addressed at 73 Dhandevi Khana Road. While accompanying my elderly grand aunt who had earlier sent an application for getting a second cylinder.I was amazed and shocked to find that the dealer was forcing her to buy soaps, aprons, phenols, oil etc from some dubious local manufacturers at a very high cost, It is really shameful that they were saying that the products were supplied by Indian Oil and it was mandatory to buy those products otherwise they would not provide the second cylinder connection. I would request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary steps so that no one is harassed in this way. I will also request you to take a decisive step to curb this activities that happens due to interlinks between some officials from your agency and the dealers as they are both hand in glove.

    गैस बुक कराने में 21 दिन की बाध्यता नहीं बरेली, जागरण संवाददाता : घरेलू कुकिंग गैस की बुकिंग के लिए कोई समय सीमा नहीं है। उपभोक्ता को अपनी वास्तविक जरूरत के लिहाज से गैस आपूर्ति का हक है। यह खुलासा सूचना के अधिकार कानून के तहत इंडियन ऑयल कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड ने किया है। इंडियन अ़ॉयल कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड के नोएडा कार्यालय से जब यह जानकारी चाही गयी कि क्या उपभोक्ता के लिए घरेलू कुकिंग गैस रिफिल हेतु एक से दूसरा सिलेंडर हासिल करने के लिए इक्कीस दिनों की अवधि की बाध्यता है, तो कार्पोरेशन की ओर से खुलासा किया गया कि ऐसी किसी समय सीमा की कोई बाध्यता नहीं है। कार्पोरेशन ने यह भी खुलासा किया है कि गैस रिफिल की होम डिलीवरी मूल्य मात्र 309.80 रुपये है। जबकि नये कनेक्शन हेतु 14.2 किलो के एक सिलेंडर की जमानत धनराशि मात्र 1250 रुपये है, जो कि वापसी योग्य है। रेगुलेटर की जमानत राशि मात्र 150 रुपये है जो कि वापसी योग्य है। नये कनेक्शन का शुल्क 35 रुपये है। डीजीसीसी बुकलेट की कीमत मात्र 35 रुपये ही देय है। नये कनेक्शन के वक्त चूल्हे का निरीक्षण मूल्य दो सौ रुपये देय है। मगर यदि उपभोक्ता वितरक से नया चूल्हा खरीदता है तो उससे मात्र चूल्हे की वास्तविक कीमत ही प्राप्त की जा सकती है, चूल्हा निरीक्षण मूल्य हासिल नहीं किया जा सकता। इन तमाम तथ्यों का खुलासा कार्पोरेशन की ओर से उस समय किया गया जब यहां के आजमनगर निवासी एक कुकिंग गैस उपभोक्ता मोहम्मद खालिद जिलानी एडवोकेट ने सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 के तहत अपने कुछेक सवालों के मद्देनजर कार्पोरेशन से जानकारी मांगी।

    My Name is Hari Chand Sachdeva, i am residing at Faridabad from past 50 yrs. I have a Indane gas Conection from Prathna Gas Agengy, Faridabad. My consumer no is L941. I book the cylinder every month, but majority of time i get my gas cylinder late and often my gas cylinder gets sold on black by the agency people on inquired, they tell me that your gas cylinder is not booked and the behavior and attitude towards the consumers is not good. they disrespect us. We get the cylinder after 40 to 5o days even after booking. I think something is going wrong in the agency and there is a mafia working there who sell the cylinder on black.
    So i request you too look into the matter and teke necessary action immediately.

    At Present, I am working in Private Sector. I have taken a LPG connection from INDANE at my native place (Himachal Pradesh) in the year 1999 having Consumer Number A 21925.

    Now, I want to transfer the connection to another place having same sub Division i.e H.P. Sc. Sc. LPG Amb, Distt. Una ( H.P. ) Gas Agency to Shaheed Sunil Gas Agency, Gagret, Teh. Amb, Distt. Una ( H.P. ).

    But the agency holder is asking for RATION CARD . I believe, RATION CARD is only required for new connection or multiple connection.

    Please advise me!

    I am from Moga.Last month i went ur office to apply a new connection.First of all nobody is concerned there to attend the customer properly.Then they took my documents for a new copy for Rs.600/- and ask me to come after fifteen days to take a new cylinder for Rs.1800.When i went they clearly said 'NO' as there is no such a provision.Otherone said that the owner of this agency has sold it to another person for more rupees.I was surprised to hear their arguments.Then they said me to buy one another copy.Now you please tell me what to do.Every month i am buying gas for Rs.400 to 450 and also two kg less.

    Respected sir,

    I am a consumer of SRI LALITHA AGENCIES INDANE DISTRIBUTORS, RAJAPALAYAM 626 117, Tamil Nadu. My Gas connection NO is: 411883. I book gas cylinder every time by telephone and their line is always busy. After longtime they pickup the call and do not speake properly.

    Even they did not respond properly after a long try, I booked refilling gas cylinder in that agency last month. After 20 to 25 days complete, they did not send any gas cylinder to my home. When I contacted them through phone they did not respond to me again. Then I went to that agency personally and enquired about my booking status. They said that the cylinder allotted to me was given to someone. They apologized to me and said that your booking cylinder had been wrongly sent to others.

    Problems with the agency:

    1. While booking gas cylinder through phone they did not pickup the phone call and did not respond to the customer.

    2. Cylinder is illegally sold to someone other than consumer.

    3. They do not keep the stock (gas cylidner) always. But they sold the cylinder with higher price.

    4. The cylinder filling place is 3km away in my city. They easily say to go and fill it your cylinder.

    I strongly condemn this type of malpractice please take necessary action to them and send reply to me. If you want any further enquiry Please contact me.

    I am a LPG Indane customer with North End Gas Centre, Barasat, Kolkata and my consumer Number is 11867( name - NITIN CHOUDHURY). I have booked for refile on 27/08/09. When I meet the gas supplier two days before to get refilled cylinder they said your booking is canceled make another booking(12/10/09). Without knocking to my door booking is canceled why? because they sold it with higher price to another customer.

    I am launching this complaint against Sarala Gas Agency, Jagatsinghpur, Orissa for gas booking and distribution.

    This agency is selling LPG gas cylinder in black for Rs 1000 .
    So common people are not getting cylinders.They are waiting for 2 months to get a cylinder. The owner of the Agency also harassing people.

    I am also facing problems at JN enterprises, BTM layout, Bangalore. It's seems impossible to contact with them. I tried all the phone numbers which are given in their booklet. Either it it busy, or if it is ringing, nobody is picking it up.

    Indane Gas agency, Balasore, Orissa is reluctant to change my cyllinder as leakeage is there. The attendant said it is a small valve leakage it will not catch fire. We are afraid to use it.

    I am also facing the same kind of problems from JN enterprises from BTM layout in bangalore, i have bookded my gas 25days back and still havent got, i am really in confusion to whom i should complain and where i should complain, i really get doubt on myself do i am really living in a City or a village. how many times i call to these people always they say tomorrow or next monday. its really hectic.

    I am one of the Consumer of Indane gas, Blue Flame Gas Agency near Tondiarpet, Chennai. My Consumer No. is 28903, let me know the procedure of booking gas once for how many days. I came to know that after 21 days from the date of booking, one can book the gas again. But the faculty in blue flame agency informed me that from the date of delivery only one can book the gas after 21 days. Please let me know what is the procedure and how can i take step by complaining to the higher authorities. waiting for your kind reply.

    Dear Sir

    I am having a Indane Gas Connection in Bangalore, Karnataka. My Consumer No. is D16285. Agency is Shri Vishnu Gas Agency, Kadugodi, Bangalore, Tel 080-[protected], [protected].

    Normally I am getting refiled Cylinder within 3 to 4 days against my telephone booking. This time I am not getting the line & One line is out of order & other one is always engage and if rings also they are not picking up the call.

    If something wrong in telephone line, please let me know the agents other available numbers.

    I am having a Consumer No.25727, SV 138146 dtd.02.05.2007 with the Chirag Gas Sevices, Harni, Karelibaug, Vadodara, Gujarat, India
    I booked for Gas cylinder on22.08.2008 vide booking no.7209 dtd.22.08.2008 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 4 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date.

    Please confirm what lead period at presently prevalling for delivery.

    the companies are in tension due to price hyke of crude.
    will they tell the public that howmuch cylinders they are providing to the gas agencies in a month .
    in uttar pradesh and specially in agra area office the indian oil and hpc are providin only 500 to 550 cylinders against 1000 conexions to their agencies .
    in this condition it is quite impossible to manage in such a less supply of the cylinders.
    the backlog going up even in the month of august.
    what will happen in the winter season
    there will be big fights on agencies and the company officers too will have to suffer a lot for it.
    it is advised that at least 70 pecent gas should be supplied to the agencies so that they can manage easily and the public can feel ease with lpg.
