Imperial Tobacco Australia Horizon blue 50

The cigarettes have no flavour and seem to have to suck harder to get full flavour I feel like these cigarettes are a lower mg content than "blue" I'm having to cut the filter smaller to get 8 MG's full intake of cigarette

I bought them yesterday 25th October 2022 at Cole's supermarket Burnt Bridge Ringwood 3134

You've asked for more information

I don't understand

These cigarettes felt like they were 4 MG's not 8 MG's

I cut filters shorter to make the cigarettes stronger to suck on

They definitely weren't 8 MG's as I've been smoking these for over 20 years

I've already added photos to original complaint

Desired outcome: Replace these cigarettes please

Imperial Tobacco Australia White ox tobacco 50 and 25g

Hi I am a long time customer, and the last 2 months I have purchased 50g and 25 g pouches of white ox PRIMIUM tobacco. Which I my thoughts was not PRIMIUM at all in fact not even smokable. I wasn't that annoyed when I come across the first lot. But them when I got a 2nd and 3rd lot and even a 25 g pouch and the quality was at the very best DISGRACEFUL. I don't understand something must be really gone wrong with your quality control people cause if your company is letting this low quality product out and at today's cost, you are plain robbing us blind. I request a urgent and immediate refund or replacement of my purchase of 3x 50g pouches and 1x25g pouch and that's just what I have kept to show you and return. I have thrown away at least 2 more 50g pouches as well before I decided to say something. And would appreciate them also being replaced or refunded. I am a hair away from getting a governing party involved. But I will wait for your reply within a 7 days and then proceed with my action if nothing is done about this issue. Imperial Tobacco Australia Champion Ruby 25g

Since the packaging change there has been a significant decrease in quality with constant stems and resin chunks. This is beside the horrid taste. In this form Champion is no longer a viable product for any smoker. It's a sham compared to the recipe accompanying the previous packaging. I was lucky to score a dusty old pack from a liquor store that didn't have the clip seal and flap and the taste difference was night and day. I have been using a product that effectively does not correspond to its label.

Desired outcome: I would require all tobacco purchased dated today back until the clip packaging was introduced be replaced with the original preparation up to or exceeding the nominal value I have spent.

Imperial Tobacco Australia JPS evolve loose tobacco 25g pouch

Friday 21/10/2022
5 packets of your new jps evolve 25g pouches. From IGA at St Marys Tasmania.
The lady told me of your jps and it was $2 a packet cheaper. We believed it would be similar to the original jps blue we smoke. They were $52.95 each so I bought 5 packets to share with my family.

When I opened the packet, I noticed. The smell was like a poor man's port royal. It tastes perfumed and leaves a harsh after-taste.
I spent all my money on a product I believed would be close to the original.
I didn't expect top quality, after all jps is low on the ladder but still smokable.

Now I have to smoke this, my relatives had enough money to go buy replacement product so I have 5 packets, a week's worth of your product.
I am left smoking a horrible product that can't be returned, replaced or even swap with someone.
You should have some information to sales people this product is not similar at all to your existing jps blue but is more "distinctly aromatic blend" to put it in a sales blurb so no one else is duped.

It's infuriating that I can't even return this and people will still buy it and be absolutely disgusted but have to smoke it because of addiction and lack of money

Desired outcome: Give a description of product then I would not have bought it.I would like my money back and replacements but I know I am dreaming

Imperial Tobacco Australia Jps gold 25g pouch not sealing

Purchased jps gold 25mg yesterday from woolworths and the tobacco is completely dried out and the zip lock seal doesn't close. Member of woolworths tried to close the bag for 30 seconds, got it once and said no refunds.. Opened the seal and he couldn't get it closed again. Still said no exchange/refund on a full pouch with faulty packaging and dried out product.

Imperial Tobacco Australia Riverstone premium rum blend

I've been smoking the 25g Riverstone Premium Rum Blend, for at least the last 2 years. Over this time I have found regular large clumps of stem or other hard matter that is not able to be rolled into a cigarette. Today I found the largest piece of hard matter I've ever come across, measuring approx. 14mm x 13mm and 5mm thick. It is plant matter, but too hard and big to roll properly and just has to be discarded. I am unhappy that too often I am coming across this amount of unusable product. Other than this I am very happy with the flavour and taste of this product. I purchase this tobacco from my local Woolworths Store. The price is $51.95 per 25g packet.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the price of a 25g packet. Price is $51.95 at my local Woolworths Store. Please improve your quality control to ensure unusable matter does not make it's way into the final packaging.

Imperial Tobacco Australia JPS Blue cigarettes

This is the third packet of JPS blue 40’s I have purchased from Coles Waurnponds and there is a smoke that the filter cover isn’t on properly so the smoke cannot be smoked. There are also big hard chunks of tobacco in a few so the cigarette just goes out.

They are da to expensive for this to continue to keep happening

Hi I have been smoking your tobacco for yeas now I purchased your product from iga Wyndham Vale I purchased this morning and after opening the packet it is dry and stale unfortunate it wasn't the first the previous pouch I purchased from iga Wyndham Vale was the same so it is obviously manufactured issue or store is stocking old products

I am really disappointed as i can not exchange products or get my money back and the tobacco is completely unsmokable I am completely out of pocket and left with having to purchase another pouch through Woolworth which was fine obviously I am stuck with this unsmokable tobacco but I thought the company should know that there is a issue with there tobacco or stores are stocking old tobacco

After smoking jps blue crushball smokos for 4 years, they started tasting like [censored], if they continue to taste like [censored] I will take my smoking business elsewhere that hopefully doesn’t taste like [censored]. I just need to know if you changed the recipe for my favourite smokos. Last time I had a good JPS BLUE crushball was 18th of September, today is the 2nd of October I can’t go like this much longer.

To whom it concerns, after a long long smoker of your tobacco Riverstone premium rum blend 25gram pouches

I have collected so many pieces of what looks like tar?

I have also collected heaps of leaves, branches/twigs or whatever it may be?

After a while that adds up to grams of tobacco that I haven't got and have paid for?

I was wondering if that's normal and should I maybe change brands of tobacco

I bought x2 pouches of white ox tabbacco 25 g each for $62.00 each. Both contained thessne zmmiunr of stems and leaves.! Iam very disappointed since white ox is my favourite tobacco that I get to smoke. This is not the first time this has happened and am again very sad that something like this came to happened once again after about a year from my last incident . 22/10/22 at 4 am I purchased a pouch of Tabasco and found bark chunks and stems it doesn't seem to be getting the correct weight that I paid for., purchased from Ampol East Perth.

Imperial Tobacco Australia Riverstone premium rum blend rolling tobacco

The tobacco is starting to have more lumps of a rubbery substance which potentially is resin or the like. As well as "sticks" which is most likely tobacco as well but not consumable. I have a photo and kept a sample if you would like to see them.

I have made this complaint some time ago and was compensated but it is happening again and thought you should know.

Imperial Tobacco Australia Champion Ruby RYO

The new packaging is really excessive and annoying. The zip lock is hard to open and tobacco goes everywhere every time I open it. The extra long flap is not needed and would like the original packaging back.

Have been a true champion smoker for years and am very disappointed in the new packaging. Very awkward to use when rolling your own cigarettes.

Desired outcome: Go back to original packaging. No extra long flaps (i cut them off) and no zip lock stuff.

I have just opened a carton of smokes and this is now the second carton with soft filters

The last carton was a mix of soft and firm

This packet has what feels like mostly soft filters

This is not what I expect in a product I have used for years

And there not cheap

I’m going to go with a crappy batch

I have purchased both cartons from my local coles store

Imperial Tobacco Australia White Ox 50 grams

I’ve been smoking white Ox for 22yrs. I actually have never had a problem with the bark that comes in the packet. But lately it’s been getting out of hand. I buy a packet of 50 grams & have weighted it on my home scales. The most i have ever got bark in weight has been nearly 15 grams. Other times it’s been 9 to 13 grams of bark in total.

I think it’s time i put in a complaint about this. Not sure if supervisors are watching their workers making & packing the product because it’s too much bark in a pouch.

Thx Aaron Smith, I have always thought to myself that why all the ppl with the exact same issue don’t speak out. This is a pic of all the bark in the last packet of white ox 50 grams i bought. I’m buying packets of 25 grams from now on. I tend to realise there’s a little bit less bark in them. The packet I’m on right now has abit over 3 grams in bark but still counting.

Imperial Tobacco Australia JPS Eternal Red 25g tobacco

On thursday 22nd september 2022 at 9am I purchased a 25gm pouch of JPS eternal red tobacco from the ‘ smokemart and giftbox’ store located inside the maddington central shopping complex in maddington, western australia.

upon returning home i opened the pouch and rolled a smoke. during the day i kept finding tobacco scattered around the place and thought i mustn’t have closed the pouch properly so i checked and found a gaping hole in the bottom corner where the plastic hadn’t sealed. big enough for approximately a quarter of a pouch to fall out. it is obviously just a manufacturing process flaw.

id be happy to return what’s left of the pouch for further inspection if necessary.

i didn’t get a physical receipt but i paid by bankcard so have a bank receipt.

Desired outcome: if it’s at all possible I would appreciate either a refund or a replacement.

Bought a pouch the other day 19th September from a on the run at Seaford South australia. Went to roll a smoke last night and realised its black and almost mouldy. :( have never had my tobacco look like this.

Imperial Tobacco Australia Champion Ruby 25g Rolling Tobacco

I recently purchased a 25 gram pouch of champion Legendary Ruby 3 days ago at my local Free choice and the pouch didn't look sealed properly under the plastic packing and when I started smoking one I started to notice a funny taste when I got home I tipped all the tobacco out of the pouch and some of the tobacco was dry and crusty and there was bits of mould in the tobacco it tasted horrible waste of the whole pouch I have a photo as well I've never had anything like his happens before

Desired outcome: I would like appreciate a replacement pouch of Rolling tobacco or a refund of the money I spent

Imperial Tobacco Australia 25g riverstone pouch of tobacco

The tobacco has chucks of tare in it and it look like blue tack but black very annoyed as its not cheap to buy and there a lot of it.

The stuff thats in it cant be smoked & is quite dense so probably makes up a fair amount of weight in my tobacco, i feel asthough i pay for atleast 4 grams of this bluetack like stuff that i cant even smoke. This isnt the first time ive had this stuff throughout my tobacco pouch but i am starting to get sick of it.
