they are a scam company and send out fake tracking. They lie left and right on there site saying the ship within 48 hours 5 days later they supposedly ship it with an invalild tracking number had to file charge back with bank.

Product taste like chemicals
I have emailed them twice about wanting to return this order. The juices do not taste as they're specified in the description. They also have a super sweet taste that chokes you when vaping any of them. I ordered 2 of the blueberry and they both taste different. They all three taste like chemicals are in them. Just a real funky taste.
I paid good money for these and they should at least answer my emails and allow me to send them back for a full refund.
I'd appreciate a response to my email address that you have on file for my account.

My ordered arrived empty! just an envelope with nothing in it.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
When items or lost or damaged by USPS, we do not refund. This is our policy across the board for all customers. Customers have the option to receive a replacement, or if the item is not currently in stock, we give full store credit. All of these options have been emailed to the customer and we have been prompt in responding to the numerous emails the customer has sent.
this place does not return emails or answer the phone, i have been waiting on my order for 2 weeks with no movement for several days. ive emailed several times and tries calling several times and they do not respond. they just want your money and then u cant conatact them. i work for the usps and i can tell you it doesnt take this long to get an order. i ordered a gift for my wife recently after i ordered from ejuice.deals and i still have no clue where it is. shipping info tells me nothing. the complaint here is that they are impossible to get ahold of. this is the last time i do business with them and the vaping underground community will be made aware of this website. this company needs better business practices. if you dont beleive me i can provide proof of emails sent just in case they come on here and say they havent recived an email from me

I have been using Air Factory's melon lush for over 2 years now and decieded to purchase from their website to save a few dollars. After recieving my package and finishing my last tube of melon lush, I refilled my vape with their product and it is a completely different flavor. It has a weird after taste compared to the original, the bottle looks completely different and the juice is more clear, while the original is more yellow. I sent an email to their customer support and was told an excuse about the bottle size change and basically called a liar about the flavor difference.

Ordered 2 100ml bottles of vapor cigarette juice from company
Ordered 2 100ml bottles of vapor cigarette juice from company. Shipment comes in and only 1 bottle of juice in package. Told me that it's my problem, first they said they scan each product before putting into package, then they told me that the package weight shows 2 bottles but the package itself was full of insulation for weight. They scammed me 100% for $15. Then I received an email saying they would put a claim in with USPS even though the package wasn't damaged for a bottle to fall out, so they are trying every way possible to get over on me and USPS. And from the looks of the ComplaintsBoard.com rating and complaints this isn't the first time.
