I bought a cake at the broad street location yesterday. I called last week to order. I get there and the person who took the order had the wrong name on the order form. The cake was lopsided and barely decorated. I asked that the name be changed while I was in the store (around 5:10 p.m.) and the lady in the bakery "was no decorator" and didn't have anything to fix the cake.
I bought the cake and have had a great time talking about my "ugly" lopsided cake. Also telling folks not to buy from your bakery.
The good thing? It did taste good.
