I am extremely unhappy with your service deliveries! what the heck is the procedure for the drivers to put the envelope either in the box that says fed-x or when the office is open to bring in?
the driver told me just now he can not use the fed x box we have because he was told to throw on ground and not in the box per your policy.
We installed a FedEx box to keep our checks delivery from the weather. We watched the driver get out and throw our envelope under the gate where the FedEx box was installed. Our office door was open and I yelled to the guy "Hey use the box or bring it up. He told me he was not allowed to use our box, then jumped into his truck and drove off. This is unacceptable especially after it rained and they got soaked which created a headache for our employees and then myself going back to the office hand-writing checks
Desired outcome: WE EXPECT TO HAVE THEM WALK IT INTO OUR OFFICE IF IT IS OPENED OR USE THE BOX TO PUT THE ENVELOPE IN. I WILL CONTINUE TO COMPLAIN AND EVENTUALLY GET THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE YOU CLAIM YOU DO!
