From start to finish Wayne and Nick and team made our moving a vehicle for the first time seamless. They were so patient with me and me being nervous about it, they always took the time to ensure me that everything will go smooth and sure enough it did. I would recommend them over and over and pricing was very fair.

This broker is great. They always come through for me. Excellent communication from Wayne Webster. I am a repeat customer and have used them for at least 5 years shipping 2 cars back and forth from Florida to New Jersey. They shipped a car closed carrier from Seattle to New Jersey. Again excellent communication, service and price. A++++++

I would highly encourage you to not use this service. If you can find a more professional service and go with that one. The price that was quoted was not the price that was honored. There were additional fees at the time of pick up and so many inconsistencies with things that were being told. I regret using the service and will never do it again.

I moved two cars from New York to North Carolina at different times with We Car Transport. I thought they communicated well - had both cars picked up very quickly (and the collection point was pretty remote in New York State) and it really was a stress free process. I got several quotes before selecting these guys - and they were certainly great value compared to some of the other quotes I received (30% - 40% less). Really happy with their service.

Webster Hauling did an excellent job finding me just the right company to haul my truck from Washington State to North Texas. The company that they booked, Skyfall Logistics, Inc., were ahead of time for the pick-up, courteous through-out the transaction, reasonably priced, kept us posted on everything that was happening in real time, and did everything that they said that they would do even quicker than contracted. I am a very happy and satisfied customer!

Originally contracted Webster Hauling to transport my vehicle from AZ to NC. Paid an extra $150 expediting fee. They promised to have my car there even before I was arriving (I had a friend there to receive my car). After the car was 8 days late, they promised a discount of $500. Now the car is 13 DAYS LATE! Several "breakdowns" later the car arrived at 10pm and the drivers demanded the full amount owed. Police were called in which I got my car back finally and had to settle with these crooks at a rate higher than promised DO NOT USE!

Wayne and the whole Webster Hauling team were great! We needed to ship a minivan from NY down to our son in North Carolina. He walked us through the process, gave us a very reasonable quote, and also outline the timing. We received text updates when our order was picked up by a driver. He also called when he was 1 hour from our house very kind and efficient. The van arrived on time in NC and again, the driver called before to let our son know. Webster Hauling made this process incredibly easy they are very knowledgeable and communication was great! I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Webster Hauling (Wayne Webster) re shipping my Subaru Crosstrek from Southern California to South Carolina with a very small pickup window (3 days) in October . Wayne gave me an excellent price (I had called other major companies), and gave me his word on the pickup window and approx delivery date.
Not only was my car picked up exactly when he and the driver confirmed - but was deliver a couple days early. The price I paid was exactly the quote I received. I will use a Webster Hauling again and will definitely refer Wayne and his company To anyone that needs a car shipped. He is honest, has much integrity and keeps his word. Thank you Webster Hauling!

I contracted to ship my cars with Webster. The contract amount is $200 less than Webster made us pay to receive our vehicles. There is a false statement that I gave verbal agreement to an expedited fee. I told them to listen to the recorded phone call to hear where I do not give authorization fir any additional fees.
When the transporter arrived to pick up the vehicles I called, 9:15 am to inquire about the difference in cost. I did not get a response until 12:24 pm. I was told that I should not have allowed the cars to be loaded until I spoke with Webster. I have the contract with Webster not the transporter. The contract with the transporter is with Webster not me.
This is the old bate and switch practice.

Quite frankly, it's all super friendly with no problems to move your car sir and at speed, we have drivers and transporters going your route all the time. It normally takes 1-10 days but 1-5 is the average and we will get you hooked up, sign on the dotted line and Ill take your 150$ deposit and ill communicate with you all the way as soon as I book your driver up... then you drop into a black hole for 10 days without a peep, no communication what's so ever. Don't waste your time here and give these thief's your hard earned cash upfront, once they get it - they are no longer working for you. Hope others check this bulletin board before booking up transport for their car, if they do - they will be smarter than I was.. good luck if you use this outfit...

The owner could not reach me for one day and decided that was enough to keep half of my deposit, even though I reached out to him twice before to give him my new phone number and he was not available either time I called. I even emailed him my phone call records to show that I did attempt to call him with no luck. The company does not treat you like a client. I felt he was the client and I was at best his employee! I would never use his service again since he would not refund me the $75 he decided to keep because he could not reach me for 24 hours, even though I called and emailed him to try and reach him. Furthermore, he claims because the truck was available and I did not answer my phone I am somehow liable to be on call 24 hours a day in case he finds a driver. Overall, very upset that he kept my $75 as I feel it is completely unfair. I changed my phone number and reached out to him right away, however he warrants the one time he tried to call me and could not get through that I am liable for a driver that he didn't confirm with me. The whole thing was a pain. I would choose another company that does not require a deposit. The "deposit" ends up being a bonus payment for them.

I used Webster Hauling to ship a vehicle (door to door!) from Colorado to GA last week. Once booked the communication was very minimal. I was originally told the vehicle would be picked up on the 19th but as of the morning of the 19th I had not heard anything from anyone. I finally got ahold of someone mid day and was told the driver was sick and would come the 20th. The driver called on the 20th at 12:25pm and said he would be there at 1pm and oh by the way could not come to the house we had to meet him at a different location. We jumped through hoops to make this happen and at 12:50 he calls and says oh actually he will meet us at 2pm. Super frustrating. Now on the delivery side we were told the car would arrive on the 24th. At 2pm on the 23 the driver calls and says he will be there at at 4:30pm and AGAIN could not come to the house. Again we jump through hoops to make this happen. Repeatedly call/text the driver (who NEVER answers his phone) only to have him say Oh I didn't hear from you so I did another delivery now meet me at 9pm. We finally got the vehicle the next AM but it was incredibly stressful. They clearly knew ahead of time they would not do door to door (even though both locations were on wide busy streets). Lastly apparently they wanted COD which would not work as I was in Colorado so I emailed and asked can you please charge my cc for the balance, she replied sure only to have her tack on a 5% service fee which was NEVER communicated. SO much unnecessary aggravation.. would not use again!

Don't give them a deposit! I called two weeks before the shipment needed picked up and was very clear of the pickup window. I waited the 10 days to secure a shipment and get an actual price but got nothing ever was secured. If you read some of the comments below I got the same "yes, we have it covered" and "we will be in communication throughout the process" but I never heard anything unless I reached out trying to understand what was going on and even then they just kept saying they are working on it. I was very clear that I needed to have the truck picked up in the window and that I wanted to get the quote before pickup. After 13 days and after my pickup window (which was VERY CLEAR from the beginning and through multiple text during the process) had passed I explained that I needed to cancel the order and was then told I have a $75 cancellation fee! Apparently the 10 days to get a car picked up starts when they decide it starts and not when you paid the deposit in the first place! Their email (which was sent after they took the deposit) does not clearly state that. These people are very misleading and have their process figured out to scam you into paying a fee to them no matter what. Sometimes it may work out and you get your vehicle shipped but as other people have voiced their frustration below many times it doesn't and then your stuck paying a fee for nothing. Now I have to file disputes with the credit card company to get my deposit back even though I gave them the 10 days they asked for. There are other companies out there that don't charge a deposit until you actually have a booked pickup (and of course these guys will tell you not to listen to them or use them, now I see why). Trust me, use those people and don't get scammed (and your time wasted) like I did.

If I could write a negative star result that would be more than generous. My experience was absolutely awful. They are nothing more than a broker agent...they take a security deposit and they try to find a transporter to ship your car. To start, they ask for a $100.00 deposit and then promise you a price. When they can't find a shipper for that price they expect you to pay more. Also, they want a 2 week shipping window to ship your car which I gave them and they also promised that they would be in touch well before the must move date with the carrier information. Well...they never called me until I decided to call them 3 days before the must move date. At that time the person I dealt with was a little snippy and had tone...like it was my fault that I was getting concerned that no one had contacted me yet. Well to make a long story short, they never delivered the services they promised...they was never a transporter that came to pick up the vehicle and they even offered that I leave the vehicle behind and someone would come get it the day after I left...how ridiculous of a suggestion is that...of course they mentioned that I had nothing to worry about...as if their prior track record to that point assured me of their reliability. To add insult to all of this...they acted like they were doing me a favor by refunding me my deposit. At the end of all of this...we (my wife and I) needed to rearrange our entire plans and she now needed to drive the second vehicle instead of us sharing the driving for a long haul move that included pets and a trailer full of valuable that prevented us from stopping somewhere to break up the trip. Talk about unnecessary added stress to an already stressful situation. Shame on you Webster Hauling and shame on the individual that was my contact person for the last few days. Consumes stay away.

6/28 talked to John Webster (owner) re transporting a Lamborghini Urus Fort Lauderdale (home) to Seattle for our road trip 6/9; delivery 7/8; $1,300. John asked for my CC#. He promised to call me latest in the morning once he has talked to a carrier. Later, the paperwork came. I replied confirming what we have agreed. The price has gone up to $1.400. 6/29 noon still no news. Sent an email and called him several times, no response. Wed morning I spoke with John, he told me a carrier will contact me by 2 pm. We agreed: If I don't hear back from him by 2 pm the agreement is off. 4:30 pm - after a few attempts calling. I told him that I need to cancel my booking. He asked for 10 min to find a driver. 6:18 pm a text: a driver has been assigned; delivery 7/19, 11 days later than agreed. John: it's a typo. I told him: I am not comfortable doing business with him. He called me with all kinds of names and threaten me that I will lose a $250 deposit. He hung up. I made a complaint to ComplaintsBoard.com and we did not reach a resolution.

John did respond and said:
Totally untrue. Quote was originally for open transport and customer changed to enclosed. That is why the price change and he agreed to this. The 7/18 was a typo in which customer knew we were to deliver on 8th or 9th which is what was agreed to. I can attach the signed contract that stated the terms agreed. Customer was major abusive on phone, We did have vehicle scheduled for picked and delivery. Customer declined the move and we had to pay carrier for truck ordered and not used,"

I wrote back:
Allow me to address the points we can document:
1/ Enclosed vs. open cost more than $100. John told me my car could not be transported on an open carrier due to the low clearance. I.e. open transportation was never an option
2/ How come the typo was never corrected with a revised confirmation? If I were to take John's words, what proof do I have if the car does not show up on the 8th?
3/ I have signed a contract but when I saw the delivery date confirmation and the way John threatened me when I called him about the confirmation, I decided to terminate the contract based on the breach of the delivery date
The closest to my "abusiveness" was the numerous calls I made due to feedback deadlines were not met. Else what reasons do I have to be abusive if John did live up to what he has described here? How many times did I ask him during our last call: may I talk now? And who hung up the phone before we were done?

John replied:
It was revised on the confirmation and on a recorded phone call in which you indicated that you understood.

As a customer, I don't know what has been and has not been voice recorded. Besides, I don't have access to recordings like a text or a piece of paper. And the wording could be legally ambiguous - e.g. "can, could, or may". If everything was recorded I would like to get access to the tape of our last so-called "abusive" conversation to find out which one of us was abusive.

I am always reluctant to do business with companies where the owners are not capable to deescalate a situation.
