FedEx delivered to wrong address

I received three boxes that do not belong to me the address was written correctly, don't understand why, are their drivers that incompetent?or are they illiterate that can't read the address's its becoming an everyday thing I have called this week it has occured two times and expect they correct this.

Desired outcome: I would like packages delivered to their rightful owners

FedEx Clothing Item From Out Of State Retailer

I ordered some really nice shirts that are normally $50 a piece on sale for less than $20 a piece. REALLY, REALLY wanted these shirts, as I already own a few and they are THAT good. The retailer, unbeknownst to me, uses FedEx as their carrier. I receive a tracking number, which is apparently useless because I soon get a confirmation email at around 3AM that my package was delivered the previous day around Noon. No such thing happened. I reach out to FedEx, they say it's a FedEx SmartPost package, meaning it was brought to the main hub and then the Post Office would make the final delivery to me. I go to the Post Office, and they say if it were truly a SmartPost package, then I would have received a seperate USPS tracking and confirmation number - meaning FedEx just straight up lied about everything. What protocol is in place that allows a driver to just It was not registered as a SmartPost package and it was not delivered. So sick of them and whatever protocol they have. Now when I order something online, I reach out to them via phone or email and see if they're using FedEx and if they can't add signature authorization to the delivery, I'll just cancel the order. I can't support anyone choosing to use FedEx at this point.

FedEx Fedex truck damaging my property while delivering.

FedEx ground has the worst and most inattentive customer service department I've ever Dealt with. Pray you never have one of their trucks damage your property. Late in September one of their trucks ran over and destroyed one of the planters at the entrance of our drive way. I called FedEx to fill a report. Couldn't get in touch with a human. Tried several times.
Finally, I went to the FedEx office in the business part (where I learned they are not a part of FedEx ground), but with wonderful woman Anne Clark did a great job of getting though the mind field and I finally got a claim filled.
They sent me a form to fill out on line, which I did along with pictures of the damage.
That was Sept 30. And it was a firm called ARC claims Management in Cherry Hill, N.J.
Since then, I've call 13 or 15 times and spent 15 hours on hold, being transferred or put on hold only to get hung up on or to leave a voice mail. I also sent 10 or 12 email. No response from any of them.
So today I went back to the FedEx, ground Anne Clark who negotiated her way though the maze again, but ended up getting hung up on.
Anne Clark was one of the best customer service people I've ever worked with, hope they give her a raise. She didn't have to help, it wasn't her problem, but she did.
But like I said FedEx Ground and FedEx Express are different divisions of the same Company. FedEx Ground needs to come to Clarksville and get a customer service lesson from Anne.

Desired outcome: Please handle my claim.

FedEx driving too fast down my driveway. Concerned about my animals. I know it’s the holidays, and they are rushing, but they need to slow down in driveways!

FedEx drove on and tore up strips from my lawn while delivering my packages today. Normally they only damage the packages but I guess they're expanding their service.

The Fed Ex driver hit my garage in December, 2021. After several phone calls, I spoke to someone who had me file a complaint online. I filled everything out, sent several pictures of the garage door, sent a video recorded on my RING doorbell that captured the driver hitting the door, then backing up, and sent in an estimate from a company that came to look at the damage. I received a follow up telephone call from FedEx. The man was very friendly. He said he looked at the video over and over again, and the driver definitely hit the garage. He also said that the truck would have had a video both inside and outside of the truck that they could use as well. That was the last I heard from them. It is now February, 2022. My garage is damaged and winter is here. Do I need to get an attorney? I would much rather just settle this.

FedEx Fed ex customer service

Item is in my city and is supposed to be held at an office today. Now I'm being told it won't be available till Tuesday. Why if the package is in my city do I have to wait till Tuesday. Fed ex is the absolute worse delivery service period hands down

FedEx Speeding driver

The attached video took place 10/30/2021 at approximate 115p EST on Cotton Creek Drive, Canton, GA. This driver has a bad habit of speeding. I'm retired, but many of our neighbors have young children. There are (3) elementary students to our left & another (3) across the street. The posted speed limit in our subdivision is 25mph. I would think FedEx has paid out enough in wrongful death claims the past several years, not to mention the bad publicity, that this sort of driving behavior would be monitored by some sort of onboard driving system. I guess not. Sorry the video is sideways. I hurried to grab my phone after he sped down our cul-de-sac, and I wanted to film him coming back out. You can hear him accelerate. From where he started in the cul-de-sac until the next Stop sign on our street is approximately 1/5mi. He was gunning the van all the way down the street.
Now you know, and so do I.

Today about 3 PM a Fed Ex Truck came in my U shaped Driveway too fast and ran all over my Front Lawn... Leaving Track marks 2 feet from the Driveway.. The pics show the Track Marks on my lawn. My address is 87 Merrimack Rd .. Amherst, NH 03031.. It looked like a female driver.. I want this practice to STOP.. Marsha ONeil

FedEx Driver

Driver 306180 pulled out in front of us and slowed down on a 60 mph road. Then came to a full stop in the road because he missed his turn with no turn signal. Get him off the road.
This type of wreckless endangerment of the public causes wrecks and law suits. He is a hazard! We would like this driver to be taught to follow the laws of the state of Texas.

Desired outcome: Stop him from driving, please or send him back to driving school.

FedEx 3rd Party Billing - Carrier Account

This Company has the audacity to send us Past Due notices, when they are billing our account in error. Charging pickup fee's and billing us for other peoples address corrections etc. At the rate the company is going they are going to go out of business with this level of customer service. Our representatives at fedex dont know how to fix our account, the billing department cannot take our Credit Card as a payment method, and they are losing multi billion dollar accounts in result to ups as these accounts are fed up with Fedex and their rate of resolving accounts. Their regular customer service team encuraged us to cancel our account by going online and doing so, in result as they could not assist with the problems we had.

Desired outcome: CLEAN UP OUR ACCOUNT!

FedEx Delivery

FedEx, FedEx, FedEx...How is it possible that so many times you cannot get multiple package, that are going to the same address, to that address on the same day!
My business depends on these large pelicans cases arrive on the promised delivery date, yet some how, package 2 of 2 will arrive but package 1 or 2 is missing for a week. ?
Message to others considering using FedEx, as a trusted business partner, ...Don't!
Their drivers just don't care! period! It must come from the top down. I really wish Amazon would consider doing commercially available delivery. They know they're are doing and their staff seems to care.

This is the third time your delivery driver tossed my package on my porch. And I have videos. Is this how you train your drivers? It would take less than a second to place the package instead of throw it.

FedEx "Potentially Delayed"???????

Do these complaints matter to Fed Ex? Do they really ever read them or is this complaint simply a vehicle for our frustration over something we can't do anything about? Anyway, my issue is the same as everyone's. Why is their service so bad? I had a 2-delivery scheduled for over a week ago. It has been sitting less than 25 miles away now for a week. Tracking says "Potentially Delayed". What do you mean "potentially"? It is delayed. What do they care? they can give away 15 million to a golf winner but can't take care of and operate their own facilities and get enough help. Okay, my frustrations out which is about all this complaint is worth. Thanks for reading.

Desired outcome: It would be wonderful if Fed Ex actually read this and responded.

Same thing happened to me, seems to be stuck in Memphis. Was supposed to be delivered today and says potential delay now. I’m in Kansas City and just want my damn package.

FedEx Item not delivered.

I paid $5, 000 for a fireplace shipped from the UK. It was $3, 000 for the fireplace and about $2, 000 to ship it. Fedex Customs emailed me once and did not give me a five day notice to print and fill out the forms. I had an issue with my printer and had to get a friend to print out the forms so I could send them in. They screwed up and did a followup email to someone else's email and not mine that informed someone else of the 5 day notice. A couple days later I got the info sent to customs, and learned from the people I bought the fireplace from that FedEx had already shipped my fireplace back without notifying me! I called customs and they led me on to think they were going to ship the fireplace back to me, but that I had to wait three weeks for it to ship, so they could start the shipping back process. It was all a stalling technique so that once it was returned to the sender, they could tell me that it was out of their hands. They are psychopathic people that run FedEx. They billed the sender $2, 000 to return the item, so FedEx made $4, 000 total off of us just to ship a fireplace across the ocean for no reason! They are nothing but an Evil corporation that gains profits off of making their customers lives miserable. It's unforgivable! Evil, evil, evil!

Desired outcome: It would be nice to get a shipping credit!

FedEx reckless driving in my neighborhood

At 12:10 p.m. I was travelling north on Garner Road in Weatherford Texas, as I approached Sosebee Bend road, which merges into Garner Road, a Fed Ex van traveling north on Sosebee Bend Rd. blew past a stop sign and onto Garner Road at a high rate of speed. I literally had to hit my brakes to avoid the van. The van, once on Garner, continued to travel North, which was the same direction I was travelling, and the van was driving so fast that the vehicle literally became air born going over the tracks. The van continued at the high rate of speed for an additional 1/4 mile and turned left onto Duke Trail, still driving at a high rate of speed, in the Woodlands addition, which just so happens to be where my house is located. Of course by the time I got to the turn the van was nowhere to be seen. When I turned onto McClintock Court, my street the van was backed into a drive of my neighbor at 109 McClintock, had delivered the package and was getting back into his van. I stopped and took the attached photo while telling the driver that I was the driver that had to brake at Sosebee Bend road. He informed me that he wasn't from around here and didn't see the stop sign. I told him that I was going to file a report with FedEx and that he needed to stop driving like that, especially in our neighborhood. It's difficult to find a link to report unsafe drivers working for FedEx., and after doing some reading, Im certain that nothing will become of this. The license number of the van is Texas HXJ-4712 and Ive attached a photo of it in the drive of my neighbor.

FedEx Delivery Service Tracking #[protected]

A FedEX driver delivered a package to my home on 9/30/21. Product was fine. But then instead of going out the way he came, down my drive to the highway, he cut across my land to deliver a package to the neighbor over the fence. Which he did, but having no way out there, he drove back across my property. What he did made a mess which has to be fixed before it can be mowed again. The deep ruts he left will throw you off a mower. But I am more upset about my treatment since then. For weeks now, I have been calling only to be lost in your phone system. When I finally speak to someone they tell me ifs the wrong place for my problem. Some are nice. One gave me a Case number [protected]. Some are downright rude, talk over me and transfer me to a satisfaction survey, mid sentence. Which asks one question, and then... Goodbye. Leaving me to start over with the same result.

FedEx refunds/customer service act No4565-7062-3

my account was compromised and reported under fraud claim No. 221-946, I had to go to so much trouble, emails and calls to who can assist me, when she was found, she was no help whatsoever, till now. the issue has been going on since 05/19/2021 and has not been resolved and my refund has not been issued, M. Glover lied to me that she did not receive my emails but she discussed them with me while looking at them, she told me she was going to get a hold of my account rep to have him/her call me to finalize the new account and to close the current one, but she did not, I have been sending emails to notify her that no act rep. had called me. no answer from no one, NO HELP what so ever.
They stopped my service in August for balance due, even though I had overpayment with the refunds, but they said no you have to pay and deal with who ever regarding the refunds because we do not see it. every payment I sent in I attached the credit statements for the bad deliveries as I was instructed to do hoping that it will be forwarded to someone who can read and take care of the issue, but again same scenario till now.
I have been been with Fedex since 2008 under this office and since 1997 under IRP Express Inc "my previous office", it think i should have been treated better than this, that if you care about your customers.
I am in process of switching my service to UPS after all these years.

FedEx They left my package at the wrong driveway. They left it outside of a barn!!!!

Federal Express driver left my package at the wrong driveway. It was a barn driveway. It was pure luck it was spotted. Otherwise it may have been sitting out there in the rain for days! This is not the first time I've had this happen. I've had Fed Ex drivers leave my packages propped up against a tree at the wrong driveway along the side of the road in winter, left on the tongue of a horse trailer outside of a barn at the wrong driveway, and alongside the road in the wet snow and salt next to my mailbox! Fed Ex makes it impossible to talk to a Fed Ex complaint department. Terrible service!

I wad behind a fed ex driver license.plate number C40875P washington state plate, reckless on us 101 north about 10 miles out of Raymond, abrupt lane changes, impeding in a.passing lane zone. Not letting faster traffic get by him in a paassong zone. Suspected distracted driving going in.and out of lanes .

Driver shuffled 1/2 way up driveway.
Dropped package onto driveway, 7 more steps to my front door.
This package was tender plants and would have been in the sun had I not seen it on driveway.
My husband likely would have driven over the package...
He could have just slowed down and tossed it onto the driveway, with where he dropped it off.
This is really a poor way to make a delivery of residential packages.

Desired outcome: Driver needs learning opportunity to prevent risks to packages due to theft, damage due to other vehicles driving onto package or damage due to extreme heat from direct sun

FedEx Reckless driver!

Your Fedex driver, at 11:35 a.m. on 10/20/2021, was speeding up our street (SW 71st Terrace Road) which is posted at 20 mph. He appeared to be doing around 40 mph. He passed me and went straight through the STOP sign near my home. This is a golf cart, jogging and walking community and what he was doing was detrimental to the safety of all our residents. I would request that you speak with this driver so that he is not banned from entering our community of Oak Run in Ocala, Fl.

FedEx product was delayed again

I bought a phone from the Samsung website on October 11 and I got a notification saying how I would be getting it on the 13th of October, but when the 13th passed I was told that my package was potentially being delayed. So I decided to leave it be. A few days passed and I get a new notification saying how I would be getting it on the 18th. It was still in Texas during those whole days and I was beginning to feel skeptical of it. On the 17 it finally moved from Texas to Tracy, CA. It still said that same thing that it would arrive on the 18th of October. Well, today is they 18th and nothing came in the mail at all from FedEx.

FedEx havent recieved package

fed ex is shipping my package ordered from menards, last text stated in was in ohio 10/8, no one know where my package is today, havent recieved it, finaly talked with a fed ex agent who hung up on me. i want some answers from fed ex or they can pay me for my lost package tracking #[protected], my name is mark counts [protected], i really dont know why im having this problem, i talked with a manager at menards where i ordered from, they cant help me
