FedEx review: Delivery

Waited all day for a package that had to be signed for. Security cam showed Fedex truck stop in front of house. Went outside. Driver saw me and took off in truck. I ran out into the street and he kept going, clearly seeing me.

I called Fedex, got someone in India I could barely understand. All they said was delivery was attempted. I explained several times what had happened and that it was recorded on my two security cams. She just kept repeating her scripted nonsense. Finally, I said I wanted to make a complaint about the driver who made no attempt at delivery. She said I would need the vehicle identification #! I told her that was ridiculous and to take my complaint. She mumbled something I couldn't understand and left me on hold.

The package contained a laptop we need for our home business. Too late now. We feel that the package either wasn't even on the truck or was delivered to someone else. Drivers know what is in the package.

We still want to file a formal complaint about the driver but Fedex is makikng it impossible.
