Delivery Notifications received by FedEX are a joke. I ordered merchandise from a vendor who shipped the items via FedEx. I received a tracking notification from FedEx on Thursday 25 November informing me my package would be delivered on Friday 26 November. I made it a point to stay home in order to be there when they delivered the package since it was quite a large package. No package was delivered. I then get another FedEx tracking notification on Friday evening informing me the package would be delivered on Saturday 27 November. So again, I stayed home in order to receive the package. Again, no package was delivered. I then get another FedEx tracking notification Saturday evening informing me the package would be delivered on Sunday 28 November. Since I am writing this on Saturday evening, I have my doubts it will be delivered on Sunday either. Never again will I order merchandise from a vendor who ships by FedEx. If they cannot ship by UPS then I simply will not buy from that vendor.
Delivery
My FedEx driver, in the last 2 months, has decided to stop bringing packages up my driveway and to my door. If the package is small he put's it in my mailbox at the bottom of my driveway, (this is illegal), and if it doesn't fit in the mailbox they have been throwing my packages in a culvert ditch at the bottom of my driveway. This just started happening since a young punk took over this route. I never had any issues with the woman who use to deliver in my area. He was intentionally blocking my house door with packages so I couldn't open my house door so I rightfully complained because I had a hard time getting out of my house several times. So now he throws them in a ditch 100ft from my house. This is ridiculous. This kid needs to be fired.
Desired outcome: Moving forward I want this employee reprimanded and my packages delivered to my porch by my door. AND NOT STRATEGICALLY WEDGED IN FRONT OF MY DOOR SO IT WON'T OPEN!!!

Is FedEx too busy trying to be Woke that they hire anybody to deliver packages? I have seen videos on youtube where FedEx drivers threw packages on porches from several feet away. What the hell is management thinking. Do you think that BLM and Antifa are sending packages via FedEx? No, they aren't. People that work and don't have time to complain about everything under the sun because they can't cope with everyday problems. People pay FedEx to deliver packages that they spent their hard-earned money on and expect that their packages will be safe and delivered on time. Serve your customers and stop the nonsense of the leftist in this country. FedEx apparently needs more competition because they don't know how to vet their employees just like the USPS.

Americans thought that they could trust FedEx because they supported the business as an alternative to the USPS. Now, American-supported companies are pushing the Leftist anti-American agenda. America will never be able to solve its problems because of the Leftists in this country encouraged by the Leftist politicians who use racism to get elected, and not forward-thinking righteous values. Stop the nonsense and do the right thing.
Lying about Delivery Attempt
Tracking said delivery attempted, security camera shows no attempt was made. Drivers for Ground are lying about attempted deliveries. UPS on the other hand is rock solid. Hold you Ground drivers accountable! 32506 zip code.
Lying drivers never attempt delivery
I ordered wine, which I've done before. Previously, the wine was brought to my 7th-floor apartment, in a secure building. FedEx delivers to our building every day. This particular shipment was sent November 8th. I was told the FedEx driver made three attempts at delivery which is completely untrue. because I am always home. Always.
Two weeks later, my wine arrived in a badly battered box only to be left in the mailroom. No signature collected. I believe that's illegal. During the same time, we received other deliveries that were handled properly.
Now the same fiasco is is beginning again with another wine delivery!
Desired outcome: Do the job. Train employees. Call me when you need help "attempting" a delivery. FedEx has called me before. They have my number.
Package i did not order.
Not only did i not want or cant use what was shipped, but the driver couldnt come to my door so i could say i didnt order and couldnt use the product and would return it. I cant print a label, and the nearest fed ex store is an hour drive. i have no vehicle. so I am presented with an all to familiar scenario of dealing with the incompetence of not one but two companies.
Desired outcome: Come pick up this package. it isnt mine.
for all i know, a package i didnt order could contain a bomb or anthrax. That is serious incompetence to deliver a package to the steps of a building and not make sure the recipient actually ordered it. Fed Ex. Terrorists best buddy.
Driver speeding 15-20 miles over the limit
Driver of a doubles truck in Upper Michigan on Nov 20, 2021, and passing a car that was turning left off the highway. Was speeding 15-20 miles over the limit. The speed limit is 55 mph. The driver had no regard of the driver turning left as he passed him. If that driver would of turn in front of the truck it would have been a really bad accident. Drivers have no regard to other drivers on the road. This driver should be fired as he could have killed the guy in the car. It's a good thing that driver waited for him to pass. This happened on M35 going North bound into Escanaba, MI
Desired outcome: Driver should be councilled on speeding n the safety of other drivers on the road.. he needs to slow down!
FedEx delivery not even attempted
The item is being returned to the sender for failing three delivery attempts. No note was left, I was home each day an "attempt" was made. The final day I sat in front of my apartment complex and watched the delivery driver drive by my apartment without stopping, and then I got a delivery attempted message not even 5 minutes later. I'm assuming no delivery attempts were made at all.
Desired outcome: I just want my package. I work overnight, and cant make the two hour drive during business hours to kick it up from a facility.

I was checking the receipt / manifest from the post office and noticed that there is some mix up at the post office in Canada. The clerk at the post office has perhaps changed the manifest by mistake. The package that you have at the New Delhi customs may not be the one that I have sent.
I have a receipt from the post office saying that the weight of the document (4 sheets A4 size) weigh 0.023 kg. This is the one that belongs to me, and is the one that I posted.
The weight of the package mentioned on the website of tracking # [protected] mentions the weight as 0.9 kg.
Clearly, the customs will not let this through. I am sure that this package does not belong to me. The Fedex needs to resolve this problem.

The driver threw a 40lb box of chewy dog food out his window, drove off, and hit the fence, and broke the fence. He was leaving until my husband screamed at him to stop. (hit and run situation) Said he was going to report it, Did he?
Resolution: Train your drivers, proper respect for property and people. and pride in their work. Train them to know where they are going and their routes. the driver did not know where he was or going.

Property damage
A fed ex driver came across a bridge on our property and ran into the bridge and tore out all of the struts and side rails. This happened a year ago and I had to have the whole bridge redone. I tried for several months to get hold of someone from fed ex at that time and finally gave up. I won't do that this time. I have filed a police report. Estimated repair is $765.00. delivery is 5 day late
Original delivery was Sunday Nov 14. Received email delivery was delayed until Monday then Tuesday then Wednesday now Thursday. Each time the reason is "Customer not available or Business is Closed" Delivery attempt is next day. This is a 7 story apartment building and I have been home each day awaiting delivery. In fact I know there has been no delivery trucks or persons making an attempt at the times listed. When the entry code is requested, it populates on my cell phone and the security camera software for the building. There has been neither recorded to date. The drivers are lying and this needs to be addressed. In the meantime I am waiting for brake pads that need to be replaced prior to the holiday for a planned trip. I reported this to CS two days ago and was told there would be a callback. Still waiting. Tried to change delivery to a pickup at local location, software could not identify the Walgreens pickup spot. FedEx #[protected]

Driver speeding
I'm making a complaint against the driver who delivers to my neighbors house, the driveway is gravel and must come past my house to get to her house. The driver is speeding down the gravel road, causing rocks and gravel to go all over the grass and lawn. Twice this week, he has been by to make a delivery and he is going so fast leaving out, we cant get outside fast enough to get his truck number. Whoever the driver may be is causing damages to our private driveway, My address is 5054 Old Lowery Road, Shannon NC 28386. My neighbors address is 5056 Old Lowery Road, Shannon NC 28386.

Delivery
Was sent a message that a signature was required at time of delivery. No problem was informed that delivery would be on 11-17-2021 before 800pm, so i took a day off from work to stay home and wait for delivery to be completed by 800pm. come to find out at about 615pm delivery delayed, called the 800 number and was told that it is dark so no delivery? Asked when should I take another day off from work and was told within the next 3 days? And can't inform me of the date, asked for a supervisor was told sorry can't do that with track # [protected] my phone number is [protected] I would like a response asap.

Putting packages in my mailbox which I have on camera again
We continue to have we issues with FedEx deliveries and again they used the mailbox instead of the porch to put the package on which is on camera.

International package stuck in "clearance" with no customer support.
I have a FedEx International package stuck in "Clearance" in Indianapolis. It's been there since 10/29. I've contacted the shipper and they say everything is in order on their end. I've called FedEx support and they told me there's nothing they can do and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I don't understand how support could just tell me there's nothing they can do. "I'm just following my script" was the only answer I could get from the support representative. How is that even customer support?

Lazy delivery person won't climb stairs, instead claims nobody home
I was expecting a delivery on Monday November 15, tracking number [protected]. This delivery requires an adult signature (6 bottles of wine) so I planned to be home all day.
At about 1:52 PM, I happened to be looking out my front door and saw a FedEx truck drive up on the street. My house is set back on a hill and there are about 30 steps from the street up to my front door. I couldn't see exactly what the driver was doing, but after a minute he drove off. I thought perhaps he had just left the package down there, at street level, so I went down to check and there was nothing.
At 1:59 PM I received a text and an email saying that FedEx was unable to deliver my package. The reason was given as this: "Customer not available or business closed - Adult signature required". The delivery was rescheduled for Tuesday.
But I was available. I watched the truck pull up and drive away. The driver never knocked on my door or rang the bell. He or she never came up my stairs.
Obviously the driver didn't care even to try to deliver the package. Just too many stairs. So he or she marked the package as "customer not available" and drove off.
I have rerouted the package for pickup at a FedEx facility in my town, where I will pick it up. And why have I done this? Because I suspect that the same thing will happen tomorrow: Too many stairs, easier to mark this heavy package as "customer not available" and drive off.
Desired outcome: FedEx should determine which driver failed even to try to deliver this package, and write them up. If there's a pattern, the driver should be fired for incompetence.
Lies
I have had nothing but issues with Fedex. By far the worst courier to exist.
I have tracking numbers and open traces to confirm the following:
Every single package Fedex has handled of mine in 2021 (and 2020) has been delayed, lied about, lost then "found", or damaged.
They constantly lie about attempting a delivery even though all 3 cameras I have that point towards the front of the house, AND the doorbell camera all show no driver even drove BY my house on the days/times they attempted delivery. I think this is what pisses me off most about this company — the blatant LIES, and nothing ever happens — they just keep doing it failed delivery after failed delivery.
Every single package handled by Fedex for me in 2021 has been delayed for one reason or another, I usually add an extra 4 days when Fedex is involved.
I have had 3 packages get "lost" then once I complain they're magically found and delivered. It was REALLY fun when I had a broken car — imagine how my heart sank when I saw the tracking was Fedex. Took an extra week to get the part I needed to fix my car and the dude chucked it across my entryway (fortunately no damage).
I have had 2 packages damaged by blatant abuse, including one instance where I was able to record the driver throw my keyboard about 8 feet from the forward edge of my house to my door. Keyboard had to be returned and I was able to request a different courier from the company.
The most recent issue (today) was a delivery date of 13Nov, now 16Nov because of an "operations delay" (that's a new one!). How in the world does an "operations delay" push my package back past the original delivery date of 15Nov?
Never had an issue with UPS or USPS during this time.
The saying around the house: If it's Fedex, it's [censored]ed.
I've also taken to advising against using Fedex. I deal with a lot of companies that ship a lot of different things and nothing gives me more satisfaction than telling a customer to not use Fedex, then having them follow through and drop the POS company. I hope it hurts their bottom line, they absolutely deserve it.
Desired outcome: I want a bitcoin for all the trouble this awful company has caused. I also want Fedex dissolved and deconstructed completely. It should not exist as a company -- it cannot even fulfil its sole purpose as a company.
Package undelivered
Hello. I have to receive one pack from Spain to Norway on 4/11/2021. Today is 11/11/2021 so I haven't received it yet. Tracking number is: [protected]. The big issue is that my family has paid an express service to arrive in 1 week, they have been insured about it, so...we already are 2 weeks now. Somebody have to pay me back the money I've paid over normal price?

Driver parking
Semi drivers need to be informed to not park in areas of rest areas that are posted for cars only. When they ignore signs posted that prohibits their parking it causes problems for other travelers. Law enforcement is almost always called and the drivers are sometimes ticketed and are always told to move. Please advise all truck drivers to obey all the laws in the state. I've attached a few pictures of this very problem I'm speaking of. There are designated areas for them to park so there is no reason other than the lack of respect for other travelers and the law for them to ignore the posted signs and just park wherever they please.
