FedEx Delivery

Was sent a message that a signature was required at time of delivery. No problem was informed that delivery would be on 11-17-2021 before 800pm, so i took a day off from work to stay home and wait for delivery to be completed by 800pm. come to find out at about 615pm delivery delayed, called the 800 number and was told that it is dark so no delivery? Asked when should I take another day off from work and was told within the next 3 days? And can't inform me of the date, asked for a supervisor was told sorry can't do that with track # [protected] my phone number is [protected] I would like a response asap.

FedEx Putting packages in my mailbox which I have on camera again

We continue to have we issues with FedEx deliveries and again they used the mailbox instead of the porch to put the package on which is on camera.

FedEx International package stuck in "clearance" with no customer support.

I have a FedEx International package stuck in "Clearance" in Indianapolis. It's been there since 10/29. I've contacted the shipper and they say everything is in order on their end. I've called FedEx support and they told me there's nothing they can do and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I don't understand how support could just tell me there's nothing they can do. "I'm just following my script" was the only answer I could get from the support representative. How is that even customer support?

FedEx Lazy delivery person won't climb stairs, instead claims nobody home

I was expecting a delivery on Monday November 15, tracking number [protected]. This delivery requires an adult signature (6 bottles of wine) so I planned to be home all day.

At about 1:52 PM, I happened to be looking out my front door and saw a FedEx truck drive up on the street. My house is set back on a hill and there are about 30 steps from the street up to my front door. I couldn't see exactly what the driver was doing, but after a minute he drove off. I thought perhaps he had just left the package down there, at street level, so I went down to check and there was nothing.

At 1:59 PM I received a text and an email saying that FedEx was unable to deliver my package. The reason was given as this: "Customer not available or business closed - Adult signature required". The delivery was rescheduled for Tuesday.

But I was available. I watched the truck pull up and drive away. The driver never knocked on my door or rang the bell. He or she never came up my stairs.

Obviously the driver didn't care even to try to deliver the package. Just too many stairs. So he or she marked the package as "customer not available" and drove off.

I have rerouted the package for pickup at a FedEx facility in my town, where I will pick it up. And why have I done this? Because I suspect that the same thing will happen tomorrow: Too many stairs, easier to mark this heavy package as "customer not available" and drive off.

Desired outcome: FedEx should determine which driver failed even to try to deliver this package, and write them up. If there's a pattern, the driver should be fired for incompetence.

FedEx Lies

I have had nothing but issues with Fedex. By far the worst courier to exist.

I have tracking numbers and open traces to confirm the following:

Every single package Fedex has handled of mine in 2021 (and 2020) has been delayed, lied about, lost then "found", or damaged.

They constantly lie about attempting a delivery even though all 3 cameras I have that point towards the front of the house, AND the doorbell camera all show no driver even drove BY my house on the days/times they attempted delivery. I think this is what pisses me off most about this company — the blatant LIES, and nothing ever happens — they just keep doing it failed delivery after failed delivery.

Every single package handled by Fedex for me in 2021 has been delayed for one reason or another, I usually add an extra 4 days when Fedex is involved.

I have had 3 packages get "lost" then once I complain they're magically found and delivered. It was REALLY fun when I had a broken car — imagine how my heart sank when I saw the tracking was Fedex. Took an extra week to get the part I needed to fix my car and the dude chucked it across my entryway (fortunately no damage).

I have had 2 packages damaged by blatant abuse, including one instance where I was able to record the driver throw my keyboard about 8 feet from the forward edge of my house to my door. Keyboard had to be returned and I was able to request a different courier from the company.

The most recent issue (today) was a delivery date of 13Nov, now 16Nov because of an "operations delay" (that's a new one!). How in the world does an "operations delay" push my package back past the original delivery date of 15Nov?

Never had an issue with UPS or USPS during this time.

The saying around the house: If it's Fedex, it's [censored]ed.

I've also taken to advising against using Fedex. I deal with a lot of companies that ship a lot of different things and nothing gives me more satisfaction than telling a customer to not use Fedex, then having them follow through and drop the POS company. I hope it hurts their bottom line, they absolutely deserve it.

Desired outcome: I want a bitcoin for all the trouble this awful company has caused. I also want Fedex dissolved and deconstructed completely. It should not exist as a company -- it cannot even fulfil its sole purpose as a company.

FedEx Package undelivered

Hello. I have to receive one pack from Spain to Norway on 4/11/2021. Today is 11/11/2021 so I haven't received it yet. Tracking number is: [protected]. The big issue is that my family has paid an express service to arrive in 1 week, they have been insured about it, so...we already are 2 weeks now. Somebody have to pay me back the money I've paid over normal price?

FedEx Driver parking

Semi drivers need to be informed to not park in areas of rest areas that are posted for cars only. When they ignore signs posted that prohibits their parking it causes problems for other travelers. Law enforcement is almost always called and the drivers are sometimes ticketed and are always told to move. Please advise all truck drivers to obey all the laws in the state. I've attached a few pictures of this very problem I'm speaking of. There are designated areas for them to park so there is no reason other than the lack of respect for other travelers and the law for them to ignore the posted signs and just park wherever they please.

FedEx Lies about attempted delivery

I placed an order that I was informed that it was going to be delivered today, as I even paid extra to make sure it was. I checked FedEx tracking multiple times throughout the morning and each check yielded "Scheduled for Today. On Time. Delivery by End of Day. Out for Delivery. etc.." Early afternoon I receive an email stating that there was a delivery exception due to "Customer Not Home or Business Closed". I checked with the shipper, they had no requirement of signature or even that it had to be given to a person. Our front door is also blocked from view by the street by bushes and my parked car, so there should have been no worry of it not being in a safe place.

We have a smart doorbell and cameras on the exterior of our house and would normally receive some type of notification. So, considering that I was at home at the time of the "Attempt" and never heard a knock or hear the doorbell, I was pretty certain they didn't actually attempt anything. I then took a look at the cameras and doorbell app to see if I did have a missed doorbell or any type of motion for 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after "Attempted Delivery".

Absolutely nothing...

After trying to communicate through FedEx's online chat, it told me I needed to call to speak to a representative. I called the number that was given - 1-800-GoFedEx [protected]) and after trying to get in touch with a human for 20 minutes, I hung up and tried the chat again. Still ended up with "You need to call" so I called again. Another 10 minutes trying to get a human instead of an automated system that just kept saying "We tried to deliver but were unable to" I finally was able to get through.

Once someone actually answered the phone, "Lawrence" was extremely rude and unhelpful. He kept repeating "I completely understand" but he really wasn't listening to anything I was saying. I was on the FedEx tracking site looking at the failed delivery and he kept telling me that wasn't true and it was always scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Just as a reminder, I already checked several times today and it said it will be delivered today. I tried explaining that to "Lawrence" and he never once was able to tell me that "Yes, we tried but were unable to deliver it".

Once I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone else that could help me out, I needed the package today - not tomorrow (I even offered to pick it up from the local FedEx hub), he put me on hold for 10 minutes. After he got back he proceeded to tell me that the package was scheduled for delivery tomorrow and that it was never scheduled for today. I asked if he was going to get a supervisor, which was why he put me on hold to begin with, and he completely avoided the question. I asked if he had some type of company identification number or some way that I could identify him to his supervisor and he said they weren't allowed to give that info out. He then told me a scripted "I'm sorry, we cannot provide any more assistance, so I am going to be disconnecting the call. Thank you for calling FedEx and have a great day" *CLICK*

I called back and spoke with another representative that was extremely nice and tried to help as much as she could. She immediately confirmed that the driver noted that the delivery was attempted but nobody was home. After I mentioned that the shipper didn't require signature she put me on hold for a moment and acknowledged that it didn't require signature and that they should have left the package. She seemed to understand and agree that it was odd that it wasn't left after explaining the layout of my house vs street view, and the fact that I was home, was pretty confounding. She said that unfortunately there was no way to get them to "reattempt" the non-attempt tonight, but she would put a note in on the order to make sure that they leave it for us tomorrow regardless of answer. She also made note and apologized about how the previous representative was unable to assist me, and I gave her the only info I had: "Lawrence".

Supposedly the package will be here tomorrow but because of not receiving it when I should have, I now have to go purchase the item from a local store. Unfortunately they are charging much more for the product than I paid for it to begin with, but I am going to have to bite the bullet and do it. So not only did I have to pay more for the product but I am also out the expedited shipping I paid for and have to ship the item back once I finally receive it, if ever.

Ultimately, I just wanted the product that I ordered and needed to have received it today. I offered to go to the local hub, go to a pickup site, etc.. but was unable to get any resolution today.

Desired outcome: To receive my shipment today and not be lied to about an attempted delivery that never took place.

I feel your pain. This happens to me all the time in Oklahoma. Fedex is the absolute worst courier to ever exist.

Imagine lying about an attempted delivery in the age of video doorbells on every house. Ridiculous. Although it doesn't seem to matter, nothing ever happens and nothing ever changes.

FedEx delivered to wrong address

I received three boxes that do not belong to me the address was written correctly, don't understand why, are their drivers that incompetent?or are they illiterate that can't read the address's its becoming an everyday thing I have called this week it has occured two times and expect they correct this.

FedEx Clothing Item From Out Of State Retailer

I ordered some really nice shirts that are normally $50 a piece on sale for less than $20 a piece. REALLY, REALLY wanted these shirts, as I already own a few and they are THAT good. The retailer, unbeknownst to me, uses FedEx as their carrier. I receive a tracking number, which is apparently useless because I soon get a confirmation email at around 3AM that my package was delivered the previous day around Noon. No such thing happened. I reach out to FedEx, they say it's a FedEx SmartPost package, meaning it was brought to the main hub and then the Post Office would make the final delivery to me. I go to the Post Office, and they say if it were truly a SmartPost package, then I would have received a seperate USPS tracking and confirmation number - meaning FedEx just straight up lied about everything. What protocol is in place that allows a driver to just It was not registered as a SmartPost package and it was not delivered. So sick of them and whatever protocol they have. Now when I order something online, I reach out to them via phone or email and see if they're using FedEx and if they can't add signature authorization to the delivery, I'll just cancel the order. I can't support anyone choosing to use FedEx at this point.

FedEx Fedex truck damaging my property while delivering.

FedEx ground has the worst and most inattentive customer service department I've ever Dealt with. Pray you never have one of their trucks damage your property. Late in September one of their trucks ran over and destroyed one of the planters at the entrance of our drive way. I called FedEx to fill a report. Couldn't get in touch with a human. Tried several times.
Finally, I went to the FedEx office in the business part (where I learned they are not a part of FedEx ground), but with wonderful woman Anne Clark did a great job of getting though the mind field and I finally got a claim filled.
They sent me a form to fill out on line, which I did along with pictures of the damage.
That was Sept 30. And it was a firm called ARC claims Management in Cherry Hill, N.J.
Since then, I've call 13 or 15 times and spent 15 hours on hold, being transferred or put on hold only to get hung up on or to leave a voice mail. I also sent 10 or 12 email. No response from any of them.
So today I went back to the FedEx, ground Anne Clark who negotiated her way though the maze again, but ended up getting hung up on.
Anne Clark was one of the best customer service people I've ever worked with, hope they give her a raise. She didn't have to help, it wasn't her problem, but she did.
But like I said FedEx Ground and FedEx Express are different divisions of the same Company. FedEx Ground needs to come to Clarksville and get a customer service lesson from Anne.

FedEx driving too fast down my driveway. Concerned about my animals. I know it’s the holidays, and they are rushing, but they need to slow down in driveways!

FedEx drove on and tore up strips from my lawn while delivering my packages today. Normally they only damage the packages but I guess they're expanding their service.

The Fed Ex driver hit my garage in December, 2021. After several phone calls, I spoke to someone who had me file a complaint online. I filled everything out, sent several pictures of the garage door, sent a video recorded on my RING doorbell that captured the driver hitting the door, then backing up, and sent in an estimate from a company that came to look at the damage. I received a follow up telephone call from FedEx. The man was very friendly. He said he looked at the video over and over again, and the driver definitely hit the garage. He also said that the truck would have had a video both inside and outside of the truck that they could use as well. That was the last I heard from them. It is now February, 2022. My garage is damaged and winter is here. Do I need to get an attorney? I would much rather just settle this.

Item is in my city and is supposed to be held at an office today. Now I'm being told it won't be available till Tuesday. Why if the package is in my city do I have to wait till Tuesday. Fed ex is the absolute worse delivery service period hands down

FedEx Speeding driver

The attached video took place 10/30/2021 at approximate 115p EST on Cotton Creek Drive, Canton, GA. This driver has a bad habit of speeding. I'm retired, but many of our neighbors have young children. There are (3) elementary students to our left & another (3) across the street. The posted speed limit in our subdivision is 25mph. I would think FedEx has paid out enough in wrongful death claims the past several years, not to mention the bad publicity, that this sort of driving behavior would be monitored by some sort of onboard driving system. I guess not. Sorry the video is sideways. I hurried to grab my phone after he sped down our cul-de-sac, and I wanted to film him coming back out. You can hear him accelerate. From where he started in the cul-de-sac until the next Stop sign on our street is approximately 1/5mi. He was gunning the van all the way down the street.
Now you know, and so do I.

Today about 3 PM a Fed Ex Truck came in my U shaped Driveway too fast and ran all over my Front Lawn... Leaving Track marks 2 feet from the Driveway.. The pics show the Track Marks on my lawn. My address is 87 Merrimack Rd .. Amherst, NH 03031.. It looked like a female driver.. I want this practice to STOP.. Marsha ONeil

FedEx Driver

Driver 306180 pulled out in front of us and slowed down on a 60 mph road. Then came to a full stop in the road because he missed his turn with no turn signal. Get him off the road.
This type of wreckless endangerment of the public causes wrecks and law suits. He is a hazard! We would like this driver to be taught to follow the laws of the state of Texas.

Desired outcome: Stop him from driving, please or send him back to driving school.

FedEx 3rd Party Billing - Carrier Account

This Company has the audacity to send us Past Due notices, when they are billing our account in error. Charging pickup fee's and billing us for other peoples address corrections etc. At the rate the company is going they are going to go out of business with this level of customer service. Our representatives at fedex dont know how to fix our account, the billing department cannot take our Credit Card as a payment method, and they are losing multi billion dollar accounts in result to ups as these accounts are fed up with Fedex and their rate of resolving accounts. Their regular customer service team encuraged us to cancel our account by going online and doing so, in result as they could not assist with the problems we had.

FedEx Delivery

FedEx, FedEx, FedEx...How is it possible that so many times you cannot get multiple package, that are going to the same address, to that address on the same day!
My business depends on these large pelicans cases arrive on the promised delivery date, yet some how, package 2 of 2 will arrive but package 1 or 2 is missing for a week. ?
Message to others considering using FedEx, as a trusted business partner, ...Don't!
Their drivers just don't care! period! It must come from the top down. I really wish Amazon would consider doing commercially available delivery. They know they're are doing and their staff seems to care.

This is the third time your delivery driver tossed my package on my porch. And I have videos. Is this how you train your drivers? It would take less than a second to place the package instead of throw it.

FedEx "Potentially Delayed"???????

Do these complaints matter to Fed Ex? Do they really ever read them or is this complaint simply a vehicle for our frustration over something we can't do anything about? Anyway, my issue is the same as everyone's. Why is their service so bad? I had a 2-delivery scheduled for over a week ago. It has been sitting less than 25 miles away now for a week. Tracking says "Potentially Delayed". What do you mean "potentially"? It is delayed. What do they care? they can give away 15 million to a golf winner but can't take care of and operate their own facilities and get enough help. Okay, my frustrations out which is about all this complaint is worth. Thanks for reading.

Desired outcome: It would be wonderful if Fed Ex actually read this and responded.

FedEx Item not delivered.

I paid $5, 000 for a fireplace shipped from the UK. It was $3, 000 for the fireplace and about $2, 000 to ship it. Fedex Customs emailed me once and did not give me a five day notice to print and fill out the forms. I had an issue with my printer and had to get a friend to print out the forms so I could send them in. They screwed up and did a followup email to someone else's email and not mine that informed someone else of the 5 day notice. A couple days later I got the info sent to customs, and learned from the people I bought the fireplace from that FedEx had already shipped my fireplace back without notifying me! I called customs and they led me on to think they were going to ship the fireplace back to me, but that I had to wait three weeks for it to ship, so they could start the shipping back process. It was all a stalling technique so that once it was returned to the sender, they could tell me that it was out of their hands. They are psychopathic people that run FedEx. They billed the sender $2, 000 to return the item, so FedEx made $4, 000 total off of us just to ship a fireplace across the ocean for no reason! They are nothing but an Evil corporation that gains profits off of making their customers lives miserable. It's unforgivable! Evil, evil, evil!

Desired outcome: It would be nice to get a shipping credit!
