Greetings,

[protected] is the tracking number I received from FedEx. I appreciate the response and hope we can come to a resolution. I did not receive the package that I'm inquiring about. I wasn't on the premises at all to receive anything to sign for. I was at work. I can prove that I was at work and couldn't have signed for this package. The driver signed, and is also to be suspected of taking the package. The driver called me while I was at work and I asked her to wait until I got there for me to receive it and sign and she agreed. I work less than 10 minutes away from home. I showed up to my home with no driver or package in site. I called her again and she returned acting surprised of the incident. She was very dismissive and all she said was "call the claims department" with no regard. She got in her truck on the phone in which she didn't want me to hear when I asked her to contact her superior.
I receive packages all time, even that following Sunday. That Sunday I worked all day from 7 am to 7 pm. That package arrived around 11 am and no one took that package, and no one has ever taken a package from my door step. Especially in under 10 minutes of it being delivered. I've lived in the same spot for 3 years so I can attest to the type of neighborhood I reside in. I am a healthcare worker and feel very disrespected at this time. I have no reasons to make this up. I work hard for everything that I have. I think that this is ridiculous that we have to go through such to prove my item was never received. Is it the amount of money that makes the other companies not want to comply with the return policy? I have never been this disappointed in costumer service ever. Please, at your earliest convenience get back to me on this issue.

FedEx Delivery to wrong address

A package was delivered to me on November 22, 2021. I immediately saw that this had been delivered to the wrong address and was addressed to a person other than myself. I immediately called the FedEx support number and was told that the package would be picked up in a day or two. When this did not happen, I called again. I was told that the package would be picked up that day. When 10 days had gone by and the package was still not picked up, I called a third time. When I told the third world support person about my displeasure, I was transfered to someone supposedly in my delivery area. I was told the package would soon be picked up. You guessed it — no one ever came for the package. So I personaly had to take the package to a FedEx Center to end this charade.

Desired outcome: FedEx customer service is a problem. Part of the problem was my difficulty understanding the support person and the difficulty they had in understanding me. Please bring your support service back to the USA

FedEx Deliveries!!

I am complaining for the fifth time. On the phone to Fed-Ex and to companies using them to deliver to my house. I live in a rural area and my packages are being left on the street in front of my mailbox. Directions are; Between the garage doors! I am up a hill, cannot see my mailbox, cannot even lift the boxes as I am older. In the last month it has looked like I am giving away stuff in these boxes left by and actually on the road! I am extremely angry. Lately I cannot even get a person to talk to. The prompt brings you in circles and never gives you an option to talk to anyone.
If this is a new driver, get rid of them!

Desired outcome: I want directions followed as to where boxes are left. NOT ON THE Road, NOT down by the street, NOT at the barn!!! DELIVER BETWEEN MY GARAGE DOORS. WHAT MORE DO I HAVE TO DO?

FedEx Driver keeps saying im not home

Driver keeps saying I'm not home, but I work from home with my window facing the road. All the times they have stated they attempted delivery there was not even a truck on the street at all that day. There was NO door slip or notice.

Trying to call FedEx got me nowhere, just a standard recording that didn't go anywhere. We couldn't even get in contact with support or a real person to see about getting the delivery back out.

This is getting to be ridiculous.

Package was supposed to be delivered today. Now scheduled for some undetermined time tomorrow. First, I am going out of town tomorrow which I was going to provide the food. Your customer service number is a joke. If this package is not delivered by 9 am tomorrow, I will not accept it.

Although tracking says problem is with olive branch, I saw your idiot driver sitting at the end of my drive for 10 minutes today. Since I get packages for multiple addresses in my area, I guess they are too dumb to read numbers on a mailbox.

Thanks you for your sucking service.

FedEx FedEx Truck Drivers unsafe driving

We were driving through road construction in Spartanburg, SC this afternoon (between 1pm and 1:20pm on Friday, 12/3/21 to be completely exact), and a FedEx truck cut us off to get in front of us in the fast lane. He hit his brakes upwards of 25 times while he was in front of us. Then when the construction zone opened up, he moved to the right lane but actually strattled the existing right lane and the new right lane that opened up for quite some time.

FedEx delivery

The last two packages that fed ex should have delivered to me were delivered to the wrong address. Must be the drivers have dyslexia. How does 3841 Rd look like 6841 Circle? Tired of tracking down my packages and from now on, I will be asking about the shipper on everything I purchase.
So far this year they have lost a computer valued at $300 and a mobility scooter repair part valued at $109. Tried and tried to get help, it was a complete waste of time and effort.

FedEx Not receiving package I ordered from bass pro

I ordered two items from bass pro on november 19, 2021. Hornady SST-ML Low Drag Sabots - .50 Caliber - 300 Grain which i received this one.

i have not received the following order.
Hodgdon Triple 7 Blackpowder Pellets - .50 Caliber - 50 Grain - 100 Count

Fedex shows they have the package and was supposed to already have been delivered but the status says delayed, no delivery time.

I would like to know when i will recieve this package.

FedEx Eagle hemp

[protected], this is the tracking number for the product I ordered. Which I got and when I did I took it back to fedx in like 20 minutes. Fedx destroyed the product per contract. You people are getting to be like eagle hemp where I got the product. I have no idea how to send the emails lots of them with no answer from eagle hemp. To you to see. They will not reply to my calls or emails.

FedEx FEDEX delivery and tracking

on my FedEx Tracking #[protected] the package was shipped from Greenwood IN being shipped 5 miles away to Indianapolis IN. Scheduled for 11/30 delivery, tracking showed it out for delivery. no delivery. 12/1 called FEDEX to find out why it was not delivered, and they advised me it was scanned in at the New Jersey Terminal670 miles away. When i asked to talk with the Greenwood terminal they advised me they do not a number to call? I asked to speak to a supervisor, repeatedly, and advised they do not have a manager. I asked to file a complaint, they advised me cannot take a complaint or transfer me. At this time i do not know if the package is being delivered, in the Greenwood transfer station or in New Jersey.. i had a package with UPS and was able to track every location and even the driver when it was out for delivery. FEDEX is becoming a joke.

Desired outcome: I want my package and someone from FEDEX to contact me with exact details.

We are a retail establishment and driver continues to leave deliveries in back of the store it sits overnight in the back outside I tried calling and unfortunately I cannot get ahold of anyone your system is all automated Company name Safeway and we are located at 40950 N Ironwood Dr Queen Creek Az 85140. FedEx Fedex Delivery Failures

Fedex has stopped bringing packages down my driveway to my house or my neighbors. They are dropping our merchandise at the top of the drive on a public street to be damaged and stolen. This has only just this month began to happen, and is not acceptable.

FedEx They steal packages and don't care to help

Last yr during the holidays, i shipped out a pair of tower speakers worth more than $800 and they claim that it was lost. How can you lose a 5ft tower speaker?that thing is huge. And since it was not insured, obviously the driver took advantage and stole it. And of course FedEx denied it. I went to their factory 3 times and no one ever really cared enough to help. That's FedEx.

fed ex apparently has no idea how to deliver packages in a timely manner. using their tracking is pointless. they do not advise of any delays etc. they updated my delivery from november 30 to november 26, then the travccking said no tracking umber found . then it updated delivery to november 27, then after waiting all day, late at night the 27th i was advised delivery was the 28th. now the 28th its supposed to be delivered the 29th. will i ever get my package? the status of the package has been at a facility less than an hour away from my home for 3 days now. you mean fed ex can't deliver it ?

Desired outcome: why doesn't fed ex hire competent workers.

FedEx delivery service

Was waiting to have a package delivered. Was told numerous times that an adult had to be present to sign for the package, so I stayed home all day. Needed to run an errand, but knew it was important that I be at home to sign for the package. At 4PM, I was still waiting, so I checked my email and saw that the package had been delivered and signed for! I was upset and started crying because the package contained cremated remains of a loved one and I had NOT received nor had I signed for the package. I kept imagining that someone had signed for the package thinking they were getting something they could sell for money and I was imagining the worst about what would become of the ashes. After a few minutes, I ran outside to see if maybe, just maybe, the package was outside my door anyway. Luckily, it was there. But the delivery person just dropped it there and didn't have me sign for it. They didn't even ring the doorbell. SO UPSET. I know it's crazy, but I feel as if my loved one was just left out in the cold until I found the package and brought it inside. This happened November 27, 2021. FedEx Delivery Notifications

Delivery Notifications received by FedEX are a joke. I ordered merchandise from a vendor who shipped the items via FedEx. I received a tracking notification from FedEx on Thursday 25 November informing me my package would be delivered on Friday 26 November. I made it a point to stay home in order to be there when they delivered the package since it was quite a large package. No package was delivered. I then get another FedEx tracking notification on Friday evening informing me the package would be delivered on Saturday 27 November. So again, I stayed home in order to receive the package. Again, no package was delivered. I then get another FedEx tracking notification Saturday evening informing me the package would be delivered on Sunday 28 November. Since I am writing this on Saturday evening, I have my doubts it will be delivered on Sunday either. Never again will I order merchandise from a vendor who ships by FedEx. If they cannot ship by UPS then I simply will not buy from that vendor.

FedEx Delivery

My FedEx driver, in the last 2 months, has decided to stop bringing packages up my driveway and to my door. If the package is small he put's it in my mailbox at the bottom of my driveway, (this is illegal), and if it doesn't fit in the mailbox they have been throwing my packages in a culvert ditch at the bottom of my driveway. This just started happening since a young punk took over this route. I never had any issues with the woman who use to deliver in my area. He was intentionally blocking my house door with packages so I couldn't open my house door so I rightfully complained because I had a hard time getting out of my house several times. So now he throws them in a ditch 100ft from my house. This is ridiculous. This kid needs to be fired.

Desired outcome: Moving forward I want this employee reprimanded and my packages delivered to my porch by my door. AND NOT STRATEGICALLY WEDGED IN FRONT OF MY DOOR SO IT WON'T OPEN!!!

Complaint to FedEx - packages found in Alabama woods

Is FedEx too busy trying to be Woke that they hire anybody to deliver packages? I have seen videos on youtube where FedEx drivers threw packages on porches from several feet away. What the hell is management thinking. Do you think that BLM and Antifa are sending packages via FedEx? No, they aren't. People that work and don't have time to complain about everything under the sun because they can't cope with everyday problems. People pay FedEx to deliver packages that they spent their hard-earned money on and expect that their packages will be safe and delivered on time. Serve your customers and stop the nonsense of the leftist in this country. FedEx apparently needs more competition because they don't know how to vet their employees just like the USPS.

Tracking said delivery attempted, security camera shows no attempt was made. Drivers for Ground are lying about attempted deliveries. UPS on the other hand is rock solid. Hold you Ground drivers accountable! 32506 zip code.

FedEx Lying drivers never attempt delivery

I ordered wine, which I've done before. Previously, the wine was brought to my 7th-floor apartment, in a secure building. FedEx delivers to our building every day. This particular shipment was sent November 8th. I was told the FedEx driver made three attempts at delivery which is completely untrue. because I am always home. Always.

Two weeks later, my wine arrived in a badly battered box only to be left in the mailroom. No signature collected. I believe that's illegal. During the same time, we received other deliveries that were handled properly.

Now the same fiasco is is beginning again with another wine delivery!

Desired outcome: Do the job. Train employees. Call me when you need help "attempting" a delivery. FedEx has called me before. They have my number.
