Yesterday, April 3, 2024, I was expecting two small packages. Both are parts for my frig. I have a metal basket on my front gate with the words 'Fed-Ex' on the basket. The first pkg arrived at 1:37 from the Dallas area. I was watching out the front windows and when I got the email that the pkg was delivered, I looked out and, sure enough, the envelope was in the basket. I ran out and actually saw the driver down at highway. I was excited because I got the temperature sensor for the frig. Now, I needed the new plug-in power cord. A mouse had reeked havoc on the cord and I paid extra for quick delivery so I could fix the frig! At 1:53 I got the other delivery email and ran to the basket on the gate. Nothing there. The highway is under construction right now, so the USPO has moved all our mailboxes to a central location off the road during construction. I went there first thinking the driver had put the pkg in my mailbox. Nothing there. I walked to the RV park next door and asked the manager. Nothing there. I went to the dog groomer on my other side. Nothing there. I asked the flag man out on the highway. Nothing. I drove to our local Post Office where I have a box (#3). Nothing there. I checked my emails again and now it shows the delivery at 3:10. I checked the front porch of the fireworks store between my house and the highway. Nothing. No door tag anywhere. No call from the driver. I have no idea who CLOBOS is. The first email showed I had signed for delivery. Now it shows CLOBOS signed.

Nobody around me knows CLOBOS. I understand its just a 5' power cord for a frig, but I need it and I've paid good money for it. If the driver could just let me know exactly where they left the pkg I would be very happy.

Claimed loss: $45.00 (includes cord, tax, shipping)

Desired outcome: I really need the contents of the pkg. I need to complete the repairs on my frig. If that's not possible, a refund would be nice.
