Family Dollar review: managers discrimination behavior

On 11-28-19 around 10am my mom Maria Aguiniga went by to our local family dollar store to make a size exchange of a Jacket she had purchased a few days back, as she walked in the store she went to the area where the Jackets are to grab the right size and do the exchange in the process of that the store manager "assumed " she was stealing from the store and apparently took the Jacket from my mom, my mom with confusion and embarrassed because other costumers where in the store at that moment she asked the manager to go check her cámaras because my mom wasn't stealing she was just trying to get the right size of the Jacket to make the exchange the manager got aggressive and started yelling at my mom that she was going to call the police and my mom told her to do it because she was accusing her of stealing with out any prof or evidence that she actually was before attacking her with those statements in front of other costumers my mom is a Hispanic and doesn't speak English so the manager stated to her that she didn't speak Spanish so my mom called me that the manager had called the police department and that she refused service to her but took her jacket by the time I got there the manager had already handed my mom the Jacket back because she checked the cámaras and seen that my mom walked in the store with the jacket she was assuming my mom had stolen my mom felt discriminated and emotional stress I spoke to the manager to try and understand both sides of the issue and she was rude and unprofessional she refused to give me her name and the Corp number to speak to her supervisor at this point I didn't feel the need to contact the police department because my mom was already nervous stress and scared all because of that manager, as the manager told me when I asked her for her supervisor numero or Corp I googled it and I'm really looking forward to family dollars Corp answer because this isn't just a situation you can let it slide by this is serious as humans we all have the same rights and as a manager she can't go out her way and just accuse people of stealing ! This family dollar has some really bad reviews and you guys need to take care of your staff this is just not fare for any customer !
