Family Dollar the entire store is horrible!

I have been in retail over 25 years and I have never seen a store that was allowed to run in such poor condition. The store is unorganized, nasty and out of stock. I'm sure your sales reflect the stores appearance. This is my community and we deserve better! The floor is flirty, trash is everywhere. I was thinking they were going out of business but no. I have spoken to others in the area and it seems the West Ave store is known to be this way. This doesn't look like it happened overnight, the condition of the store shows its been neglected and poorly managed for a long time. Not only on store level but district management can not be involved with this store if it's allowed to be run with such poor conditions. Please take action to improve this store.

Family Dollar re:loss prevention, hiring manager investigation, and infection of addicts all over your shipping area

Im a loyal customer at your straight st location for about 3 and half years. As of the last year in a half it has gotten worse for loyal customers.. There is no security guard anymore so I literally see addicts come in and steal from your store sooo freely because there is no employee around and people fighting on line because waiting so long. I literally stayed in line many times waiting too long because there is only one employee at register.
Also due to the hiring manager there is a growing amount of older or elderly employees who do not speak english. Do not help customers at all but just stand around the store doing nothing and cant help customers.. Especially the item at the back of register. Its very questionable why they are employees getting hired, and not working, cant understand english and cant be on register whats the point? The whole store of the pass 2 years continue to be a mess.. I spend lots of money in this store literally every day my household items and your seasonal kknit knacks. But amount of addicts that are allow to hang at the front door, parking and shipping areas unbelieveable! And discouraging. To have to literally watch addicts constantly ask for money then shoot herion in your front, side, back of store property.. I have months and years of footage of what happens every night in your shipping area for everyone to see its disgusting. I recommend an investigating. On your managers at this location well. Sometimes people like managers take advantagee of locations like this. To do what might benefit them but not the company. Thank you (a concerned customer)

Family Dollar the actually store

I am writng to you on behave of the community at Montebello, Gran San Jacinto, Camino Real and Santa FE, Cleveland, Texas

#12210 store located in Gran San Jacinto Subdivision.

This store is so dirty. The dust has overcome every product in the store. The floors are so dusty, dirty. The balloons that are over the cigararatte stand are horrible.

There is never been a day that I go into the store and find my way around the store because all shipment are in the hallways, all over.

Then, in the parking lot, there is so many rocks that if my tire pops, Family Dollar will pay for it. It's a safety issue.

The music palying in the store is very load and it's a Mexican station form Mexico. Don't get me wrong, I am Hispanic, but we should keep store to a regular staion or instrumental music.

The girls in the store are always complaining about everything to every costumer. One time the person at the register was talking about a client that had just left. Imagine that I new that person? Not nice. Wonder what they say about me as I leave.

Another this is, you have solicitors every where in the parking lot selling food, with music palying. Peolple put there cars to sale and more over, today there was a Tamale truck selling food. I felt Iwas in Mexico.

I believe good administration is needed. Please reply. I will send picture. I just saw the upload if needed. Please do something about this.

Family Dollar xbox live gold pass

I purchased a Xbox Live Gold Pass on September 29th, 2019 at 3:41 P.M. The cashier did not provide me the end receipt where my code was at to activate my gold pass. She admitted to not giving it to me at first and tried searching for it and took the blame. She even went outside to look for it with another employee for help and still did not find it. After about 20 minutes she went to a room to check security videos and claimed that I took both recipes and I was to blame. She said it may be on the floor which I doubt because it had already been an hour and if I did take it, it should've been on the floor. The fact that she admitted her mistake then took it into her own hands to blame me for the mistake she did is highly unprofessional and breathtaking because the customer is always right. On top of that like I said before she admitted to loosing the receipt because we both saw and both said the ticket was loose and I saw that she took the bottom ticket and me not knowing I needed that I left. I'm very displeased with what happened today and she even told me that this isn't the first time it happened and that she couldn't do anything about it. Knowing that this isn't the first time that this has occurred leads me to further believe that she was at fault here besides me knowing that I didn't take the receipt. She then continued to tell her employees that it was my fault as it was a joke which even made her seem more unprofessional. I now am stuck with a $25 dollar loss because they couldn't provide me a refund or trade in and they didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience.

Family Dollar customer service and overly using position

This employee smelled like marijuana and basically acted as if he was high. Never once asked me if I needed help but kept going in n out store talking to someone in a personal car. Since when is it ok to be rude and make others uncomfortable for being in the store. And how can you allow your employee to be under the influence of methamphetamine and actual sell n buy it in store?

Family Dollar service

On 9/29/19 my 11 year old daughter and myself was threatened and disrespected by an employee of Family Dollar where I had to contact the police and file a police report and plan on filing a protective order too based on the threats made to my kids and myself my daughter who has been there many times went to purchase idems it's unacceptable investigation needed.

Family Dollar never honors the coupons

I have the Family dollar app, linked to my phone number. And even when the app says my purchase qualifies to use the coupons. As soon as I get to the register... they never come off. Every single store in Lancaster and Chester County Pennsylvania never honors the coupons. They all say they can't over ride them to honor the sales match, even when they advertise in the weekly adds, I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP HERE IM SO FED UP!

Family Dollar customer service

My name is S. Gray and I visited your store in Desoto, Tx #07374 today approximately 18:25 and received very poor service. I approach the cashier and asked where can I purchase a phone charger but not the original android charger and she responded by saying that is a c type. I asked which one is that and she said I don't know, you have to look through it and find it. She went on taking the next customer at another register. I located the charger I was looking to purchase and she continued to take ppl after me and never returned to the register. I asked her should I come to that register and she responded no mam, are you ready? She returned after helping the people that formed a line at that register and begin to scan my items. I asked her, are the sodas on sale and she said it will take it off at the end and then she said well it didn't. I advised her the sign say 3 for $4. She said I will check but by then I was frustrated and ready to leave. I asked her to just remove the items and she walked saying I still have to get someone. She came back with another lady and the lady explained it has to be the same price to get 3 for $4 and I asked if the sign states that and her response was, "I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT SAY!" She walked off and called the next customer to the register. I paid for the remaining items I had and asked the clerk who can I make a complaint with and she responded with a smirk on her face pointing at the other lady saying, she is the store manager. I asked for corporate number and her response was, I don't know all that! I approached the manager and she wouldn't even look at me so I just asked what is corporate number and she ignored me. I asked her for her name and she ignored me again and I asked again and she said Jessica. I asked was that really her name and she ignored me. I left the store and called back and asked who am I speaking to and she said Jaime. I told her she is rude and her response was I don't give a [censored]! This is acceptable and why in this community you would allow someone who clearly does not care about customer service. Please contact me with a follow or direct me to someone that can assist me. I will not allow this to get a pass. Thank you!

Family Dollar duplicate sales copy declined

I was trying to use my Florida SNAP program card when it said that I had a duplicate sales and could not make that purchase I had to take an item off after 2 tries and it almost blocked my card for the day why would it matter if I'm trying to buy the same three things I hadn't been to family Dollar and maybe a couple of days thank you for looking into the matter please get back to me as soon as possible

Family Dollar bad customer service

The Burlington Wi store is so bad. Bad customer service, never greet you, you get ignored. Went there at 9:45am this morning they open at 9:00am and the door was locked, lights were on. There was a line at the door. They also close before the closing time. This store needs major help. The store is messy. I don't usually leave bad feedback but this has happened too many times. Hopefully something can be done to improve this store. Thank you

Family Dollar employees

The Assistant Manager came into the store on yesterday as me and my daughter was in the checkout line and he smelled like a very weird odor of smoking marijuana and he was buying cigars and the cashier asked him for identification and he stated he was assistant manager at this store and did not want to show proof of age but the cashier did his job and still asked again and he kept screaming he was assistant manager and finally showed his identification but he was very rude and loud and smelled horrible and we will not be visiting this store anymore if this is the kind of management family dollar has We will shop elsewhere thanks Wilma Hughes I can be reached "[protected]

Family Dollar customer service

Hello, I recently visited this Family Dollar location and the customer service I received was very poor. I was in line and was not able to purchase my items due to the register and credit card machine not working. I asked the two ladies if they are able to use the other cash register due to them having a big line. One of the ladies was very rude and said she was in lunch and could not use it. A good example of an employee should have took in the time out of her lunch to attend the line there was. I got upset and left my items on the counter and walked out. She gave me attitude and told me to have a nice day. I am totally unhappy of the way they handled the situation with the register not working. Could have used the other register and instead they were working on this one register for about 15 minutes while us customers were waiting. Thank you for your time.

Family Dollar store safety

I shop at my local Family Dollar at least 2-3 times a week. I normally go to the West Ave location in Conyers, GA 30012. For the last month or so this location has go from bad to worse. The store is a complete mess, nothing is on the shelves. Customers have to dig in boxes to find products. Several aisles are completely blocked off with boxes or so packed you cannot get down them. The stock room is so full its spilling on to the floor. Someone is going to get seriously hurt from tripping over the boxes.
As for the staff, they are friendly and always courteous but stay on their phones. They keep them in their front or back pocket and use ear buds. Yesterday when I was visiting the location, two employees stayed outside most the time talking and smoking, one being a manager. Now everyone deserves a break or a moment to step outside, even to smoke, but considering the chaos you would think they would also work at some point. I have attached photos as proof of the mess and you can clearly see in one photo the cashier with her ear buds and phone. Which she on a call at the time. Photos taken 9/26/2019

Family Dollar never can get cash back

Why is this store always telling you can't get cash back. It don't matter what time of the day. They always have an excuse why you can't get cash back, but other family dollars don't mind or care. I think the workers in this family is lazy, is always stuff on the floor, the lines always long, they never stay stocked up. The System Is so slow need an upgrade, Need better management. Corporate Should take notice of they stores. Just because it's in a black neighborhood that, don't mean the store gotta be ran down. Need take a look at the stores...

Family Dollar employee stealing

Im writing about your store on east morgan st.one of the enployees is known for taking items out of store and manager doug lets it go on.doug and ashley are in relationship and not saying nothing.abigail white has been late and taking cigs etc out of store then at payday pay it back .doug just tells her not to tell noone.my daughter has been in there to shop and Abigail is very rude to her.she thinks her behaviour is fine noone can do nothing to her.how can you let this go on ..you dont have cameras in store that work.store is always nasty..

Family Dollar return problems

Your store policy on the internet clearly states that if you lose your receipt you can exchange it for a item of same or lesser value before I wasted my time I looked up the customer rights for returns with lost receipts it said I could return it for same or lesser value with a lost receipt I showed the rules for lost receipt items to the cashier and she still refused to let me return my item u will never shop at family dollar again and neither will any member of my large family thank you mark parker

Family Dollar employees behavior

While shopping on 9/24, three employees around 6:30 PM, one female employee with earpiece in ear on the phone was in a highly heated conversation about a fight, using very explicit language, which could be heard throughout the store. There was another female employee and male employee that were playing throughout the store like little children. As a manager, it was appalling and unprofessional. I hope that neither were management.

Family Dollar i'm an employee

I have worked for this company for 3 years and I have had a problem with 2 managers and two district managers regarding race and being transferred because of it. Now I have went on a paid vacation and the one manager who is discrimination against my race never put in for it I'm missing my pay check it's been about a week and still nothing. I need to have my complaint looked at cause this is not okay

Family Dollar cashier

Was in there this morning as we are several times a month and there are no shopping carts because they are filled with merchandise that has to be put on the shelves. And the cashier was rude because I remarked that there was another employee seemingly doing not much of anything when she could have been emptying the carts for customers to use. Then I had to tell the cashier to bag my purchase. She says we are always hiring but my husband has applied at least 4 times and to be perfectly honest the manager never hires white people. I told the cashier that and she called ME a racist! Sorry, if you must know I have a half black child! I saw one white employee in there once and in a week she was gone. There are always boxes on the floor and you can't get to items you want. My husband said they could hire him (this was last week) and he would stock the shelves and they blew him off, that was the manager and an employee that spoke NO English. I have complained before but nothing has come of them! Please do something this time!

Family Dollar niesha m. brown

Niesha Brown is a store manager at one your locations in Jefferson parish, Louisiana. Niesha is very rude and she has sexually harassed me online multiple times. Niesha plays around while at work I am in the process of filing sexual Harassment through my district police to have Niesha face criminal charges she has threatened me and I do not feel safe while she is out in public.
