Accidentally locked cell phone in return rental at Lexington, KY airport at 5:30am on Dec. 1, 2025. No one available to assist, so had no choice but to leave it and catch flight. Filed two lost claims reports and have called multiple times to be placed on hold for literally hours! No one has responded to or answered claims or calls. Phone last pinged at Enterprise Holding Services at Lexington, KY Blue Grass airport, has not moved, yet no one seems to be able to locate the phone so we can get it returned. It has been 17 days now with no help from Enterprise whatsoever.
